08/08/2025: I'm very sorry to leave this negative review, which is certainly related to the girl at the bar, because it wasn't my first time there. First of all, the bar wasn't full, but I think the bartender wasn't very keen on working. I was at a table, and she completely ignored me, serving people who had arrived after me at the counter. I had to get up, order, and serve myself. I was even polite and cleared the table. I paid, and she didn't even give me a receipt. The worst thing is that I ordered a soy cappuccino and felt bad because the lady must have used cow's milk. Well done! I hope she's just an employee.

30/06/2025: Worst piadina ever, piadina with still raw dough and a very thin layer of salami despite it being the rolled version so with more filling. The same franchise has another store in the city and it is definitely better, the piadinas weigh twice as much. You are only saved because you are in front of the station. I am very annoyed to have spent 10 euros for two slices of bresaola

28/06/2025: A good spot for a quick bite or to grab a piadina to go. Conveniently located near the train station, it’s ideal for a fast and casual meal. The restroom could definitely use some renovation, but otherwise, everything is just fine.

Mai più…… da Olga sono sempre andato ma questa esperienza con la nuova gestione è stata terribile. Avevo prenotato anche per la settimana successiva ma ho subito cancellato la prenotazione. 24/06/2025: Saturday night I had dinner with friends at this restaurant...I'm writing this review hoping that these guys will learn from their mistakes. We sit down, I point out that I'm celiac and immediately I'm told that they've run out of risotto, the only gf first course. They also say that they've run out of chips. We order and after 10 minutes they arrive and tell us that the pasta with shrimp is also finished (shrimp served at another table as a second course). Four plates of pasta with spring onion arrive, completely tasteless, something that other customers also pointed out. They didn't apologize or offer to recook it. The pasta with meat sauce was also bland, the sauce slipped off the pasta and it was nothing special. The meat was good, but they didn't even give me a packet of crackers or gf breadsticks...you can buy them everywhere and it's a sign of respect and attention to the customer. They offer me a salad with carrots...carrots finished! When I complained that they could have a minimum offer for those who need gluten-free, I was told that between vegans and celiacs, they don't know what to do anymore. Just comparing a celiac (autoimmune disease) to a vegan (lifestyle choice) makes you understand the ignorance that a young restaurateur CANNOT HAVE. No one expected the cutlet or the fried food...just a little more attention and care for the customer. The cooked cream had frozen strawberries underneath. At the payment, no excuses, no discount, not even the proposal to offer a bitter...and we paid 55 euros for a bottle for 6. Honestly, I tried to eat in unlikely places with a very high attention and care for those like me who have an eating problem. Advice: if you want to grow, this is not the way to do it

17/06/2025: We had a lasagne, a pizza diavola and a mixed salad. The quality and taste of food was unfortunately very poor. The food that you see on the pictures on Google is either from a previous owner or before this place went down in terms of standard. We went there based on the Google reviews and the very good pictures of the food, but reality is different. Don’t recommend to go there.

16/06/2025: Very unfriendly staff and absolutely not suitable for children, The acoustics on the outside terrace are very bad so that having a conversation with several people is impossible. Maybe also renew the website, it is still from the previous owner so the reviews are also from the old restaurant.

15/08/2025: Shabby! Not at all maintained, the kids' pool is surrounded by greenery, dirty! The adults' pool definitely looks larger than it appears on the website, and the space is adjacent to a public area (dare you imagine). Parking costs €10 per person maximum; instead, one umbrella and two deck chairs cost €75! I urge the owners to save this place, which, all things considered, can be saved.

15/05/2025: Very nice! The staff was very nice and kind, didn’t speak English but we managed to understand each other. The food is very simple but good! Also, vegetarian options possible. Best Campari Spritz! We were the only tourists here, place is loved by locals.

24/07/2025: We had a wonderful time in a magnificent natural setting, overlooking the lake. 🧚‍♀️ Our pizza could have been more delicious. Other than that, everything was great. The staff was hardworking and attentive, and our drinks were delicious.

04/02/2025: Its the first bar you would have seen once you arrived in this small town, the view is so nice like you’ve gotta blend in like the local. Their pain au chocolate with the half filling of crema is suprisingly soo gooood 😭

02/08/2025: On the recommendation of our B&B, we ate here tonight. It was delicious! I enjoyed the risotto, my husband a lovely piece of meat. The service was very knowledgeable and friendly. They also gave excellent advice on wines. We're glad we ended up here. And yes, it's a bit more expensive than a pizza/pasta restaurant, but you can taste and feel that! Well worth it!

27/07/2025: The café offers an overall pleasant experience: good coffee, fresh pastries, and friendly staff. The outdoor garden is certainly a plus: well-maintained, with comfortable tables and a relaxed atmosphere. However, two aspects detracted from my experience. The first is a line item on the receipt that left me a bit perplexed: a 20-cent "delivery to table" charge for each order served. It's not so much the amount itself, but the principle: table service is an integral part of the café experience, and charging for it separately—without clear notice—is a bit jarring. The second detail concerns the artificial grass in the garden. I understand the choice for practical reasons, but aesthetically it's not appealing, and especially on hot days, it significantly increases the feeling of heat, making the outdoor space less enjoyable. Overall, the place has good potential, but a few more tweaks to the customer experience could make a difference.

15/04/2025: Nice place. We went here for the first time today, passing through. The environment is welcoming, clean, bright and the staff is quick and attentive. Discreet variety of products. Extra table service on the receipt (€0.20 per person), the stupid thing is that if by chance after you ordered cappuccino and croissant, you order anything, they recalculate the table service by €0.20. Absurd... The motorcycle driver at the checkout is nice and kind, much less the lady. One step and off you go!

18/06/2025: Modern and medium-sized place, clean and frequented by quiet people. Prices in my opinion slightly above average. (But I don't know Lecco's prices that well). Available a few tables outside and also some sofas inside

28/03/2025: Sono stato in questo locale con la mia compagna e mia sorella, il titolare ci ha trattati a pesci in faccia dall'ingresso all'uscita, dopo averci servito ci ha intimato di fare veloce e di andare via in meno di 1 ora anche se il tavolo non era prenotato, nel rapportarsi con noi é stato maleducato, indisponente e menefreghista, un vero cafone, il tipo se la tira non poco, si é atteggiato come se ci stesse facendo un favore, probabilmente non gli é piaciuto l'accento non nordico, fortunatamente Lecco é piena di bellissimi locali e bellissime persone I clienti non si trattano così, ti auguro di trovare un lavoro diverso, magari non a contatto con la gente, questo non fa per te
