This restaurant is housed in a sumptuous residence dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The restaurant offers a captivating blend of history and modernity. Guests are greeted formally by a very gracious staff member, who offers an unusual and highly appreciated tasting of the owners' own olive oil produced in the Val d'Orcia. A tasty and unexpected aperitif was also offered, a delightful prelude to a wonderful dinner. The chef, worthy of the most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, is dedicated to satisfying the most sophisticated palates with delicate dishes that are both visually delightful and truly enchanting. White reigns supreme, dominating both the interior dining room and the outdoor patio, contrasting here with the pleasantly dated flooring featuring dark brown accents. The establishment is surrounded by greenery, so much so that from the outside, the presence of the road is almost forgotten. My need for gluten- and lactose-free cuisine was fully met without the slightest hesitation, without compromising the flavor or beauty of the dishes. There is free parking outside on the opposite side of the street, and parking is available inside the building. There are three steps to the entrance. I recommend a small ramp for wheelchair users and strollers, if you don't have one. For anyone looking for a quiet, elegant, and romantic location, I highly recommend it. 10/10/2025: We paid a lot and didn't eat well: the fish was poor quality, the appetizers tasteless and smelly, the pasta was overcooked and the tomato sauce was raw, with a few defrosted shrimp in the middle, the sliced ​​steak was poor and burnt, the sea bream was decent but topped with defrosted spinach... even the breadsticks were rancid! We definitely won't be back, but it's disappointing to see the lack of attention given to the preparation of simple dishes that would take so little to make them enjoyable! The waiter, at least, was kind and friendly.

06/10/2025: Place is nice, good views, decent atmosphere... But the service is slow and the food average. I know it was the only one open here on a Monday. That's why they're busy. But if you know that's the situation. Take an advantage. Don't screw it up. My pizza was tasteless and it took over 30 minutes to get to me.. St least the views are nice. I doubt I'll be coming back. Not worth it. Better pizzas in nearby places.

26/09/2025: We stumbled upon it almost by chance, not knowing the place, so we decided to pop in and order three pizzas to go. They were quick, friendly, and the pizzas were absolutely delicious. The baked potatoes on the pizza were truly spectacular. It's a shame we don't come to the area often, otherwise we'd be back more often!

25/08/2025: I go there for breakfast. Cappuccino and homemade brioche with Chantilly cream is my favorite. They hand you your tray with your order and you go to your table. Ask at the cashier because the tipping pig has a leash.

03/04/2025: Partiamo dal presupposto che si sia trattato di un light lunch. Il menù era ridotto all'osso, per cui posso unicamente fare riferimento a quanto assaggiato in quest'occasione. Detto questo il locale merita senza dubbio un ritorno. Antipasto estremamente semplice ma di qualità, dolce idem (e il sorbetto non è mai tra le mie preferenze). La portata principale - quella che reputo l'unica - è un risotto allo zafferano con bocconcini di ossobuco. Strepitoso. Riso al dente e zafferano delizioso, né troppo forte, né troppo poco. L'ossobuco è morbido, gustoso e abbondante, proprio come il riso stesso. Il livello è molto alto, ecco perchè avrei voluto poter assaggiare di più anche in relazione alle altre portate. Se però baso il mio parere sul risotto, allora è eccellente. Servizio molto veloce, personale gentile e locale pulito, nonché ampio ma tuttavia senza il classico rimbombo che si soffre in certe location. Ripeto, consigliato e mai come in questo caso ho un valido motivo per tornare.

Let's take appetizers of cold cuts: all cut with the same thickness, the ham was a steak, you can't cut the mortadella with 3 mm thickness and do the same for the ham and everything else. First courses ordered not very tasty. Infinite waiting times…….. The wine was good. Service: some polite some less. Ah the music was not bad.
