11/09/2025: For a few weeks now, it's become our favorite Wednesday restaurant. Excellent service and delicious food. Short wait times and reasonable prices. We recommend the boccolotti with ribs.

07/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant by chance, as it's a trattoria with limited seating (you ALWAYS need to reserve). Some details are surprising, starting with the superlative welcome from the owner and the lady who manages the tables, and then the sheer disbelief when you realize how, with such a miniaturized cooking station, the owner manages to cook (perfectly) all the meat dishes served in the restaurant. It's a charming and very informal atmosphere, with outdoor tables when the weather permits, and indoors in the winter. And what about the good food? All I can say is...try it and believe it!

13/12/2025: Great place to eat, lots of delicious food, from "spentura" (a type of pasta from Ascoli Piceno) to cod and cod. On Sunday evenings, I recommend the fried crispelle stuffed with a myriad of fillings. The price is really fair.

Carefully prepared, plentiful, and full of love, things that make you leave the daily chaos Behind you... The Gricia...with tonnarello, mind-blowing. The waitress is super friendly and kind, one of those people who welcomes you with a real smile, not a forced one. Inside the restaurant, you can really feel that air of old-time friendship, that is a rare commodity today. Giovanni's relational talent And the kitchen staff, They carry on the true Marche tradition, Right in the heart of Ascoli, His dream that reopens, And you can feel it. You can feel it in every dish, in every detail, in every word, in every proud look when a course comes out. If you want to feel that genuine energy that can't be bought... come here. Timeless harmony... and it's wonderful to be a part of it. 💚🍷🍝

11/04/2026: Terrible, it has nothing to do with what it used to be, there's no trace of the old flavors, a sparse menu with little choice and nothing distinctive. We had spaghetti with tomato sauce and mushroom risotto, which were truly sad... If it's really late and you're really hungry, otherwise, look elsewhere.

02/06/2026: I happened to have a set menu, my partner and I ate very well, very tasty appetizers, superb tagliatelle with seafood ragù, finally excellent grilled meat, but the icing on the cake was the sublime lemon tartlet and burnt meringue dessert, I forgot... Mrs. Tania's kindness.

31/03/2026: A rustic place to eat after returning from a hike or motorcycle ride. The service is a bit chaotic, but understandable given the busy Sunday. In the end, the dishes are honest, with their rustic flavors, and a warm welcome for a group who showed up last minute without a reservation. The price is reasonable.

07/09/2025: Not recommend if you are not local. They try to look like Michelin star restaurant, but: Ask for reservation, find "1 free table", but at the end of evening still at least 3 tables free. Roof in the room? But not match other half of serving room. Plastic shelf under air condition. Atmospehere just cold. Service not so great they try to look like. Truly, food was good but all above spoil the impression.

28/03/2026: 🍺 Review – Babylon Brewery (Folignano / Ascoli Piceno) A truly charming, almost hidden place with a warm and authentic atmosphere: stone, soft lighting, and an environment that makes you feel immediately at ease. The artisanal passion is clearly evident; it's not your typical "constructed" place, but a place with soul. My husband ordered the Salaria, a Gose of their own production, and it was an interesting and far from predictable experience. At first, it seemed rather acidic and almost unsettling, but after a few sips, his perception changed completely: the flavor became more balanced, fresh, and very pleasant. A beer that evolves as you drink it, and for that very reason, it surprises. He then chose a Session IPA, more immediate and fragrant, with citrus notes and a light mouthfeel. He found it very pleasant and easy to drink, while maintaining its character. The staff is courteous, smiling and welcoming, and the venue perfectly reflects this way of being: authentic, refined and pleasant. 21/04/2026: Very well-kept restaurant. The owner was very kind and prepared a room for us since there were 18 of us and it was packed. The cold cuts were delicious, the fried food was excellent, especially the vegetables, and the cheeses and focaccia were very good. We didn't have dessert since the portions were generous, but they have a pastry section that looked delicious!

16/02/2026: I frequent this place often. I really like the atmosphere, which is informal and very friendly. The staff is helpful, and the pizzas are good. I definitely recommend it.
