Io e mia moglie abbiamo provato la degustazione bosco, veramente eccellente e facciamo fatica a dire quale piatto ci sia piaciuto di più, tutto equilibrato e con sapori molto distinti, un insieme di culture. Veramente buono, forse sottotono il dessert

Tornati ancora una volta (la terza) esattamente dopo un anno. Qualità, serietà, professionalità sempre ad altissimi livelli. La Ginestra in fiore non delude mai. Quest'anno abbiamo provato il menù "terra", portate a base di carne, lavorata egregiamente. Il sommelier Francesco è una garanzia, sa abbinare i vini alla perfezione, con racconti interessanti e affascinanti. Complimenti davvero a tutti. Continuate così.

I had dinner at the property's restaurant last night. Beautiful place, nice but simple. Challenging dishes to read, but very harmonious flavors with delicate and correct combinations! There were 5 of us at the table, you can choose the tasting route but they also allowed us an à la carte choice. The portions, in my opinion, are not so small to be a tasting, I woke up full but not at all weighed down. For my personal taste, the strong dishes were: beef carpaccio with mustard ice cream, quail, diaphragm, amberjack for the "sea menu" and mochi for the "forest menu". Impeccable service, friendly and helpful, with excellent attention to the wines and their explanation. I recommend booking for 8pm and not later so as not to arrive tired when it comes to dessert. The only very personal piece of advice is that I would change the background music: the relaxing Japanese-style sound tends to relax the diners a little too much during the tasting process and lowers the threshold of attention at the table.

Lovely place, we booked the VIP table and had the right amount of privacy. The tastings are phenomenal tasting journeys, everything you eat leaves its mark and you will surely remember it. The staff is very very knowledgeable and kind. The price is right, because it is a place that truly deserves everything.
