15/11/2025: It's now our favorite place to spend an evening or a Sunday lunch in a warm, informal, and welcoming atmosphere, but especially when we want to enjoy excellent meat, wine, and a variety of cured meats and cheeses. I really like both the à la carte selection, from appetizers to dessert, and the set menu with options for Sunday lunch. My constant choice remains the mixed roast; tender, well-cooked meat. The portions are absolutely adequate. Another must-try for me is the tiramisu to round off the meal: I recommend everyone try it.

08/12/2025: We went for lunch on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. The refuge is a welcoming gathering place next to a roaring fireplace, run by an all-female team, all fantastic. The cuisine is truly authentic and rooted in tradition, with generous portions to say the least. It's exactly the place you'd want to stop after a hike on one of the many trails nearby. It's our go-to place when we're in Ascoli Piceno. Long live the Rifugio Paci!

07/12/2025: Unacceptable experience. We had booked well in advance for eight people; three paying guests later joined, and despite numerous attempts to call to let them know, the restaurant never responded. Upon arrival, we showed up with a small, well-behaved dog—and this was in a restaurant where other dogs were clearly allowed. The staff's reaction was immediately hostile and unreasonable: they yelled at us that the dog was "not allowed," with no willingness to engage in discussion or inconsistency with what was already happening in the restaurant. The attitude was totally unprofessional, rude, and lacking any attention to the customer. They ruined the lunch of a group of ten, demonstrating poor management skills and a clear disregard for the quality of service. Absolutely not recommended.

08/10/2025: If you want a real sandwich, you have to eat it here... I'll just tell you this... a crunchy sandwich and not the usual brioche that they give out around.

16/03/2026: Had lunch here during the classic car rally, strongly supported by my friend and member Franco, a huge classic car and Fiat 500 enthusiast, along with the members of the association. The food was home-cooked, plentiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very large, divided into two large areas for separate events. A great experience, and thanks to everyone!

Today, the restaurant, with a renovated, modern and trendy dining room, has a fresh look, but fortunately, Nazzareno's delicious cuisine, Graziano's professionalism in the dining room, and Marisa's wonderful kindness remain unchanged, as does the unbeatable value for money.

01/09/2025: Authentic cuisine in a simple setting. The food is good: we tried both the fried lamb and the pizza, and everything was delicious. We also started with a delicious mixed fried appetizer. The portions are generous, as is customary in these parts. The service is young and friendly, but it's appreciated. I recommend it.

19/02/2026: Unfortunately, we weren't even able to purchase anything, leaving after a wait of over 10 minutes. This was frankly incomprehensible, given that, yes, there was a single woman at the counter serving, but the products were practically sold out, while there were several packages ready for pickup. More than anything, the coldness and lack of customer involvement surprised us. However, you can tell if you're passing by or someone who lives there; there might be a long line—absurd, I repeat, because there was absolutely no need for that long a wait—and then you leave empty-handed because they no longer have what you wanted. Perhaps a nice smile and a question to the customer. The prices per kilo next to the product would also be appreciated. I don't recommend it.

18/02/2026: Located in the city center, I must say I was struck by the simplicity of the place, a very homey atmosphere. The waiter recommended a charcuterie board as an appetizer with wine, followed by a mixed meat platter. Everything was very good, and the food was high quality. It reminds me a lot of the trattorias in the mountains.

31/12/2025: Been there with family. Loved the food, very fresh and traditional. The restaurant has a family feel, nicely decorated. Owner was amazing in satisfying all our requests and also speaks English :)

18/02/2026: If you're looking for a place to eat well without spending a fortune, Il Relitto is a must-visit in San Benedetto del Tronto. The strong point is undoubtedly the quality-price ratio, which is truly hard to beat in the area: generous portions, fresh ingredients, and carefully prepared dishes, all at more than fair prices. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, ideal for both a dinner with friends and a relaxing evening by the sea. A special mention goes to the owner, Alfredo, always present, kind, and professional: he knows how to put guests at ease and helps create a family atmosphere that makes them want to return. A sincere place, where you eat well, spend a fair amount, and always feel welcome. Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: A place in a beautiful square, but with very poor service. We waited a quarter of an hour to order two coffees, and they arrived twenty minutes later. And the place wasn't busy.

05/09/2025: I would have expected something better given the reviews. The place isn't bad for a quick bite, but the prices are a bit high. In our case, a vegetable lasagna, three rice-stuffed tomatoes, and four battered zucchini flowers, plus a can of orange juice, cost €35... a shame.

01/11/2025: We discovered this bar while staying at the "Acquapazza" property. I recommend it; the croissants are fresh, and the cappuccino is perfectly frothy. I'll definitely be back.🫶
