31/05/2025: I visited this restaurant with 3 friends because it was recommended to me by a connoisseur. High expectations but I didn't think they would be so fulfilled! The first course with amberjack was off the menu (very delicate) and was recommended to me by the owner: rating 8! The second course is said to be a must of the place: swordfish cutlet with a sauce, maybe more of a mayonnaise, superlative so much so that I ordered a second (of the sauce). The caramel tiramisu with chopped hazelnuts was also excellent! Wine by the glass for me, a bottle of white for my friends! All seasoned with a quiet atmosphere and light music in the background! CHAPEAU!

12/08/2025: Before the renovation, you couldn't bring dogs in (!!!). There was even a clear sign on the door. Now, if you bring your dog in, they make fun of you. I walked in this morning and saw the owner of another dog I know. Jokingly, I told him that my two dogs had seen his in the window. A big guy with a prominent arm tattoo and a fifth-grade education sighed, "How exciting." Which makes me think he thought I was gay, which means not only is this a bar for people who don't like animals, but it's also a bar for homophobes. Given that I'm straight, I don't like the idea of a person at the cash register, who should just do her job without comment, taking the liberty of making fun of customers and their dogs. Before leaving, I made it clear to him, since I'm Tuscan and I don't mince words. He stammered an excuse that didn't hold water. If you need breakfast or an aperitif, go to the Olimpico bar across the street. They're much more inclusive and respectful! P.S. After a day, the pastry shop responded to me, trying to discredit the incident I reported as false. But I have a witness. Regarding the person at the register who uttered the words "how exciting" in a falsetto, I stand by what I said. He's a man in his sixties. Perhaps the owner? I don't lie. Everything I said is true. Instead of trying to brand my words as false, the owners would have done better to apologize without any ifs or buts. I will never go into this pastry shop again. There are plenty of them in the area; I won't miss it.

06/07/2025: Osteria dell'11 for lovers of home cooking. As soon as you cross the threshold, you are welcomed by a warm and welcoming environment, characterized by a retro touch that makes the atmosphere charming. The staff is not only friendly, but also extremely professional, always ready to recommend the dish of the day or to tell the story of the specialties on the menu. The friendliness with which customers are served creates a family atmosphere that makes each visit a pleasant experience.

22/07/2025: A Milanese friend of mine took my family and me here for a Friday lunch. Absolutely amazing lunch, service was superb very friendly with big smiles, the fish so fresh and tasty and overall this was one of our best meals in Milan! Would highly recommend!

13/07/2025: I'm really having a hard time writing this review because I tend to try to find good things, but here I'm really struggling. The place is located in a busy area, the interior is very nice, the exterior is questionable. But that's not the worst thing; the worst thing is the service and some aspects of the food, especially considering how much they charge. I'll list the things that aren't working: 1) There are 8 of us and they only give us 3 menus. We asked for more and they tell us they don't have any. 2) We ordered 5 pizzas, 3 first courses, and 1 second course with a side. Everything arrived late, in sequence: 5 pizzas and a side. 10 minutes later, the second course with the side arrived, another 10 minutes later, a first course (which arrived cold), and 15 minutes later, the other 2 first courses (embarrassing). Overall, the food was good. 3) The place was dark and lacked artificial lighting other than LED flashlights on the table. 4) The place was packed with mosquitoes, with no mosquito repellent. We asked for mosquito repellent, and after 5 minutes, one arrived, practically empty. 5) Dessert time, which also arrived in batches. The very good waiter (it being my birthday) spontaneously put a candle on my dessert, but there was a 10-minute delay between mine and the last one, so another wait. 6) I ordered the tiramisu, and it was frozen inside. I promptly reported any problems, but to no avail. Those near our table waited 50 minutes for two spaghetti with clams, and many others complained. I wonder how truthful the reviews are. Anyway, thank goodness I booked with The Fork, with a 30% discount, so the prices were almost acceptable. I strongly recommend reviewing the kitchen management.

21/07/2025: Convenient location right next to the Milan-Meda highway. Comfortable room with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. As soon as I return, I'll also want to try the restaurant, which specializes in grilled meats. Hotel guests receive a 10% discount. I highly recommend this property.

15/06/2025: A little gem, absolutely highly recommended. We tasted dishes of the highest quality, made with great care and love. We felt welcomed and pampered at every moment, from the aperitif to the excellent wine recommendations to dinner. Genuine and sincere courtesy, something not to be taken for granted, in short a place with character that cannot disappoint. The environment is also very beautiful and well-kept but it is the people inside that make the difference from the kitchen to the dining room. Thank you for this experience, I wish it were in my region but there is no doubt that when we have the opportunity we will definitely return with great pleasure.

01/09/2025: You can tell the owner/manager cares; despite it being a pub-style establishment, everyone is well-mannered and polite. The food is good, and the prices are definitely average.

24/08/2025: Typical Italian incompetents who rely on The Fork for advertising and then don't know how to organize and manage reservations. They canceled my reservation 20 minutes before arrival, too bad we were already on our way. Once we got there, I asked for an explanation, and the guy, in a hasty and unprofessional manner, replied that "the dining room is full," as if to imply that customers without The Fork have priority. WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON THIS SITE IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE RESERVATIONS? At least remove availability on weekends! And apologize when you do something like that! That's how you work!

10/06/2025: We had a great time at this restaurant last night! There were 8 of us and we tried the paccheri, ravioli, pastrami, Milanese cutlet, risotto alla Milanese, spaghetti aglio e olio, but also the tiramisu and panna cotta and everything was delicious! We also loved the tavern atmosphere and the service was perfect, I will be back!
