28/07/2024: The restaurant is in a wonderful location. Friendly staff and quite attentive and precise. Well made dishes and quality raw materials. Just a note: I ordered venison as a second course and the portion was really minimal and what's more with very little meat and a lot of bone!

10/07/2024: Super recommended for an aperitif, excellent, tasty and plentiful. Delicious fresh fruit in the house soft drink🫶 Spectacular view and very kind owners! More than honest price, if you are in Sacro Monte you can't miss it!

First courses good but second courses, work menu, we are not there with the quality. Meat and fish in some cases not presentable..... Let's not talk about the service which, faced with obvious complaints about the dish not being edible, even made them pay for it........they lost a customer...that's fine.....

12/08/2024: The location has an agreement with UPS and is individualized as a location of choice for the storage of items to be returned. Following the instructions sent by email (see attachment), this afternoon I head to the bar and deliver the package to the employee. She informed me that the delivery label was necessary, I informed her that this was not the case by showing her the instructions on the email (do not print the label, show the code to the venue) but she insisted that I should have printed it myself. The employee, therefore, did not know this method. Then, by having her read the instructions on the email again, she is finally convinced and tries to continue. In the end, she told me that everything was done but even asked me to pay for the printing of the label, asking me €0.30. I, of course, paid but informed her that I would report this incorrect behavior. If they qualify as a collection point, I believe that they must primarily be informed of the methods by which these returns must be carried out and, secondarily, not allow themselves to ask for further economic benefits from customers (certainly if they are affiliated as a collection point, the compensation already perceive).

29/07/2024: Decido con la famiglia di andare a mangiare una pizza, scelgo questo posto leggendo alcune recensioni, appena arrivati mi sono accorta che il localo era cupo, una .prima sala con sedie capovolte sui tavoli , la cameriera ci conduce in un’altra sala con una sola persona seduta, al che non sapendo che fare ho sperato che almeno la pizza fosse buona . Dopo un’ora di attesa ci chiedono le bevande sbagliando.dopo altri 30 minuto ho chiesto alla titolare se mancava molto al nostro ordine mi è stato risposto che io non capivo cosa significasse avere una attività. Titolari inadeguati
