03/01/2026: Considering that this place is located in Fabriano and what's more not even in the center, but far on the outskirts, its price list definitely needs to be revised (downwards)!!

19/03/2026: A casual eatery on Corso Chiaravalle, with easy parking in the surrounding streets. The menu changes regularly and includes various types of homemade fried foods, as well as "baci," stuffed focaccias with various fillings. All the dishes were delicious, with the fried foods standing out for their quality. The service was basic, but the staff were very friendly. Excellent value for money.

22/08/2025: We were passing through Fabriano, and it was already late for lunch, so we stopped by this place. It was very welcoming, with music just the right volume and extremely friendly staff. We had amazing eggplant parmigiana and equally delicious tagliatelle with eggplant ragù. We highly recommend it!

13/08/2025: This indoor restaurant in the city center (no outdoor seating) was easy to find on a Wednesday lunchtime (white lines). The appetizer and carbonara were sensational. The wait was a bit long. The staff was young and friendly.

15/08/2025: A nice place to stop—breezy, clean, and welcoming—near the Palombina windsurfing club. Tasty, well-cooked, and beautifully presented dishes. The highlight of this place is definitely the wait staff, young but very professional and courteous. Not to be expected in this period and in a holiday destination. Well done!

09/08/2025: Absolutely avoid! We went to one evening of the 2025 Summer Jamboree; we ate as badly as we rarely do. "Artisan chips and marinated anchovies"—far from artisanal—were the chips you find on supermarket trays with 4-5 marinated anchovy fillets inside: an embarrassing combination! "Nachos Now, artisanal chips, avocado, vegan mayonnaise..." but in the bowl were stale nachos from a pre-packaged bag, a salsa verde that was obviously dry because it was made hours earlier, a splash of something that looked like anything but mayonnaise: the leftovers on the bar counter, at the party section's aperitivo, are fresher. "Spaccio tartare, Piedmontese fassona with crispy chips..." you'll find a hard crust inside which is very soft meat mixed with butter and mayonnaise. Two people eat (unintentionally): one bites the crust, the meat obviously pops off, and the other catches it in mid-air and eats it. An absurd way to prepare tartare. The waiter justified himself by saying that "...it should be eaten aggressively." Beer: only in 33cl glasses, slow service and more focused on pushing course after course rather than serving promptly. The bill: EXTREMELY SALTY, even though, it must be said, the prices are on the menu; but it is truly EXTREMELY SALTY because the four of us spent €126 on poorly prepared, cheap food. This place should be avoided with all due caution.

06/01/2026: Highly recommended! The starters are incredible, as are the desserts, delicious. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Great music and an intimate atmosphere. A truly pleasant experience, we'll definitely be back!

16/02/2026: Ristoro Appennino is truly a "refreshment" in the Apennines, capable of pampering its guests like few others. The spa is well-equipped and clean. As for the restaurant, everything is truly excellent and exceeds expectations. Here you can experience the true Marche. I highly recommend it!

14/02/2026: An excellence near Fabriano: courtesy and quality We were extremely satisfied with our experience at Ristoro Appennino. The restaurant is beautiful, new, and furnished with great taste and simplicity: a refined atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The dishes: We ate very well. From the seafood appetizers to the risotto, all the way to the dessert, every course confirmed the high quality of the cuisine. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is absolutely adequate and fair for the level of service. The service: What struck us most, however, was the kindness of the staff. Both the wait staff and the kitchen staff were impeccable: very attentive to every detail but never intrusive, a rare balance. The location: The facility is truly splendid. My only small complaint (made in a constructive spirit): we noticed the outdoor area is a bit neglected at the moment, but since it's a new and beautiful facility, we can't wait to return in the warmer months to enjoy it to the fullest. In short: very clean, excellent food, and a warm welcome. I highly recommend it!

21/12/2025: An experience to relive, we really enjoyed both the kindness of the chefs and waiters but above all the goodness of the food we ate.

20/12/2025: Good first courses, the grill was clearly reheated and sometimes even raw. The staff was courteous. Except for the owner, who was apparently upset, unprofessional, and rude. The lights at the table were inconvenient for moving plates and glasses. We had to wait about 40 minutes for a grilled dish (clearly reheated). While waiting for our food, we asked for a second pizza and received a very rude response from the kitchen: "Fuck off, it's a small entree. I won't make it again." Nice place, but the price was exorbitant for the size of the portions. I don't think I'll be back, but I'm sorry because the first courses were excellent.

08/11/2025: You call and they don't answer. Google says they're open when in fact they're closed. I've tried to have dinner or lunch there three times and haven't succeeded yet. I'd say they need a little more organization.

02/04/2026: Excellent option for lunch! I had a pizza and it was good: the wood-fired oven definitely adds a little something extra, ensuring excellent flavor and cooking. Fresh ingredients, fast service, and a pleasant location on Molo Sud. Ideal for a quick but quality meal. Recommended!

03/02/2026: This was my favorite lunch spot when I was in Ancona for work. The pizza served here is the benchmark by which I compare all other pizzas. Perhaps it's the price and the unique wood-fired oven, but I still often crave my pizza diavola!

26/02/2026: Quiet and basic, yet clean, rooms. There's a minibar with free bottled water (which isn't a given these days). Comfortable bathroom. Abundant and varied breakfast, ample parking. Friendly and helpful staff. A good base if you're in the Ancona area!

19/08/2025: I stopped here to break up the journey south and for an evening visit to Ancona. It was more than perfect for our needs. We had a triple room consisting of two well-maintained, spacious rooms with a spacious, clean bathroom. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Excellent experience.
