We chose this place last minute. The reviews looked great, so we took the plunge, and it was the best choice we could have made! It was a wonderful experience, starting with the super-friendly staff, the very refined atmosphere, a fantastic menu from which you'll want to take everything, and the prices were perfectly in line with the quality of the dishes. The fish was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned, with the right and balanced sides and perfect portions. A special mention goes to the legume and fish soup, which was truly spectacular. We'll definitely be back!

Exceptional. The tuna carbonara, not to mention the potato gnocchi with shrimp and basil pesto, and to finish, a dark chocolate cake with a pistachio heart and pistachio parfait. All washed down with a Mosto di Lacrima di Morro d'Alba beer. Exceptional! My compliments!!! 5 stars, but I would have given 6.
The brewery that produces the beer described above is in Jesi and... it's absolutely worth it!
After 4 years (January 2026), we're back at the same place, and the stars remain the same. Unfortunately, they've removed the craft beers. I used to appreciate them.

I'm pleased to leave this review as a guest at this restaurant, and for the second time, I've been reassured by the high level of expertise of the entire staff, the exquisite courtesy, helpfulness, and expertise of the owner. The cuisine is excellent, and the wine selection is astonishing. I'll definitely be back, despite the somewhat challenging distance, but it will definitely be worth it.

Good, sophisticated food with unique, non-regional dishes. I ate a pork cheek that could be cut with a fork. The chips were delicious. The desserts were also good.

Eating at Degosteria is always a pleasure. The dishes are always excellent, both meat and fish, from appetizers to dessert, with a wide selection of wines. Truly a spectacle.

We came here on the recommendation of some friends. The place was very elegant and the service was truly impeccable.
We tried the scallops and the fish cacio e pepe, both truly excellent dishes.

The place is worth a visit. The dishes are carefully prepared and tasty. The staff is courteous. I enjoyed the welcome drink and appetizer, which were a welcome treat while waiting for our food. The atmosphere was pleasant. Reservations are highly recommended.

An excellent restaurant in the center of Ancona, with a beautiful view of the harbor. The service is attentive without ever being intrusive, starting with the sparkling wine and the welcome appetizer, which make you feel pampered. The food is truly delicious, with a varied grilled fish menu.
Recommended, I'll definitely be back.
