We took a mixed starter of cold cuts and cheeses to share: sublime cooked bacon, duck speck a surprise, and top blue cheeses. Followed by tagliolini with sheep ragù and a Milanese cutlet. Good and rich dishes. For dessert, DIY cannons to be filled at the table with custard and pistachio cream. Very good. An experience to be repeated to taste all the other dishes on the menu
