02/03/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo .. ottimo la degustazione di antipasti.. ma l'esperienza migliore sono stati i primi un vero delirio di gusto tra una carbonara di pesce e dei gnocchi che ricordano il sapere di casa della nonna.. e poi che dire il polpo non ha parole...grandi Andrea al servizio un vero gentleman.. ti accoglie con professionalità e fa sentire le signore principesse ma più di tutto ha un occhio anzi due di riguardo ai piccoli di casa.. e Alessio il cuoco top quality in cucina.. consigliatissimo!!!!!

12/03/2025: Un bel ristorante che sicuramente come posizione dà il suo meglio nella stagione estiva quando sono utilizzabili gli spazi esterni; comunque il locale interno è luminoso e confortevole, arredato in modo sobrio, accogliente anche nella stagione invernale. Molto gentile e premuroso il personale di servizio, professionale e cordiale al tempo stesso. Valido il menù con un'offerta non troppo ampia ma nel giusto equilibrio tra novità e tradizione per accontentare la clientela ( clientela che mi è sembrata composta da parecchi "affezionati" per cui è bene prenotare). Ottimo in particolare il 4 morsi che permette di gustare quattro tipi di antipasto, molto buono anche il risotto ai crostacei. Materia prima di qualità, giuste porzioni, prezzi adeguati al contesto. Rimane il desiderio di tornare, magari in estate...

08/04/2025: Osteria La Guercia in Pesaro is a real discovery! A welcoming environment with frescoed walls and an atmosphere that takes you back in time. We started with the croutons, fragrant and delicious, and a bean soup with pork rinds that was pure poetry. The lamb, very tender and tasty, was the absolute protagonist of the evening. And what about the house wine? Perfect to accompany every bite. An experience to be repeated, for those who love traditional cuisine and sincere hospitality!

01/04/2025: Chi è originario di Visso o ci ha passato le vacanze, ha curiosità e nostalgia di vedere come nuova struttura abbia sostituito la vecchia affacciata anziché sul fiume sulla strada trafficata in estate da rider , che bivaccano chiassosamente ai lati di un piazzale. Ma nessuno si infastidisce, fa tutto parte di una coreografia , ove le montagne avvolgono rumori, odori e la coralità dell'allegria della compagnia. Veloce e accogliente il servizio. Il ristorante offre buoni prodotti di terra e di acqua come le pappardelle al cinghiale o alla trota. Ottimi gli agnolotti alla norcina con tartufo. Buono anche il fritto di agnello, anche se c'è da prestare più attenzione alla materia prima. Posto piacevole sia d'inverno al chiuso, che in estate dove un ampio prato accoglie i commensali, senza restrizioni di orario. C'è sempre posto per tutti. Da visitare.

31/03/2025: People who know their job. The quality of the dishes is high but also constant over time. The service is good: it knows how to be polite and discreet without being too detached or formal. The wait is never excessive, considering that all dishes are freshly made. It is necessary to underline the quality of the raw materials used, always genuine and often excellent (such as the exclusively local meat or trout but also the delicious lentils or the exquisite truffle or the cold cuts and cheeses). The wild boar ragù, the roasted trout served with a local sauce, the truffle tagliatelle, but also the grilled lamb or the simple and economical sausage with lentils are excellent. The house tiramisu is exquisite. It's not even true that the menu is so limited: off-menu dishes are often available... And then you can also order on a pizzeria menu with completely satisfying dishes and flavours. I also recommend trying a simple mixed salad which, with the freshness of its ingredients and a rare quality oil (especially that of the "Franciscan lands") will certainly satisfy you. The environment is pleasant and clean and you are practically immersed in greenery with the exception of the provincial road that runs right below the restaurant (but which for this very reason allows easy access even for disabled people). The parking is no more than twenty meters away and is free.

25/03/2025: Una gradevole sosta pranzo all’interno di un grande parco che circonda l’Abbadia di Chiaravalle di Fiastra. Menù self service e accomodamento all’esterno, grazie ad una primaverile giornata. Lodevole la maestria del personale.

26/01/2025: Very good service and attention. We arrived 30 minutes before they closed and they treated us the same and very well. The food is very good, the portions are reasonable and the prices are consistent.

08/04/2025: Very homely place outside the town. Fast service. Abundant dishes with a lot of variety. Fixed prices for first courses 8 euros and second courses 11 euros. We came across it by chance but we were thrilled. We will definitely be back

05/04/2025: Terrible food/price ratio, there wasn't one thing that could be said to be really well prepared, everything was edible for goodness sake but catering is another thing. Even the wine was terrible, it was the only time in my life where I also found the salad really poor. In short, the only thing that was decent was the bottled water and the outdoor parking which is really pleasant, tree-lined and shaded. It certainly won't be the parking and the water that convince us to return.

23/03/2025: Da come mi parlavano di questa trattoria Pensavo di mangiare meglio. Abbiamo ordinato 2 bruschette molto buone 2 spaghetti alle vongole che mi aspettavo più buone e per aver mangiato solo questo nn e che abbiamo speso così poco. Ci tornerò per assaggiare altri piatti perché nn mi ha convinto molto.

13/01/2025: Without praise without infamy, location not the best, place still from the 80s, simple cuisine like it used to be, it could definitely improve but I believe the classics never disappoint. However, everything was good, from the appetizers to the grill. Excellent service ready to satisfy off-menu requests for those who don't eat fish. But perhaps a tweak to the local menu would give even more possibilities! However I recommend it.

Good wine, piceno red, even if in bulk. The pappardelle with wild boar ragout is excellent. The staff: kind, professional and very nice. With the owner, a very pleasant chat about the traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, my city. I will definitely come back.
