25/04/2025: locale molto bello e accogliente, personale molto gentile , cibo buono anche se un po’ caro(anche se non molte alternative per quanto quanto riguarda il salato, avevo chiesto un toast prosciutto e formaggio e il cameriere mi ha detto che non me lo poteva fare e di guardare i toast presenti sul menù ), bagni molto belli. unica pecca , i bicchieri un po’ sporchi . nel complesso ottima esperienza

24/04/2025: Da tempo volevo provare la loro famosa colazione. Purtroppo non ho avuto un effetto wow! Preso waffle con frutti di bosco come accostamento tre contenitori con panna, cioccolata e sciroppo d'acero; non sono sicura che siano stati fatti al momento perché la consistenza non era morbida e aveva pezzetti con zucchero come se il preparato non si fosse cotto completamente. Quello che trovo però eccessivo è il prezzo e il coperto perché c'è una tovaglietta di carta tovagliolo di carta forchetta e coltello. Andrebbe tolto almeno il coperto. Anche lo spazio di vendita dei gudget ha prezzi veramente alti. Ho visto prevalentemente stranieri

08/08/2025: Today we went here to try this restaurant. A TERRIBLE experience! AWFUL WAITERS! When the roll arrived, it was floating in freshly cut oil, and I immediately reported it without even eating it. The response from the waitress or the owner was, "It's really like that, put a tissue underneath if you want." You can't help but be annoyed. I've been working in the restaurant business for over 10 years, and unfortunately, that's not a proper response, nor is it a proper dish! You can tell it was fried again (I repeat, I know because I worked there too). DON'T DO THIS JOB IF YOU CAN'T ACCEPT COMPLAINTS OR CRITICISM! You're rude!!! You've made people lose their desire to eat and enjoy the dishes you make! An experience to forget, never to be repeated! AND ALSO, YOU CAN'T PAY BY CARD, CASH ONLY? Why?

31/08/2025: I understand now why it wasn't very popular compared to the other restaurants in the gallery. Terrible food. The risotto was overcooked, tasteless, and precooked. An insult to Milanese cuisine. I also found the cleanliness of the place appalling, with the smell of urine even outside the bathrooms and near the kitchen. Luckily, I left everything behind, otherwise who knows what I would have eaten. I'd say the place is unhygienic. The stairs are dirty and never cleaned. Urine is even in the hallways, and I'm not even talking about the bathrooms.

09/06/2025: I came to Terrazza Yomo 21 in Milan expecting to enjoy a nice moment. The only good thing about this place is the location and the view — which has nothing to do with their service or quality. I ordered a lemonade and a focaccia, and ended up with a ridiculous bill of €40, including hidden “power charges” that were never communicated beforehand. The service? Absolutely awful. The waiters were rude and unhelpful. I have dietary restrictions and cannot eat pork. I accidentally ordered a focaccia with pork because I didn’t notice it in the description. I kindly asked to change the order without even touching the plate, and they flat-out refused, with zero empathy or professionalism. This completely ruined my mood. I paid €40 for a mediocre lemonade and a plate I couldn’t even eat. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment. If you’re looking for good food, respectful staff, or any form of decent service — do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

04/06/2025: ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. CAME TO MILAN VERU EXCITED FOR THIS BAR. WE WERE DENIED ENTRY DESITE BEING 19 YEARS OLD. WE WERE TOLD BY THE BALD MAN IN The photo that it was twenty plus. It is not! We saw on the website and another manager that it is 18. They have lied. We asked if it was dress code that was the issue they continued to say it was about the age. THIS IS A LIE. 23/07/2025: Worst aperitivo in Milan, if you can call it that. I've never seen anything like it. The owner and waiter were incredibly rude, the sandwiches were unimaginable, and above all, the service was rude and overrated for the location, being behind the Duomo. The waiter was very rude and rude; when I asked for a toasted sandwich, he told me the kitchen was closed (obviously completely false). Worst golden hour experience in downtown Milan. 11/05/2025: I would like to express a consideration regarding my experience today, 11 May 2025 at 4.15 pm, at this commercial establishment, where we went for the usual aperitif consisting of a prosecco and a Campari. To the request for some appetizers, usually provided independently and as a consolidated practice, the operator present responded with an attitude that I perceived as not very courteous, stating that only platters are served in the restaurant. This statement does not correspond to reality, since on previous occasions we were regularly offered accompanying food. I regret to say that this negative experience will lead me to no longer frequent your establishment. Best regards.

13/06/2025: Situato all'uscita del percorso della pinacoteca. Mi avvicino alla cassa e vengo aggredita verbalmente dalla cassiera che mi dice che loro hanno servizio al tavolo. Mi spiazza perchè' non mi ero posta il problema. Mi vede un addetto alla sala, che si trovava di fianco a me , e gentilmente mi dice: lei può andare dove vuole. Mi metto al banco, attendo quanto ordinato. Arriva altra gente e per educazione mi sposto, verso l'angolo del bancone. Vedo che al di fuori del luogo dove le persone mangiano ci sono tavolini vuoti, davanti a una panca , contro parete. Allora prendo tazza e piattino e cercando di non sporcare mi appoggio al tavolino, ci sarei stata 2 minuti senza togliere il posto a nessuno. Dopo 1 minuto vengo raggiunta da un cameriere che mi invita ad alzarmi perché io avevo pagato la consumazione al banco e non seduta. Trovo vergognoso questo trattamento . Tra l'altro il bar non offre neanche la toilette, perché a richiesta ti inviano fuori dove vanno tutti, anche chi entra dall'esterno dal cortile e non visita la pinacoteca. Praticamente quasi una toilette pubblica. Ritengo che questo comportamento strida con la cultura di cui respira l'aria. La cultura deve dissociarsi da questo finto lusso e dalla cafoneria.

12/08/2025: Sunday around noon, after a stroll around the mall, I went to the piadineria, asked to make a piadina with my ingredients, asked for walnuts... they told me they didn't have them, asked for peppers and they told me they didn't have them... so I took them and left, telling them that at this point it would be better if they closed!!! The very rude employee snapped at me, but I let it go because I didn't feel like arguing. So, to sum up, I found rudeness, incompetence, and terrible management!!! In addition to the fact that they removed the only piadina we ate as a family (the decisa) a long time ago, this chain is now getting worse and worse!!!! I don't recommend it and they will never see me again.
