11/10/2025: I read all the good reviews and I was going to try it today. A panificio should be casual, right? I had just left the gym, I was carrying a duffel bag (borsone) and wanted to ask if I should order at the table or the bar. I speak Italian very fluently. For some reason the server decided to ignore me. It was not a perception, she saw me there standing in front and she did not respond. I obviously took my money elsewhere. I will never try it again.

18/07/2025: Extremely negative experience I worked at this company from November 21, 2023, to March 2, 2024, and unfortunately, I must say it was my worst work experience in Milan. During that time, I encountered a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and respect, both towards employees and customers. Despite my constant efforts, I did not receive the wages I was owed. During my experience, I witnessed numerous cases of other former employees and service providers who showed up at work demanding what they were owed, only to receive aggressive responses and inappropriate comments from the owner, Vittorio Gucci. I share my experience as a form of protection and awareness for other professionals, in the hope that situations like this will not happen again and that the importance of respect and fairness in employment relationships will be recognized. Extremely negative experience I worked at this company from 21/11/2023 to 02/03/2024, and unfortunately, I have to say it was the worst work experience I've had in Milan. During that time, I witnessed a complete lack of professionalism, seriousness, and respect — both towards employees and clients. Despite my consistent effort and dedication, I was not paid the wages I was owed. Throughout my experience, I saw several former employees and service providers come to the workplace to claim what they were rightfully due, only to be met with aggressive responses and inappropriate comments from the owner, Vittorio Gucci. I'm sharing my experience as a way to protect and inform other professionals, in the hope that situations like this don't happen again, and that respect and fairness in the workplace are upheld.

19/05/2025: a good restaurant, the aesthetics are very homely and I like that. The food is good quality, from fish to meat and from vegetables to pasta. The service is excellent and very kind and welcoming

15/07/2025: Terrible people. One of them screams and has an annoying voice. I don't think they even wash their hands since I didn't see them. Avoid eating there. The ingredients are of poor and questionable quality. I bought a takeout piadina and threw it away... Answer: Just because you can't accept the truth doesn't mean you're making things up. Have a good day, frustrated people ;)

16/06/2025: It has been a shame for years and continues to be a shame, I'm sorry that it is located in a strategic point and unfortunately has customers, but then people who work there scream and smoke all day (I have my doubts that they wash their hands) since I have a friend who lives in those buildings and sees them in the courtyard. I don't know how to respond to the owner's lies so I'll extend my review: 1 I advise you to learn to read and understand the Italian language before commenting and telling lies. 2 he is the one who works for you with the duck voice who screams all day inside or outside, NO ONE has spoken of customers who disturb. 3 I took the liberty of going back these days and asking someone who was leaving number 21 and they repeated the screaming adding also that you smoke *** in their courtyard. 4 it's written "staff" not staf 5 NOBODY has ever talked about knowing your staff and I don't even care for God's sake. I hope you learn Italian and that at least you understand this.

14/10/2025: My boyfriend and i went there for what was supposed to be a quick dinner.. we ended up leaving the place 2 hours after we had arrived.. it took them 30 minutes to take our order.. we had an appetiser each and a main course it was absurd the amount of time we had to wait for our plates.. the hosts are nice but they are suuuper slow. Payment in card is not accepted.

08/08/2025: Today we went here to try this restaurant. A TERRIBLE experience! AWFUL WAITERS! When the roll arrived, it was floating in freshly cut oil, and I immediately reported it without even eating it. The response from the waitress or the owner was, "It's really like that, put a tissue underneath if you want." You can't help but be annoyed. I've been working in the restaurant business for over 10 years, and unfortunately, that's not a proper response, nor is it a proper dish! You can tell it was fried again (I repeat, I know because I worked there too). DON'T DO THIS JOB IF YOU CAN'T ACCEPT COMPLAINTS OR CRITICISM! You're rude!!! You've made people lose their desire to eat and enjoy the dishes you make! An experience to forget, never to be repeated! AND ALSO, YOU CAN'T PAY BY CARD, CASH ONLY? Why?

30/07/2025: I like simple, unpretentious things (Margherita pizza, pasta with tomato sauce, etc.) and it's not always easy to find a place that will satisfy me without fuss. They were very kind and welcoming 😊

13/05/2025: One star because you can't give less. Be careful who you enter, not even abroad have I eaten such a disgusting pizza, rather eliminate it from the menu. Fun karaoke but still of terrible quality, sound system not working as it should, always playing in clip. As soon as the regular customers arrive you can't sing anymore except late at night. Slow and confused service, high prices for low quality.

14/08/2025: Il City Cafe si trova alla fine di via Dante. Non è molto grande ma si trova sulla strada pedonale. Questo piccolo ristorante ha prezzi accessibili e offre paninetti molto italiani! È anche possibile ordinare piatti di carne o pesce. Per dessert si può ovviamente prendere gelato o cappuccino!!

17/04/2025: Esta ubicación de la histórica Paticceria Marchesi fue una experiencia elegante cenando con una decoración inspirada en Prada y un servicio profesional. El panettone de temporada y los capuccinos estaban deliciosos.

07/10/2025: Today, October 7th, at 12:00 PM, my mom and I ordered two vegetarian piadinas, and waited half an hour!!!! The wait was sparse... plus, the rude employee (the staff used to be more competent and kind than they are now). After I asked, they told me the technicians were on the scene, blah blah blah. I recommend properly notifying customers of the poor service first. The icing on the cake was that when our long-awaited piadinas arrived, they were cold... because we're polite, and I counted to 20 and left, but that's not how you do it! There was even a couple at the table next to us, one was eating while the other had been waiting like us for half an hour!!!!! I've said it all, and it wasn't peak time...

02/04/2025: After a long day at school, I take the subway and head toward the City Life area, where I'm drawn to this restaurant that promises delicious meatballs. While I'm deciding what to order, I see tiny pans of pasta flying left and right (I'll find out later they cost 14 fucking dimes). I decide to order the daring "double meatball" sandwich and discover that the promise I just made has already been betrayed: the meat is obviously frozen and the bun is microscopic. At this point, I catch my friend's eye for confirmation and notice that his lifeless, colorless eyes have no soul left. I discover that the cause is the milkshake, which was literally water flavored like industrial-strength pseudo-chocolate, priced at a modest 7 euros. In conclusion, don't be captivated by those appetizing images you find on the menu and run, run as far away as you can.

02/03/2025: Burnt meatballs for the modest sum of €90. Very bad. You present yourself as a brand specialized in that, at least cook 2 meatballs as God commands. And thank goodness you are sponsored by big names. Frankly embarrassing.

07/10/2025: Horrible. I don't recommend it. I ordered a salad that the menu said had pears, and it came with kiwi. No one told me about it. When I complained, they didn't give it any importance. Aside from the kiwi, which I don't like, the salad was very poor and cost 18 euros.

02/10/2025: A land of waiters who don't understand orders, get them wrong, and then insist on getting them right. The pizzas are the size of hazelnut lahmacun. The flavor is zero. We had to eat in this area because my daughter was meeting friends, but once again, we regretted eating near the Duomo. Don't even go near it.
