19/08/2025: Seafood restaurant in Piazza Gramsci, just steps from Chinatown. You can dine inside the air-conditioned restaurant or at the tables outside. A basket with a selection of regular and whole-wheat rolls, carasau bread, tarallini, and breadsticks is always served at your table. I ate: - Sautéed mussels and clams: good, even the sauce was good enough to mop up the sauce. - Octopus, potato, and celery salad: fresh, different from the usual; I would have preferred a few more potatoes, not exceptional. - Maccheroncini al ferretto with rock octopus ragù: good and flavorful octopus ragù, excellent macaroni. I wasn't thrilled with what I thought was a mixture of breadcrumbs and spices; perhaps it dried out the dish a bit, and it tasted like unseasoned breadcrumbs. Maybe it's just my impression. - Mediterranean scampi from Mazara del Vallo: a great portion for sharing, the fish was fresh, the flavor excellent, but expensive. - Sicilian cassata: very good, the waiter told us it's homemade. Traditional! The waiters are kind and helpful, but not so much the gentleman who greeted me at the door. The owner made sure to greet everyone at the table and ask how their dinner went. Overall, good, but I'm not sure I'd go back, especially considering the price.

20/05/2025: I had heard good things about it, but I was a little disappointed. Good food, but nothing special! The vitello tonnato is made with veal and not with loin, you can taste the difference! Good service. Overall not bad, but not to say WOWWW!

20/05/2025: Trattoria famigliare con prezzi onesti. Pasta all'arrabbiata e cotoletta da capogiro, non dovete cercare il ristorante stellato e l'ambiente è davvero informale, ma se nn vi fermate alle prime apparenze scoprirete davvero i sapori di una volta.

30/08/2025: A classic institution in Milan. I’ve wanted to try this place for very long, and finally took the chance when in Milano. The service, amtmosphere and vibes were giving old world elegance. Food was all very neat, plated elegantly, but had quite subtle tastes. Quite expensive on the other hand, for such simple dishes. Our favourite was the red prawn pasta, so fresh and well balanced. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for an elegant cafè experience in Milan, but perhaps for a gastronomical one.

The wine list is good, with fair markups that are lower than the local average. On-site parking is available. Pet-friendly. Amex welcome. The restaurant we've frequented for years has lost its luster and has slowly become "tired," or perhaps resigned to its past glories. Last night with my wife: Tuna tartare and roasted octopus Followed by: Cutlet and sliced ​​tuna Tartare: with your eyes closed, you can't taste the raw tuna... tasteless. Cutlet: greasy, and the breading flakes. The "carving" knife is of the lowest quality. It can be purchased at a local kitchenware store. Roasted octopus: 6 Tuna sliced ​​tuna: 6 The Conte della Vipera Sauvignon wine by Antinori is excellent. 3 people in the dining room, of which only one was taking orders. 2 (apprentices?) inattentive and often "grazing." Uncertain wait times and subpar service. Scia on Martin needs to be revisited so it can return to its former glory.

17/06/2025: Worth the review. From the moment we entered the hotel and their warm welcome and wonderful reception, to the speed of the more than wonderful service, the cleanliness of the room, and the insulation of the place! 👌 The walk is about 20 minutes to the Duomo.

27/05/2025: For a 5 star hotel this hotel needs to do better on breakfast. They charge a titanium member 30 euros for a breakfast buffet that isn't even up to standards. I am willing to pay for a 30 euros breakfast but the lack of selection is so disappointing.

22/08/2025: I only had the 🍕 whole wheat Margherita (€2 more). Delicious 😋😋😋 It was my first time here, but I'll definitely be back to try other pizzas and seafood dishes. I had a delicious and sumptuous dessert: lobster tail in a crispy pastry with Chantilly cream and strawberries - a must try!
