06/01/2026: What can I say? Arriving at Collina dei Cavalieri feels like you've entered a magical place. Just a few kilometers from the sea. Surrounded by olive trees adorned with fairy lights and a breathtaking swimming pool. Inside, a large lounge with attention to detail and a fireplace that kept us company on this mini vacation. The owners, Luana and Domenico, are culinary excellence, bringing zero-mile products to the table. Spacious and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. What more can I say? See you soon, Collina dei Cavalieri!

10/12/2025: I've been there several times for work, year-round. Always a warm welcome from Domenico and his wife, chef Luana. Excellent, carefully prepared food and quality wines. During the summer, there's also a beautiful and comfortable pool and loungers on the lawn. Highly recommended.

27/01/2026: Sunday, January 25th for lunch. Exceptional welcome. The owner and the restaurant staff were very courteous, kind, and professional. The atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Right on the beach. The food was good, tasty, and plentiful. Reasonable prices. We hadn't heard of it before, but we'll definitely return.

10/09/2025: Beach resort with reserved parking for guests at a cost of €5/day (Note: Weekends are reserved for seasonal guests; parking in the blue-lined spaces in front of the resort costs €12/day) and well-spaced umbrellas. The beach in this section has a wide shoreline, and the clear sea drops rapidly. The resort has a small playground and offers free cold showers. The restrooms are accessible without stairs. Finally, the resort has a bar/restaurant (see Ristorante Eugenio).

08/03/2026: A good place, recommended to us by the hotel receptionist. Located at the entrance to the historic center, but easily accessible by car. For a plate of seafood gnocchi, a plate of seared salmon, and two Cokes, I paid €38.

07/03/2026: A pleasant discovery in Osimo, with friendly staff. Highly recommended are the chestnut ravioli with pumpkin cream... divine, the tripe excellent, and the duck gnocchi are incredibly delicate! Definitely recommended!!! Price per person ranges from €30-€40.

18/03/2026: We only had lunch at the restaurant; we didn't stay at the hotel. The appetizers were traditional, the first courses delicious, especially the gnocchi stuffed with duck ragù, and the fried second courses were delicious. The wait was very long, about an hour between the appetizers and the first course, perhaps because it was busy. Excellent value for money.

The cuisine showcases authentic local flavors, with well-executed dishes and generous portions, prepared with attention to the quality of the ingredients. The service is friendly and helpful, with a spontaneous welcome that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is family-friendly, perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or as a couple. A place where you eat well and feel at ease. A must-visit.

21/09/2025: If you want to experience what it feels like to be judged before you even order, this is the place. Having had a very positive impact since my last visit to this place, I decided to bring two of my friends. We went in: one of us went to the bathroom for an emergency, the other smoked a cigarette outside. The owner looked us over as if we'd just robbed a bank. My friend came back because he also needed to go to the bathroom. While my friend and I were looking at the menu, a rude gesture to the temple was sent from the counter, indicating that our friend was "not okay." (Drunk? On drugs? I had to specify that my friend was in the bathroom because I don't think he would have asked us about his mental and physical condition in front of him.) SPOILER: He was doing very well. When I replied, "No, he's fine," he jokingly exclaimed, "OH YES! HE'S SURELY BETTER THAN ME😆😆" But here, you just have to breathe to be labeled. Coincidentally, we were a group of young people in our twenties (maybe we didn't even look that "grown up", but for us that's certainly a compliment) and maybe the owner didn't like the fact that we wanted to drink a beer or some of their customised cocktails with a splash of IPA. I didn't even have time to explain to my friends that they don't serve typical drinks here (I know the specialty here is beer... He can keep it: he's so fond of it that he suggested we look for a cocktail bar. How nice of him, we clearly understood his message. We left disgusted as the owner greeted us with a "thank you ☺️" that sounded more like "thanks for getting rid of your balls." Honest advice: there are truly professional bars just a few steps away. Here they only serve nice, cold rudeness, like the beer I wanted to drink... A real shame, since I have nothing to say about the excellent quality of what's served... REVIEW UPDATE AFTER THE OWNER'S RESPONSE I admit I wasn't aware of my friend's request to smoke inside the establishment. The rule was respected, however, as he finished his smoke and went back inside without a care in the world (had it been the other way around, I wouldn't have dared). (I'll defend him.) Now I ask: have you ever tried taking friends to a different place than usual? As I wrote before, I didn't even have time to explain that they don't serve the usual drinks (like the Pina Colada my friend wanted). We know the internet exists, but I don't think it's mandatory to study every place's menu before entering. From the response, I received this sort of hostility toward my friend, but that doesn't justify the dirty looks my friend and I received without having done anything. (Then, the request to find another place was made to us, too.) We had decided what to order, but after that request, we had no choice but to get up. I love beer, but I don't love it enough to stay in a place after the owner explicitly asks you to "look around and find something else." If for you this is the model of professionalism that 'doesn't label,' then perhaps we have different definitions of the word, given that my friend was more than lucid.

06/09/2025: Perfect dinner. The seafood tagliolini were very good, but I preferred the stuffed pasta, a half-moon filled with ricotta and lime and a shellfish sauce. For the main course, a delicious and plentiful fried fish dish. The service was fast and professional. I'll definitely be back.

22/09/2025: On September 20th, four of us tried this restaurant. The menu features fish and meat dishes, along with desserts and sorbets. Everything was excellent. Having booked last minute, they reserved a very spacious round table inside. The staff was attentive and helpful.
