Nice place, but run-down, with slow service. We chose it for a quick aperitivo after a Google search. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it.

We stopped for refreshments and met Mr. "Gianca," who, in addition to his helpfulness and kindness, was a true guide! He recommended places to visit and restaurants to try with the passion of someone who loves his city! A cool, well-maintained, clean place, and very popular during aperitif time!

22/09/2025: The room was clean, and the reception was super welcoming even though I arrived after 11 pm. Breakfast was really good for the price, with plenty of choices. As a wheelchair user, I appreciated that the hotel gave me a room on the ground floor as requested, and everything around the hotel was fully accessible. The pools are a bit further from the hotel, but transport was provided and there’s easy access to the whole Altomincio village. By the pool area, you’ll find restaurants, activities, and a bar to spend the day. There’s also a nice promenade and bike path close to the hotel. Highly recommend this place — especially for the price, it’s perfect!
