07/01/2024: Armatevi di pazienza perché occorre attendere un bel po' ma ne vale la pena. Abbiamo mangiato i tagliolini con i moscioli davvero molto buoni e che dire ottima la frittura con gamberi, calamari e tonno. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino bianco. Da provare per credere

24/03/2024: For me the best restaurant in Jesi. Attentive and kind staff, excellent cuisine and a nice atmosphere created by the soft lights and the calm. The tables are spaced far enough apart and there aren't too many so you can talk without raising your voice even when the room is full. It's not cheap but it's worth the expense.

After an hour had passed, only one first course arrived, consisting of eight flimsy, tasteless ravioli costing €22. After another 20 minutes the other first one still hadn't arrived Given that we sat down at 1.30pm, and only one of the 2 first courses was brought (there being 2 of us, we expected at least the 2 first courses to arrive together), at 2.40pm we decided to leave and pay only for what we ate. We felt cheated, contrary to the attention a customer should receive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN EVERY POINT OF VIEW❗️

30/03/2024: A stone's throw from Ancona airport, small family osteria where you eat very, very well. Besides, it’s always full. No menu but daily specials announced by the waitress. Everything looks good and it's difficult to choose, we would like to take everything. We opt for spaghetti all ragu, meats and side dishes. The meat is delicious, well cooked and very tasty. Accompanied by a gratin dauphinois and fennel. Too bad the room is dark. But I will come back on my next visit :)

02/04/2024: The dishes offered on the menu are excellent and well presented, both in terms of the raw materials and the clearly refined plating. Unfortunately, the quality is directly proportionate to the length of the service. Today we waited more than an hour for the second course, without, among other things, having any indication from the dining room staff on the timing (which would have alleviated the wait). One last note, the quality is ok, the refinement is ok but 50 grams (more or less) of rack of lamb compared to a fairly high price I think is hardly justifiable, even though it is an excellent dish

18/03/2024: I was with friends in this restaurant in the Marche interior, we wanted to try the white rabbit ragout which in these parts is considered exceptional Naturally we took from starters to main courses, including the pappardelle with ragù described above It was all fantastic! To be repeated as soon as possible The manager is very welcoming, the place is a little dated but is well suited for this type of lunch and dinner
