19/02/2026: I can speak highly of the restaurant. Everything was very good, from appetizers to dessert. They come back several times, the food and seasonings were excellent, the quality was excellent, and the service was fast and attentive.

08/02/2026: The restaurant is located just outside Loreto, on a hill with a sea view that extends from the beaches of Sirolo and Numana on the Conero peninsula to Porto Potenza-Civitanova, and to the southwest, a view of the blue mountains of the Apennines. It features spacious interiors on the ground and first floors, ideal for business lunches, social gatherings, and reunions with colleagues or friends. Space and time seem to stand still. Thanks to the family management of the Bartoletti brothers, the cuisine is simple and authentic. The head waiter, Mr. Walter, is a unique host who proposes dishes to be sampled. Try not to argue with him; choose the daily menu he presents. Arrive promptly at the scheduled time. If you're looking for an authentic, no-frills restaurant, this is the place.

25/01/2026: Excellent food and service, a nice business lunch. The atmosphere is great, but it could be a little brighter.

30/12/2025: We booked a pizza tour. There were 42 of us. It was a Saturday night and the place was packed. They served us promptly and made everyone happy. They offered pizzas and drinks until the end. The pizza was good for those who like it thin and well-cooked. The pizza tour offered a good variety of pizzas. Convenient Even as a post-movie snack.

I must say that thanks to their kitchen.. in several dinners I saved myself, making a good impression by pretending that I had cooked 😂😂.. if you eat there, you feel at home.. good food.. quality and fair price.. menu of healthy and excellent foods... specialties for my tastes are the gnocchi with duck and fish sauce on Fridays... specialized staff and always available with politeness and a smile.. even an aperitif becomes a moment of relaxation for the way you are welcomed... 👍🏼

13/04/2026: First time at a spa. 2 hours of relaxation with a massage. Dinner for two was really good.

16/02/2026: Ristoro Appennino is truly a "refreshment" in the Apennines, capable of pampering its guests like few others. The spa is well-equipped and clean. As for the restaurant, everything is truly excellent and exceeds expectations. Here you can experience the true Marche. I highly recommend it!

09/09/2025: What I've nicknamed "the house of the mojito" is a place run by a passionate owner who knows a thing or two about cocktails: the drinks are truly excellent. Next to the bar, there are also trampolines and a small electric go-kart track, where my daughter had a blast. I was there the second week of September and found no lines at the games or at the bar, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect place for those who want to enjoy a good cocktail and for families with children looking for a little fun. I definitely recommend it!

06/04/2026: I'm giving it two stars only because it's Easter Monday. I ordered two milkshakes, and aside from the questionable flavor (it's only 4/3 milk), it was very thin. I couldn't taste anything else besides the milk, even though I had two strong flavors.

14/06/2025: I am writing this review following the catering service offered during an event at the Ancona Astronomical Observatory 🌌. The food was good 🍽️, with quality ingredients, although the prices seemed rather high 💰—but I can understand that quality has a cost. What left me a little disappointed was the relationship with customers 🤷‍♀️. In particular, the attitude of the older gentleman, with white hair, was not welcoming at all. A more courteous and helpful tone would have certainly improved the overall experience, especially in a public and collaborative context like that of the event.

11/06/2025: The display at this caterer is truly enticing, and the food doesn't disappoint! The octopus salad was delicious 😋 Be careful with the portions, though, as they tend to be generous, and the bill reflects that! A great place to eat if you'd rather not go to a restaurant...

03/01/2026: Considering that this place is located in Fabriano and what's more not even in the center, but far on the outskirts, its price list definitely needs to be revised (downwards)!!

19/03/2026: A casual eatery on Corso Chiaravalle, with easy parking in the surrounding streets. The menu changes regularly and includes various types of homemade fried foods, as well as "baci," stuffed focaccias with various fillings. All the dishes were delicious, with the fried foods standing out for their quality. The service was basic, but the staff were very friendly. Excellent value for money.

22/08/2025: We were passing through Fabriano, and it was already late for lunch, so we stopped by this place. It was very welcoming, with music just the right volume and extremely friendly staff. We had amazing eggplant parmigiana and equally delicious tagliatelle with eggplant ragù. We highly recommend it!

13/08/2025: This indoor restaurant in the city center (no outdoor seating) was easy to find on a Wednesday lunchtime (white lines). The appetizer and carbonara were sensational. The wait was a bit long. The staff was young and friendly.

19/08/2025: I stopped here to break up the journey south and for an evening visit to Ancona. It was more than perfect for our needs. We had a triple room consisting of two well-maintained, spacious rooms with a spacious, clean bathroom. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Excellent experience.
