09/08/2024: We hoped to find a place to eat that was NOT made for tourists, so we walked away from the Duomo. What a gem! The delicious Sardinian food was prepared with care and our owner/host (for 40 years!) recommended perfectly paired wines. The potato and mint ravioli and grilled radicchio with cheese were my favorites. At the outdoor tables, we talked with a local regular and my son got up to kick a ball with a small boy. Wonderful last night in Italy!

05/07/2024: Cena con colleghi, ottimo ristorante di pesce e non solo a Milano. Abbiamo preferito pesce, con antipasto di crudo sublime e ottimi tagliolini con astice, il tutto accompagnato da buon vino. Proprietari cortesi.

15/07/2024: La prima volta sono stata in questo locale a maggio, sempre con la mia famiglia, e sono rimasta sorpresa, prima provando un aperitivo; per non rovinarci la cena abbiamo chiesto di portarci qualche sfizioseria senza esagerare, è così è stato. Quelli che potrebbero essere semplici nachos, al soulgreen sono una delizia, niente a che vedere con quelli che siamo abituati a mangiare. Poi ricordo che ci hanno portato della frutta secca e anche in questo caso una vera droga, ancora non ho chiesto il segreto ma erano davvero deliziosi, un esplosione di sapori. Quando mi capitano, raramente, queste esperienze mi chiedo: ma perché non lo fa nessuno? Basta veramente poco per dare gusto a un semplice aperitivo, un po’ di amore e fantasia ed ecco che semplici mandorle o noccioline diventano un esperienza gustativa. Oltre a complimentarmi con il personale sempre attento, professionale e sorridente, aggiungo che trovare cucina vegana così buona non è facile. Noi in tre mesi è la terza volta che mangiamo al soulgreen passando per Milano, lo consiglio vivamente!

14/07/2024: Place entirely focused on vegetarian dishes, very good and tasty, with free water. The only flaw is the slightly high prices, but it is understandable given the area and the quality of the food served.
