23/11/2025: Excellent and plentiful food, a very homey and friendly atmosphere, great prices, and the staff are friendly and helpful. With a little renovation, the place would be top-notch.

16/11/2025: I ate very well, a trio of first courses and delicious meat. I took away a star for the dessert. A country trattoria can NOT serve only low-quality, industrial desserts. Cheerful atmosphere and spacious rooms. Fair price.

29/10/2025: An elegant restaurant adjacent to the sea in a pedestrian area, perfect for a stroll after lunch or dinner. The menu and service perfectly reflect the restaurant's exterior. The average price is certainly above average, but this is in proportion to the quality and selection on the extensive wine list.

We ordered two versions of a typical Urbania dish: the Crostolo...delicious...with truly authentic flavors, and then we tried the fried Tropea onion...very tasty and light for an onion... The staff was very kind and cheerful. The location was perhaps a little neglected...

11/12/2025: A small place, but a welcoming and refined atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff. Refined and tasty fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. More than a wine bar, this is a refined little restaurant with reasonable prices. In short, a truly wonderful discovery in the center of Ancona. Definitely worth a try! Bravo!

07/12/2025: An intimate, welcoming place where art, creativity, hospitality, and customer care are evident in every detail. Nothing is left to chance. The menu features extraordinary offerings, in the truest sense of the word, because they're anything but ordinary. Handmade pasta. The gnocchi and carrot and zucchini meatballs are my favorites. A place I always return to happily.

08/12/2025: Mascalzone Chalet, a guarantee year-round, consistently excellent quality. The menu ranges from fish to pizza. I've been countless times. Good wine list.

30/10/2025: Excellent dishes, homemade bread and desserts. We'll be back. Returned after months, always excellent dishes, even the pizzas were good. Returned, but it wasn't a particularly greasy day for fried foods. I'll try again.

10/09/2025: A unique butcher shop/restaurant, like a food/food bazaar. It's a bit kitschy, but overall pleasant and very clean. The owner is very present and histrionic, friendly, and explains everything. He's definitely in love with his job. The meat is excellent and well-cooked. I'll be back.

10/09/2025: Very friendly waiters and chefs. 😊. The food is freshly grilled on the wood grill according to your choice. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. The chef sat down with us at the table and let us try his special schnapps. 🥂. We'd be happy to come back. 👍👍👍

22/10/2025: I was severely disappointed by this restaurant, which I had very high expectations for. I'd seen photos of the location and the positive reviews and thought it might be the perfect place to bring some friends from out of the region who were visiting me. To say I made a fool of myself is an understatement. The main problem was the indecent wait time (but the excuses that came later were no less so). We arrived around 8:00 PM and were seated. There were 11 of us, including three children. Fifteen minutes later, only the menus had been brought to our table. No water. As I often tell all inexperienced (if not downright inexperienced) restaurateurs, the ABCs of restaurant management are to bring water immediately. "Good evening, gentlemen, we'll be right there. In the meantime, would you prefer sparkling or still water?" What's the point? And if you bring a little focaccia, an entrée, a snack, or any other contraption along with the water, the perceived wait time is significantly reduced. We were thirsty, the kids wanted to drink, but the water arrived very late. But it doesn't end there: we quickly ordered, suggesting appetizers, two pizzas for the kids, and a few main courses. More than half an hour passed, and we saw the appetizers arrive at the tables that arrived after us. We also saw other diners getting impatient. We took turns getting up to ask for clarification. At a certain point, I got up too and went to ask for clarification. I expected the usual excuse (which at least would have been accepted) of "unfortunately, we're short on staff and there were a lot of people coming in tonight," but the waitress, thinking she was acting professional, first replied, "You probably ordered more complex dishes to prepare (???? What are you even talking about!!!)" and when she saw my face darken, she blurted out, "Oh, but at your table there were also two pizzas for the girls, so we waited for their pizzas to come out first before preparing the appetizers." Absolute sadness. A simple, "Sorry, gentlemen, we're a bit behind on the food, I'll let the kitchen know to give you priority." Instead, she was dismissive, arrogant, and indifferent, and, at least in my case, it will mean I won't return and will inevitably cause very bad publicity. P.S.: We asked the waitress, "How many appetizers do you think we should order?" And she recommended two platters and two house appetizers. That advice turned out to be... Terrible because it was impossible to share. The portions were (rightfully) small, and a crostini, a small polenta, or any other dish was impossible to share for more than two people. Many of us even skipped eating so as not to deprive the other diner of their chance. P.S.: The meat deserves a very high rating, while the crostini with tomino cheese and prosciutto was a huge ciabatta bread without any seasoning. The latter was inedible. The chicken tagliata was so awful that I have to stop here to avoid being sued for defamation.
