25/07/2025: I got some takeout. When they weighed it, they also weighed the container. In fact, I had ordered 100 grams of roast beef, and when I got home, I didn't get the amount. I weighed everything, and in fact, it was 70 grams of roast beef, and the rest was the container. This is pure dishonesty. Besides, the receipt doesn't show the details. It's nice to do business like this. I've noticed things that weren't right in the past, but I won't be scammed and deceived like this. Never again.

10/07/2025: We had breakfast and picked up some focaccia to go. The coffee and cappuccino were excellent, as were the strudel and brioche. We also enjoyed the focaccia. The staff was professional and welcoming. The only downside was the slightly steep prices. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

03/07/2025: We had a margherita pizza and two 33l Heineken drinks for a total of 25 euros. The pizza was quite delicious.

07/05/2025: Angela ci ha guidato nella scelta del vino e anche del cibo. Io e la mia ragazza Ci siamo scolati una bottiglia di aspis, abbiamo riso e abbiamo mangiato cibo buonissimo davanti alla vista del Duomo. Ringrazio di nuovo Angela per la sua professionalità e simpatia, torneremo sicuramente.

04/05/2025: Gran ubicación y bar/tienda de vinos. Personal muy amable y servicial, dejando hs probar los vinos antes de comprar una botella para disfrutar al aire libre en la terraza frente a la catedral del Duomo. Terminamos volviendo todos los días durante nuestro viaje lo disfrutamos tanto. No conseguí comida, pero se veía bien. Una ventaja es que si te unes a su club de fidelidad, las botellas de vino bajan de precio.

15/07/2025: Terrible people. One of them screams and has an annoying voice. I don't think they even wash their hands since I didn't see them. Avoid eating there. The ingredients are of poor and questionable quality. I bought a takeout piadina and threw it away... Answer: Just because you can't accept the truth doesn't mean you're making things up. Have a good day, frustrated people ;)

16/06/2025: It has been a shame for years and continues to be a shame, I'm sorry that it is located in a strategic point and unfortunately has customers, but then people who work there scream and smoke all day (I have my doubts that they wash their hands) since I have a friend who lives in those buildings and sees them in the courtyard. I don't know how to respond to the owner's lies so I'll extend my review: 1 I advise you to learn to read and understand the Italian language before commenting and telling lies. 2 he is the one who works for you with the duck voice who screams all day inside or outside, NO ONE has spoken of customers who disturb. 3 I took the liberty of going back these days and asking someone who was leaving number 21 and they repeated the screaming adding also that you smoke *** in their courtyard. 4 it's written "staff" not staf 5 NOBODY has ever talked about knowing your staff and I don't even care for God's sake. I hope you learn Italian and that at least you understand this.

04/09/2025: HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED because you have to wait about half an hour before you can order (plus the time it takes to prepare the piadinas, which are also good). If you have dinner and then go to the movies, GO ELSEWHERE, it takes too long!

24/07/2025: Conto salatissimo ed ingiustificato, una vera vergogna. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte per avere qualche pezzetto di formaggio(assolutamente privo di eccezionalità), due fettine di prosciutto e tre di mortadella, qualche fetta di pane. Riconoscendo il mal servizio il titolare ci ha proposto una fetta di melone a testa (eravamo in 5) che credevamo un omaggio per farsi perdonare. Risultato: 5 fettine di melone per giunta insapore(questo almeno non per colpa) 18 euro😬. Attenzione, il tagliere tutto fumo niente arrosto 24 euro. Una vera ladrata. Da dimenticare!!!!

18/06/2025: Pessimo!! Nel dehor in via dezza del negozio "la baita del formaggio " di via foppa ho pagato una bottiglietta di acqua e una coca 8 euro. Un posto degradato e degradante, arredato malissimo, sporco soprattutto nel retro . L'area di via Dezza e via foppa è stata riqualificata dopo anni di lavori per la metro blu e questo luogo dovrebbe ospitare non una baracca , ma al limite un locale più dignitoso e soprattutto non un posto che non vale quel che chiede.

18/08/2025: Excellent restaurant - I absolutely 100% recommend. I was looking for a fast and easy place to eat at the end of the night and was fortunate enough to find Serendepico. The manager, Alex, is the friendliest, most welcoming, and entertaining guy. As a solo traveler, he treated me more like a human than simply a customer, and gave me a conversation to remember. For not only great food and service but also a memorable experience, try Serendepico and I promise you won’t regret it!

14/08/2025: Il City Cafe si trova alla fine di via Dante. Non è molto grande ma si trova sulla strada pedonale. Questo piccolo ristorante ha prezzi accessibili e offre paninetti molto italiani! È anche possibile ordinare piatti di carne o pesce. Per dessert si può ovviamente prendere gelato o cappuccino!!

15/04/2025: We ordered pizza and aperol, both were very delicious, the atmosphere was very nice and the service was good too, in terms of prices the pizza cost us 12, we paid the same for the aperol as the pizzas which, personally, has no relation. I recommend the place since the atmosphere and what we consumed was quite good!

15/07/2025: A really cozy sidewalk cafe with table service – that's something you don't see very often anymore. We were served by an older gentleman who walked around and took his time with all the guests. He clearly enjoyed it, and it rubbed off on the atmosphere. In the middle of a busy shopping street, you could suddenly breathe deeply. Here you didn't feel stressed – quite the opposite. It was a break from the pace, with room for presence and peace. A little breather in the middle of the city – definitely worth a visit.

30/08/2025: 15 euros per person for a terrible drink (Aperol) and an inedible all-you-can-eat buffet menu, truly the worst quality I've ever eaten. It's not even worth the price, which is very little.

22/08/2025: €15 per person, terrible food: sour pasta, sour green beans, frozen tiramisu, and that's all I'll say. I sincerely hope I don't get sick.
