15/06/2026: A fantastic restaurant with delicious food, friendly service, and great value! The ambiance could be nicer with the green plastic chairs, but you can easily overlook that with such delicious food. The pasta and tiramisu are highly recommended!

31/05/2026: A typical trattoria, with real chestnut beams and a homey atmosphere, you won't find a place that makes you pay 300 euros per square meter for tiles rather than the food. That said, the quality of all the products offered is exceptional. Tartare first and foremost! The meat selection is varied and all of it can be eaten without cooking, of course. The tiramisu, after a dinner where you've eaten everything and more, is not cloying and you'd eat three more! The staff are present not only for service, but also ready to joke, never being obtrusive. THE OWNER DESERVES SPECIAL MENTION: COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL, AND PATIENT WITH CHILDREN AND WITH THOSE WHO OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHOOSE FROM SUCH A GOODNESS. THEY ARE, IN MY OPINION, AMONG THE BEST IN THE ENTIRE AREA.

25/05/2026: The meat was really good (they serve it raw and you cook it to your liking on the hot stone at the table)...the first course was also very good. I'd gladly return. They're also very well equipped for gluten-free options.

29/06/2026: I come here as often as I can. It's one of those restaurants that stays the same over time and the quality only gets better. I usually choose two classics: the mixed antipasto of cured meats and cheeses and then the rabbit in porchetta, but it's always difficult to skip the first courses, especially when they feature truffles or another traditional dish. Recommending something specific, even to someone trying it for the first time, is difficult for me. Try this: go there with about ten people and try everything 🤭

07/06/2026: We were here for the first time this evening and only had pizza and dessert (drinks are fine too 🤣) and everything was excellent. The meat arrived at the next table and smelled really inviting, so we'll definitely be back to try it!!

07/06/2026: --- A Truffle Oasis...🤭 Today, for the first time, at the usual annual gathering of us students from the 49th Carabinieri Cadet Course of Rome in 1977, we gathered in the magnificent garden of the Sant'Anna Oasis, in the shade of a centuries-old tree. A marvel. The air was filled with the scent of blossoming lime trees, broom, and, of course, truffles. Only after the first bite did I realize I'd ended up with 20 other diners, straight into the homeland of the Furlo truffle. A retired Carabiniere's distraction. We wolfed down trays of cured meats and cheeses, fettuccine, tortellini, all strictly truffle-filled. Then came the grill, house wine, and a final cake. We left smelling more of truffles than the restaurant. A huge compliment to Grandpa Franco, his son Mirco, and the entire staff: a warm welcome from days gone by, one that makes you feel at home even when there are 21 of you. And the name of the place doesn't lie: Oasi Sant'Anna is truly an oasis. Special thanks to our friend Beppe Fantoni, who, with his kindness, strategic silence, and his signature cigar, honored us with the discretion that only a true classmate can possess. If you're passing through Furlo and don't have truffles in your blood, you will after lunch here. Vito and the rest of the gray-haired crew! 😂😂

23/07/2026: Excellent sushi restaurant, with a very elegant and spacious atmosphere. Our service was quick and impeccable. We opted for the all-you-can-eat option, so the price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we ate. Perhaps some of the roll combinations were a bit risky (like truffle or mozzarella), but that's a minor sin!

13/06/2026: It was a challenge with the sons-in-law and daughter-in-law, regulars of the first dry, Boys, the fountains and various of those levels, there is no comparison, excellent service, ownership as described by others, it is home even if we did not know each other, top quality food, excellent quality, quiet environment, outside breeze that pampers the lunch, top, those who recommend it in the reviews were absolutely right, thanks to everyone, reviewers and owners

13/06/2026: The Fano brodetto is truly delicious, and the passatelli option added at the end is a must-try. The raw and marinated fish are also delicious. Interesting wine list. The atmosphere is very pleasant.

04/07/2026: Let's just say it has no obvious flaws. The wait time is reasonable for a Saturday night. The pizzas have a slightly rustic dough, but they're soft and easy to digest. The toppings are well-made. The service is attentive (the ice for drinks is ready at the table once requested) and the atmosphere is relaxed, with simple, recently renovated furnishings. Prices are in line with the best competitors, considering the quality.

29/07/2026: Last June 6th, my beloved and I got married in this truly splendid location. Nestled in the green hills of Pesaro, the Nobili farmhouse offers a remarkable view, especially for nature lovers. The farmhouse itself is meticulously maintained while remaining rustic and characteristic of its location. Chiara, the owners' daughter, was a true godsend for the entire wedding planning. She made the farmhouse simply magnificent in every way, with noteworthy details and particulars. Present but not intrusive, precise but not overbearing, friendly and responsive to every request, both from us and our guests. What can I say about the food prepared by the parents? Everything was incredible. From the appetizers to the first courses, from the second courses to the dessert. Everything was practically zero-mile, which was a huge added value. Given the countless compliments we received from guests, I'd say we can speak not only for ourselves but also for many others present at the wedding. Honestly, the day was wonderful and we didn't find any flaws and, trust me, your wallet won't be disappointed either!!!
