I celebrated my birthday at La Ginestra in Fiore and I couldn't have chosen a better place. Enchanting view, refined cuisine, very kind staff. An unforgettable experience!

We arrived by chance at this place and were impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially Francesco and Macro, who welcomed us as if we were at home. Quality of food and service from a stalled restaurant! A very prestigious location, cared for in every detail, not to mention the enchanting view! We'll see you again soon...

Great location, great service. High-end cuisine and prices accordingly. All the land dishes we tried were excellent and well presented. You can choose the tasting menu (land or sea) or go for the à la carte dishes. The staff is very kind and professional, especially the sommelier. Recommended for a romantic dinner with an exceptional view of the coast.

Sono stato a cena con mia moglie sabato 17 maggio..il locale si presenta molto carino rinnovato e con vista mare...abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione di pesce..ottima scelta..anche la scelta del vino è stata ottima..con l'aiuto del sommelier che è stato gentilissimo e peraltro molto preparato..prezzo giusto..con dei piccoli accorgimenti forse si potrebbe arrivare a prendere una stellina Michelin...alla prossima

Avendo ricevuto una gift-card, ne abbiamo approfittato per degustare una ottima cena di coppia. Servizio,atmosefera,location non plus ultra, qualità dei cibi e dei vini eccellente. Unica piccola eccezione nel maialino che sarebbe stato molto più apprezzato se si fosse evitato di sceglierne una parte solamente costituita da grasso. Conoscendo benissimo il modo e la qualità della cottura di questa superba pietanza, sebbene fondamentalmente essa sia in ogni caso non certamente magra, alcuni tagli selezionati sarebbero stati molto più graditi.

UNMISSABLE: it is already the second time that my wife and I have been guests in this structure and once again I must say that it was an exciting experience. The strong points are the position and the location: the structure is located on the slopes of Monte Conero and offers a breathtaking view of the town of Sirolo, the Baglia di Numana Loreto and also the Apennines; all immersed in a green and well-kept park where it is a pleasure to have an aperitif at the end of the day. Kind and professional staff in particular Marco and Federico who made us feel at home. Spotlessly clean and spacious rooms, plentiful and well-prepared breakfast (the fantastic mocha served in the morning). Also worth trying is the restaurant with a menu that combines tradition with innovation. We will definitely be back!!!!

Perfectly successful birthday aperitif! Wonderful location and very good food. The attention to dietary needs is also excellent, with a wide choice of gluten-free options and even the possibility of ordering a cake thanks to their pastry shop. Highly recommended!
