Exquisite food, we took the dark egg cooked at 62 degrees, passatelli with fondue and truffle, frascarelli with new oil, walnuts and truffle, the new Willy Wonka for dessert, coffee and sweets. I would define everything as spatial! Well done everyone!

16/11/2024: Siamo tornati per l’ennesima volta in uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti nell’entroterra pesarese ma questa volta, purtroppo, siamo rimasti parecchio delusi… Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti (l’uovo a 60 gradi con porcini freschi (sempre buono e ben realizzato con porcini freschi meravigliosi) e cosce di piccione con castagne, nocciole e intingolo (cosce mezze crude e piatto poco equilibrato e con poco carattere)); 2 primi (passatelli in fonduta con porcini freschi (piatto anonimo e se non fosse stato per i porcini freschi meravigliosi, banale e insipido); tagliolini al tartufo nero (annegati nel burro e poco saporiti)); 2 secondi (porcini freschi grigliati (buoni grazie alla qualità dei funghi stessi); coscia di faraona con castagne e noccioline (replica del piatto di cosce di piccione nel condimento…ben cotta ma anonima e con poco carattere)), 1 bottiglia di naturale e 1 bottiglia di Lagrein Trentino…un caffè…per un totale di 130 euro! Prezzo nella norma del ristorante che frequentiamo da ormai 10 anni nel quale veniamo facendo 80 km appositamente…menù decisamente non nella norma e servizio decisamente non nella norma!!! I piatti hanno perso personalità, carattere e nel complesso non raggiungono la sufficienza…se non fosse per la materia prima (i funghi porcini in questo caso) non avremmo dato neanche 5 a questo menu, soprattutto se si considera che ci siamo seduti al tavolo alle 19.55 e ci siamo alzati dopo le 22.00 aspettando tra il primo e il secondo piatto quasi 25 minuti (e dei 2 secondi piatti, i porcini grigliati sono arrivati dopo ulteriori 5 minuti!)! Ma non è tutto…nella lunga attesa tra primo e secondo abbiamo segnalato ad una giovane cameriera che da troppo tempo attendevano i secondi piatti…e nonostante questo, una volta arrivati davanti al titolare nonché chef del ristorante, nonostante ci aspettassimo almeno le scuse per il ritardo nei piatti, non avendo avuto alcun cenno da parte suo al problema, abbiamo deciso di evidenziare l’accaduto, ricordando di essere clienti affezionati da anni e di non essere stati contenti neanche del menù…qui, chiunque, si sarebbe aspettato le scuse e magari una “carezza” sul conto…e invece…il titolare e chef, innervosito, ha risposto in modo arrogante e presuntuoso, non riconoscendo il tempo trascorso tra primi e secondi piatti e ammettendo solamente il problema della non contestualità del servizio dei 2 secondi…! Ma cosa più incredibile, ha sottolineato il lavoro fatto da 18 anni e il fatto che comunque aveva lavorato…e ci mancherebbe pure…anche noi abbiamo lavorato per pagare il suo conto di 130 euro! Il suo atteggiamento e la sua risposta sono state fuori luogo e sopra le righe e rivolte a 2 clienti storici che almeno 5/6 volte l’anno andavano nel suo ristorante facendo 80 km e il tutto davanti ad altri clienti pronti a saldare il loro conto… No comment…semplicemente, non torneremo più…e ovviamente non solo per l’accaduto, su cui avremmo potuto tranquillamente chiudere un occhio se fossimo stati trattati meglio dal titolare, ma per la qualità del menù, decisamente al di sotto della media di questo ristorante! Ci può stare una serata storta, un problema in cucina…non ci può stare non capire che un tuo cliente affezionato ti sta dicendo che qualcosa è cambiato e che qualcosa non va…

29/03/2025: We ate very well. However, the service was perhaps a little too fast even though it wasn't crowded and therefore there was no need to rush (and there were enough waiters). For the rest, everything was very good.

18/03/2025: I have been to this restaurant on more than one occasion, each time finding confirmation of the excellent quality. The location on the sea is exceptional, the outdoor tables are literally "on the shore" and eating with the sound of the waves in the background and looking at the horizon is beautiful. Excellent cold appetizers, tagliatelle with seafood, not to mention grilled and fried dishes. Very friendly and fast service, fair prices and in line with the quality offered. For us a fixed stop every time we pass through those parts. The last time, a few days ago, we had dinner in a separate part of the place, very quiet and peaceful, an excellent solution with two children considering that it was a Saturday evening and the rest of the place was packed and even in that case we had a great time. Keep it up and see you soon!

13/03/2025: Cibo mediocre: pappardelle ai funghi salate, coniglio non abbastanza cotto e secco. Contesto e servizio da trattoria ma prezzi non proprio da trattoria. Il posto peggiore in cui ho mangiato nella mia settimana di vacanza tra i bellissimi borghi marchigiani.

06/11/2024: A truly pleasant experience, despite it being an off-season period we arrive at the restaurant and find a lot of people, the first good sign, we are greeted by the restaurant manager who very courteously directs us to the table, shortly after the waiter arrives to take our orders. Not even 20 minutes later the pizzas arrive, they look excellent and the taste is even better. The dessert, fresh and very good crowns the experience which from start to finish is more than satisfying. The price is adequate and certainly low. Recommended if you are in the area!

La cena consisteva in un percorso degustativo su piatti francesi buonissimi in abbinamento ai loro vini accuratamente selezionati. Il titolare, lucio, è un uomo che sprizza cultura da tutti i pori. Condivide la sua conoscenza su temi relativi a vino, gastronomia e storia collegandoli insieme raccontando storia e tradizioni. Assolutamente consigliato.
