22/12/2023: Abbiamo cenato in un ambiente accogliente "coccolati" da un cameriere gentile, educato che ci ha serviti molto rapidamente uno stoccafisso mantecato su crostone di polenta delizioso accompagnato da una deliziona bottiglia di Verdicchio e un gelato alla crema altrettanto delizioso. Servizio perfetto e prezzo unesto. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo a chi visiterà Sirolo.

29/02/2024: Veniamo spesso in visita a questo straordinario ristorante, dove incontriamo il nostro amico Mario e ci immergiamo in un'esperienza culinaria senza pari, in un'atmosfera calorosa e accogliente, serviti da un personale di sala attento e premuroso. Dal ricco menu abbiamo scelto il risotto con funghi, tabacco e datteri, oltre al cappellaccio di galletto alla brace. Come secondo piatto, la nostra scelta è caduta sulla suprema di faraona con caramello salato, bacon e il succulento medaglione di stinco di vitello. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un grandissimo vino, scelto dalla vasta e impeccabile carta dei vini, vera e propria eccellenza e punto di riferimento per gli appassionati del mondo enologico. Ogni piatto ha rispecchiato l'altissimo standard culinario a cui siamo abituati, con preparazioni e sapori che non hanno nulla da invidiare alle migliori stelle Michelin; il servizio è stato sempre impeccabile e cortese, regalandoci un'esperienza caratterizzata da familiarità e raffinatezza. Per concludere, abbiamo optato per una selezione di tre cioccolati come dessert, accompagnati da un introvabile caffè brasiliano. Che dire?! È impossibile non lasciarsi trasportare dall'entusiasmo al Marchese del Grillo! L'unico aspetto negativo è che, una volta usciti, si avverte subito il desiderio di tornare! Ma non tarderemo a soddisfare questa necessità! Bravi tutti, come sempre!

Located behind the Town Hall, held by a section of which a former fisherman. Everything is delicious and fresh. I always get the marinated anchovies and the spaghetti alle vongole (sometimes the seafood gnocchi). I never tire of this menu. Always a pleasure to come. Thank you for these good times.
