27/05/2025: I discovered this trattoria very recently. What can I say... I fell in love with it. I finally found an old trattoria in Milan. Traditional cuisine, excellent quality of food. Tasty dishes, fresh raw materials and a varied choice of menus. Their dishes have remained imprinted in my head for days. Family atmosphere, the owners of the trattoria make you feel at home. Helpful, kind, friendly and attentive to customer requests. I recommend it 100%

20/06/2025: English: Hello everyone, I am the terror of restaurateurs and other phenomena that offer poor services in other sectors draining your wallet (lately with a mechanic in via Crescenzago, to say the least, hallucinating: I went into his place with a problem and came out with three problems, a response to my negative review on Google to say the least aberrant and, lately, some anonymous phone calls with a guy who speaks in Sicilian, could it be a coincidence???? Who is calling, Totò Riina himself?????? Unfortunately, this platform does not give you a way to dismantle the tsunami of infamy of the other!!!!!!). Returning to the Masseria, given that I have a certain thirty-year experience of restaurants, pizzerias and trattorias, I am strongly surprised by an average score. This place deserves, from my humble point of view, a slightly higher score unlike other places, well reviewed, which are associations, to say the least, to commit crimes!!!!!!!! I especially compliment Ahmed (the owner) and Tony (the conductor of the hall) who make me feel truly at home, unlike other nightmare and excellently reviewed places. To make a long story short, the result is the following: I enter calm and I leave veeeeeeeeeery calm, with a full belly, satisfied, pampered, listened to and above all, not taken for a ride when it's time to pay!!!!!! See you at the next adventure or misadventure.

05/06/2025: I arrive alone at this place and ask where I can sit, already there the waiter (a man in his 60s) you could tell he was already tired of working. I then order food and what I ordered was almost not good, strange face on his part, but oh well, that's okay. He brings me the plate and almost throws it on the table so much that the contents were falling out. Too bad because the food is not bad at all.

24/06/2025: I was in Milan for a few days and stayed around the corner at the Ibis hotel. I saw this restaurant was close and the reviews looked great. As I approached the restaurant, I saw a man and woman sitting outside. I said I would like to order and the woman pointed inside and I went in to look at the menu. I asked her if there was any vegan food and she said 'vegetarian'. I politely asked if there was any vegan food and she shrugged and sighed. She was extremely unwelcoming and rolled her eyes. I asked if I could sit outside as it was extremely warm and she sighed again and pointed outside. I sat down at a table and she angrily tapped another table for me to sit at and looked at the other man and smirked. I sat down and asked to look at the menu and she again looked like I was annoying her and she walked inside clearly annoyed. I was really disappointed at this stage but was prepared to be patient as the food reviews looked good. I sat and she shouted over to me about 'drink' and I said I would like a drink and she reacted like I had done something wrong. She stood in the door entrance of the restaurant instead of coming to talk to me at the table and at that stage I got up and said I was going elsewhere as her customer skills were terrible. The man then stood up and asked what was wrong and I told him that the woman had been rude since I arrived and I wanted to order some food but I was being made to feel like an inconvenience. He laughed and said it was because of a 'communication misunderstanding' which was completely untrue. I didn't end up eating here and I am disappointed I didn't get the chance to as the vegan food looked great from the reviews. But it's 2025 and there has to be a minimum of decent customer service rather than being made to feel like an inconvenience. I am glad I walked away as I don't think I could have tolerated any more negative energy. I can see from some of the other reviews that I was not the only person commenting on her negativity! Avoid!

18/04/2025: This is a small restaurant that offers amazing food. It comes with a bottle of water too. The wait time is not very long and the woman who cooks and handles everything is very kind. I highly recommend this hidden gem when you are in Milan.
