28/10/2025: At the counter, I found Italians courteous, quick, and helpful. While indifferent in itself, this is a rarity in much of Milan. I like the "inflation-free breakfast," a cappuccino for €1.50, which they also bring to your table. Well done! 👏🏻

05/10/2025: On Sunday morning, I decided to stop by and try something... the staff were incredibly kind. Erica was just finishing decorating some cakes, which looked incredible! I had them make me a small package of cookies, cannoli, and lobsters... everything was delicious! Especially the many cookies and sweets you can't find everywhere! This place is well-kept and highly recommended.

06/11/2025: The coffee and pastries are very nice, and all the staff are elderly 😂 We got a delicious cream croissant and the espresso was good.

03/11/2025: The coffee shop is good, but the pastries don't meet expectations, considering the somewhat high prices (anything with pistachios is actually cream with green coloring). The staff is terrible; they sit you down and forget about you. If you dare catch their attention to ask for an order, they huff and puff, annoyed, and pretend not to notice. For the price you pay, the staff's welcome is terrible. If you're looking for a quiet place where you can have a conversation with the person sitting a meter away from you, I highly recommend this place.

12/12/2025: Discovered this restaurant for the first time with a fork. They brought us a truly excellent focaccia to welcome us. We had two generous and well-prepared first courses. I also recommend the hot and crispy French fries. The staff is super friendly. A truly wonderful discovery. Highly recommended.

14/12/2025: Lunch experience at the new outdoor terrace (dinner has a different menu). Unfortunately, the experience was negative from the start: the waiter was rude and uncooperative. The menu is unclear (the definition of "small plates" is ambiguous, to say the least), and some options are frankly questionable, such as a "pasta in bianco" dish devoid of any character. I ordered a saffron risotto, which turned out to be truly poor. Other diners encountered similar problems: • Gnocchi with a consistency similar to those from discount stores; • Creamed codfish was overly salty (perhaps it should be desalted more carefully); • Pizza bianca (white pizza) requested tomato sauce: the sauce was sprayed on rather than used as a base, a rather surreal choice; • Pasta all'amatriciana was completely overcooked. The icing on the cake came at the register: despite the reservation being for 10 people, there were actually 9 of us. The waiter didn't notice, and the bill was split incorrectly, with one portion underpaid. The cashier, rather than handling the error professionally, reacted with annoyed looks and disparaging comments. In short: a disappointing experience in every way. Never again.

08/07/2025: Terrible. Pasta served on plastic plates and with plastic cutlery. No table service. Pasta is separated from its condiments: drained pasta and beans poured directly from the jar. Unreasonable prices for the poor quality of the food and the setting. The place is unwelcoming, and the owner is not very friendly.

26/08/2025: Terrible service. I went to ask for information, then I was talking about it at the table with my friend. The lady at the bar interrupted me and answered me in a rude and ill-mannered way. I went there since the others were closed, it's clear they don't want to work. I won't go back there again, not even for ice cream. I don't recommend it.

15/12/2025: We had a quick aperitivo due to our limited time. For €20, we got two spritzes and two fried gnocchi with raw ham. Everything was truly delicious: the gnocchi were perfectly fried, the raw ham was delicious, and the bread was spectacular. We saw the ossobuco and risotto alla Milanese dish at the next table (€21); that will be our next dish when we return to this place.

20/07/2025: A small, historic pastry shop on a neighborhood corner. The owners are welcoming and friendly, making it worth returning for that alone. The croissant is a bit pricey at €3, but the Porta Romana amaretti are delicious and I recommend them.
