We went with colleagues after a nice motorcycle ride. Excellent restaurant, simple, with very good dishes, all at a fair price. I will definitely be back.

We ate very well...the appetizers were tasty, plentiful, and varied. The first courses were delicious, and the grilled mutton was expertly prepared! To finish, the strawberry tiramisu was memorable. The staff were extremely kind and patient. Compliments to all the staff.

We stopped for lunch at Vecchio Mulino on our last stop of our Umbrian weekend before heading home, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We were absolutely blown away by their antipasto: the variety and quality of the dishes were truly incredible, a triumph of local flavors! Highly recommended!!

05/06/2026: Personal opinion after being invited to dinner: rating for the quality of the food and preparation 8 / rating for the service 5 I find it a shame that the waiting staff was not attentive to the table, forgot to bring 4 plates of appetizers ordered, you have to ask for the bread and water otherwise once they are finished they remain on the table until the end... Maybe next time it will go better! Unfortunately, a bad evening can happen to those who work.
26/05/2026: A truly special dinner. You can immediately taste the quality of the food and the attention to detail. The meat was exceptional: a perfectly cooked tagliata, tender and flavorful. The liver appetizer surprised me, truly excellent. The desserts were delicious too! The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. One of those places where you eat with gusto and leave wanting to return. Congratulations!
