17/02/2025: Organizziamo 1 cena tra amiche e su consiglio di una di queste andiamo a cena a Osteria dal Toso a Viadana, in 4 ordiniamo 4 antipasti di polipo che non solo arriva duro come un sasso ma arriva anche bruciato! ( Ovviamente tutti 4) il titolare gentile si scusa e si propone di rifarci un altro antipasto senza metterlo in conto, così ci dice...ci fa una insalata di mare bollita mangiabile, poi prendiamo 4 secondi sempre di pesce, mangiabli! 2 bottiglie di vino passerina e 4 caffè con lo zabaione su richiesta di una amica! Non abbiamo ordinato primo e dolce, conto 65 euro a persona e il titolare ci fa notare che ( secondo lui ) non ci ha messo in conto gli antipasti bruciati! Morale della favola...mangiato malissimo e conto altissimo! ...Mai più! Lascio a altri questa esperienza che non consiglio di fare!

The story that left me perplexed however was that at the end of lunch the disposable tablecloth I had used was removed and folded... I wouldn't go back.

15/07/2025: The only restaurant open in the area on a Monday. The reviews speak of excellent meat. But I don't think the people who frequent this place have a clue what quality meat is. The Angus rib eye I ordered was completely flavorless and mostly uncooked. My wife's steak was like a shoe sole full of sinew. The place is very basic and definitely not worth the price. I have to laugh at the €3 cover charge... at least they could have used a cloth napkin to justify the price. The staff is friendly but inefficient.

15/07/2025: I can confirm that it's the only one open on Mondays, and that's why I ended up there. The location is terrible, the set menu is decent, but the price for the quality needs to be reconsidered. €22 for what is essentially a workers' menu. Not recommended.

20/04/2025: It is a restaurant / pizzeria / brewery with very beautiful and welcoming environments. It has a lot of beers to choose from. The menu is very varied and the dishes are plentiful, but the prices are fair. The staff is very kind and nice.

14/07/2025: I had been looking forward to visiting this restaurant. But when we arrive in the evening, we are greeted by an indifferent waiter who says that everything is booked. There were a lot of empty tables. There was no interest in providing service and no one asked if we could sit at a table for an hour until guests arrived at the tables. The next day we come again during the day and want to have something to eat. We are again greeted by a waiter who does not bother to answer our questions at all. We ask if it is open, as there are only 2 girls sitting and the staff is just running around. Then we are told no food, and are already on their way away, after which we again want to ask what time it is possible to get something to eat. Then he stops as if it is so terrible to answer our questions and says 13:00. 13:00 is over and therefore we are surprised and ask for dinner and get the answer 20. then we ask for the beach chairs and are told that we have to go down to talk to him down on the beach. We go down to the beach and ask how much the beach chairs cost to lie on, and are told that the first row costs 25 euros for 1 parasol and 2 chairs. Then we ask which ones are free, as we can see that several chairs have beach toys and other things attached to them and it is completely empty of people. Then he has to go up and talk to the restaurant, who has just asked us to go down to him. You don't feel welcome as a tourist and there is no friendliness and service. Big thumbs down. Not recommended.

09/07/2025: Overall, the place is nice. It's a shame the beach is small and crowded, but above all, the sea is dirty and oily. The establishment is located near a marina with a constant flow of boats, which affects the water quality. BEWARE: Cars are opened in the parking lot and stolen items are stolen.

18/05/2025: Unfortunately it is not possible to give only one star. We asked what ice creams were available and we were offered various packaged ice creams including magnum (which I specify is the unique name of a specific brand product), cornetto and others. We ask for two magnums and wrapped in a napkin we are offered two similar ice creams with the Dolciando brand (brand that identifies the confectionery products of Eurospin. I clarify to the lady that I had been offered the magnum and not an ice cream from the discount store, she replies that she has the box and that the product is from Sammontana. We are absolutely not there also because those ice creams come from a multipack and cannot be sold individually since the neutral packaging does not report any information regarding the contents as can be seen from the photo.
