Hello What can I say: a WONDERFUL discovery! Everything was perfect, but some might say that's the bare minimum for a 5-star hotel. But it wasn't just any 5-star hotel. The experience was worth far more than that. Let's start with the staff. Having stayed in other 5-star hotels, this staff is by far the BEST I've ever encountered, and I mean it. Their kindness and friendliness are rarely seen in the hotel industry. They take excellent care of you, going above and beyond for even the smallest request. Magical. What might seem complicated becomes incredibly simple to execute. Hats off to them! The food is of exceptional quality and freshness. The breakfast was very generous and excellent, and there's a gourmet restaurant, which we unfortunately didn't have the chance to try. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a hammam. A bottle of champagne and fruit were provided upon arrival. Simply magical. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. We had a view of the lake and mountains. A huge thank you to all the staff: Tommaso, Valentina, Davide, Ena, and Andrea. I highly recommend this very intimate, human-scale hotel where human connection truly matters. Not enough words to describe this perfect spot in Italy. If you love perfection and an extraordinary service with a team that will make everything to make you happy this is the place for you. Do not continue to check other hotels and book the best room in the house!

Great hotel, awesome restaurant

A truly charming boutique hotel with only ten rooms, and every detail feels special. Our room had an incredible view, and the details were stunning. The hotel room has a sauna and jacuzzi inside, and the breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully presented. Despite not being in the center of Como, it turned out to be waaay better!! calm, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. My husband and I enjoyed it so much that we stayed in the hotel the whole day without even wanting to leave. Such a wonderful and peaceful experience.
