It's impossible to call them to book! It rings and rings and rings... I've been trying for two weeks with no success... I've even sent two emails with no response! What do I need to do to book?
10/11/2025: In this restaurant, with its slightly retro and rather spartan style (...I'd say it could use a refresh, though...), you can enjoy simple, authentic cuisine, without great pretensions. The service is efficient and the price is fair considering the good quality of the ingredients.

Excellent table service, with the owner being extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
Traditional Ascoli dishes and a good selection of local wines.
Highly recommended!
10/11/2025: Amatriciana is something perfect. Pasta bolognese ok. The prices of those two dishes and grappa are more than fair. The only downside is the high price of a small portion of mushrooms (not truffles) which for some reason costs as much as a whole meal

Very generous portions, reasonable price.
A bit crowded during rush hour, but that's understandable.
20/11/2025: We were in Cagli for work and found ourselves at this very welcoming and excellent restaurant. Not only was there no workers' menu in the evening, but the owners were accommodating. Thank you.

05/10/2025: I visited this remote port to celebrate a confirmation... I ate wonderfully, with generous portions, from appetizers to first courses, all truly exquisite! The staff were professional and friendly, and the atmosphere was truly welcoming!

26/08/2025: Very alternative food, one of the few restaurants offering options beyond seafood. For example, falafel, shrimp, tortilla, etc. There are various vegetarian dishes on the menu. There's no sea view, but we found parking easily. Excellent value for money.

08/01/2025: We stayed at the Antica Locanda La Diligenza Hotel with our dog Janet over New Year's Eve 2025 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful, romantic, and welcoming. The owner, Alessandro, is a delightful and very hospitable person, eager to make you feel at ease and always ready to recommend places to visit and eat. The village is delightful, and from there we easily visited Urbino, Urbania, San Lucio, and San Marino. We'll be back! PS: It's also a perfect hotel for four-legged friends! 🐕🐾

09/11/2025: Calling them cream puffs is an understatement, because, trust me, they're nothing like the ones you've eaten so far. A soft, thin dough filled with an exorbitant amount of cream. I have to try the other variations, but the one with Chantilly cream is unforgettable.
