I visited this venue for the first time thanks to a Nethesis event, and I must say I was very impressed by the beauty of the location and the organization of the entire staff: everyone was very professional and friendly. The buffet was prepared with the highest quality ingredients and typical local products. At the end of the event, thanks to Chef and owner Marco Biagiola, we were able to admire his mastery in preparing a traditional dessert from the Marche region. Congratulations again to everyone for your hospitality! 👏

06/11/2025: We went to Giustina for dinner after a few years because the first experience hadn't been a good one. Unfortunately, it didn't go well this time either. It was Sunday evening, before the seasonal closure. We had made reservations. When we arrived, all the tables were empty and unset; she pointed out that it was the last night they were open and, instead of setting them all, she would set the one we'd chosen. But that wasn't a pretty sight. We ordered two appetizers at Giustina, which—among other things—included creamed cod and seafood polenta. Without warning, the creamed cod wasn't available, and the polenta was replaced with a mix of stewed shellfish and peas. But we weren't told this beforehand because, had I known, I would have ordered something else. For my taste, the appetizer wasn't good. Then we had the risotto, which I didn't find particularly excellent, quite the opposite. It's the first one in Sirolo because no one else makes seafood risotto in Sirolo! I confirm—as I've read in other reviews—that there's no consideration for allergies; for example, the smoked salmon has sesame and poppy seeds on top without being specifically mentioned, as well as balsamic vinegar. Everything that goes into the dish should be clearly stated on the menu. There's no background music to accompany the evening. A truly sad place. While we were having dinner, they finished packing up the restaurant for the winter season, turned off the stove, and when we said we wouldn't have dessert, they turned off the refrigerators too! Two appetizers, two risottos, one bottle of water, and a half-liter of Verdicchio, €93.50 (definitely too much). Lastly, we were both sick all night. We'd like to try returning sometime during high season to see if things are better.

25/12/2025: I'm lactose intolerant and let them know several days in advance. I went there for a fixed-menu holiday banquet, and they were both kind and organized, offering lactose- and dairy-free food. Instead of dessert, they brought me a lactose-free three-scoop ice cream. The food was also very good, handcrafted by them. Very satisfied, thanks guys! (The price is average, because I flagged banquet, which is different from a regular day or weekend.)

01/12/2025: Unfortunately, I must confirm what others have noted: problems finding the reservation; we waited 45 minutes to order, another 45, maybe even more, for three entrees, and another hour for three meats reheated and dressed with the same sauce, even though they were three different types of meat. At this point, we were literally abandoned, and to order desserts, we took advantage of the opportunity afforded to us by our neighbors, who had gone to call someone. I also wanted to emphasize that, if a food item is out of stock, as is stated when ordering, no substitute is brought to the kitchen. The worst thing was seeing two diners arrive about an hour later, eat everything first, and be treated as if the others weren't there or didn't pay the same amount. The only positive thing is the proximity to the hospital, because if you're coming from out of town to visit relatives at lunchtime, it's convenient to stop for lunch. Had I known the treatment options beforehand, I would have preferred to drive even 30 minutes to go elsewhere.

05/10/2025: We had dinner at this fantastic restaurant! We were greeted at the entrance by Mrs. Marina, a truly special person who, along with her entire staff, made our dinner PHENOMENAL! Everything was made with top-quality truffles; from appetizer to dessert, we were truly satisfied! A place we'll return to as soon as possible, because we truly felt at home! My sincere compliments to all of you, because places like yours can be counted on one hand these days!!! My sincere compliments!

30/09/2025: A lovely hotel right in the Furlo Gorge, surrounded by beautiful nature. Clean, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. A buffet breakfast is served, and the staff are always ready to accommodate any request. There's also a large garden with a pool. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

Alessio...the chef was spectacular...and the lady (I don't know her name) who served us was so kind and friendly... I'll definitely be back! Oh...and I "only" had the workers' menu...all 15 euros a head! Highly recommended Andrea
