Courtesy, kindness and knowledge on the part of the staff of what was proposed allowed us to make the most of the chosen route. Stunning place, especially the internal room. The first was therefore not a coincidence, now it is a real certainty. Fantastic dishes full of flavors and colours, excellent staff as always. I highly recommend the vegetarian starter, it varies each time depending on the period. Fruit and vegetables presented in a sublime way both in terms of sight and taste. A simple fennel, a courgette, a carrot or a green bean in this dish are not banal vegetables, on the contrary they make you say wow double wow, without neglecting all the others. Everything as always perfect, from the service to what we ate. This time 7-course fish tasting menu. To give an idea of ​​the fantastic experience, when asked by the Chef at the end of lunch which dish I liked best, I replied: everything, without any distinction. This time there are also photos. Fourth experience today 15 August 2024 I would add an extra star each time. A marvel, visual, olfactory, gustatory. There are no words to describe what we ate, you have to go and do it in person. 03/02/2025: Locale raffinato e con un servizio eccellente , la cucina del giovane chef stellato che ha lavorato in alcuni dei più accreditati ristoranti milanesi risulta innovativa e ricca di spunti per gustare al meglio ogni piatto . Credo sia stata la mia migliore esperienza da diversi anni nella Provincia di Pavia che nn abbonda di simili offerte culinarie .

01/03/2025: Good morning we ate today. Quite a nice place, a little sad at the entrance.. Pretty good starters but few, there was no sauce to accompany the dish. Inside the room a little cold, minimal heating... We had lunch... I had higher expectations.... But I will return to try other dishes... We'll see

03/03/2025: Wonderful experience for a wedding!!!! The place is beautiful, the staff are attentive and welcoming, the food is refined and delicious, the entertainment is engaging without being intrusive. Even though it was cold the day was full of sunshine and we were able to walk in the park around the lakes. But above all we were pampered and looked after in everything. I really recommend it!

05/03/2025: Locale molto caratteristico ben curato e gestito con assoluta simpatia. Non è grandissimo, una trentina circa di coperti, e si presta bene a serate rilassanti e tranquille. Siamo stati ben accolti ed anche molto ben consigliati (sui vini Manlio è un'enciclopedia). Piatti molto ben curati e realizzati con maestria (ottimo il cacio e pepe, e super il baccalà in olio cottura). La torta finale (ricetta esclusiva) al cioccolato, una squisitezza. Consiglio la prenotazione, soprattutto nel week end. Prezzi rapportati alla qualità, onesti e meritati. Bravi.

09/03/2025: Overall the cuisine is excellent. The starters are excellent, the liver pâté still makes my mouth water, but the culatello and duck carpaccio are also excellent choices. I tried the ravioli on the menu and they were well above average, but the Sicilian pasta my wife got seemed even better. Among the desserts I recommend the strawberry with mascarpone and ladyfingers: fantastic choice!

I found the food very good both for the quality of the raw materials and for the cooking. I am satisfied. 19/03/2025: I was in Pavia for a conference and was taken to lunch at this restaurant that I didn't know, and it was a very positive surprise. The atmosphere is pleasant, intimate and refined, suitable for different occasions. I appreciated the quality of the food, well prepared and with a good selection of dishes. I tried both their ravioli with braised meat (and as a good taster of this dish I must say I was fully satisfied) and the focaccia stuffed with ham, truly exquisite. The service was present but not intrusive, courteous and helpful, the staff is very attentive to the needs of the customer. Overall, I consider this restaurant a good choice for a lunch in Pavia.

12/03/2025: On Saturday evening I had dinner at Conte Hop in Cassolnovo and the experience was truly excellent. I tried the Coccinella pizza, an original and imaginative idea: a giant pizza in the shape of a ladybug divided into three different flavours, really delicious! The dough was excellent, well leavened and digestible. As a starter I took a mixture of fried foods, of very good quality, dry and crunchy, although the price seemed slightly high compared to the portion. To conclude, I chose a dessert not on the menu: Modena cake with ice cream, artisanal and delicious. The staff were very kind and attentive throughout the evening. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the arrangement of the tables: a little too close together, reducing privacy a little. Overall a great dining experience, I will definitely be back! My rating would be 4.5/5, but since this is not possible, I give 4 stars and not 5 only for the price/quantity ratio on some dishes and the space between the tables. Advised!

26/01/2025: If I could I would give 1000 stars. Excellent food, everything on the menu is delicious. The meat is very fresh and of great quality, pizzas are always well cooked and very good. I can't find a flaw anywhere. The service is impeccable, they have now become family... it is our favorite place!!
