25/08/2025: Amazing lake vite on the terrace. Booking is recommended. The food is served quickly, and even the coffee arrived outside hot as requested. It's hard to find parking even paid ones in all that area of Malgrate.

28/06/2025: It was a very nice place to visit and eat tasty lunch. Don't expect fancy stuff, it is an authentic family business restaurant in the mountains. For the price you pay, you will get very good food and service together with a cozy restaurant's atmosphere.

12/08/2025: Looking for a restaurant late (10 p.m.), we came across this one and thank goodness! We were very well received by the team! Warm and impeccable service! The choice of pizzas is impressive, there is something for everyone. We chose the 4 cheese and the carbonara, a real delight 😋 Grazie mille a tutta la squadra! We recommend it and we will be back!

08/06/2025: Nothing special... high quality/price ratio, mussels as an appetizer, the sauce was good, but you had to look for the mussels with a magnifying glass... The first courses were decent but not very good, the sauce was separate from the cuttlefish ink tagliatelle... Desserts: good Catalan cream, tiramisu too soaked in water (the coffee was barely noticeable).

22/08/2025: When most restaurants had already closed their kitchens (apparently, they don't want to stay open too late, even with hundreds of tourists still present), I was able to get a seat here with my three children.
The pizza was a bit heavy on the dough, but I think that's normal for this region, and the kids loved it. The server was very friendly, and the ambiance was lovely (small terrace right on the lake).

09/08/2025: The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the ferry, 10 minutes from villa monestero. Room was clean, small, balcony had a great view! The shower is Tinyyy, if you're on the heavier side, you'll have a problem showering here. Breakfast was fresh and good as well

23/05/2025: Stiamo stati per un pranzo di compleanno. Per arrivare al rifugio, mettetevi scarpe comodo perché dovrete caminare 10 mn in salita.
Il ristorante serve cibo tipico con una bellissima vista sul lago di Como, taglieri, primi... Consigliato per una gita fuori Milano.
13/04/2025: Dieci minuti di piacevolissima passeggiata ti permettono di arrivare davvero in paradiso. Appartamentini curati, puliti e provvisti di tutto ciò che serve. All'esterno ti aspetta un giardino splendido, con un panorama spettacolare sul lago. Colazione abbondante, sia quella consumata all'agriturismo, sia quella fornita nel simpatico cestino da viaggio. C'ero già stata anni fa, sono tornata e, certo, tornerò ancora!

20/07/2025: It's truly rare to find yourself in such a poor restaurant. Starred prices for subpar food... a tomato cut like carpaccio costs €18, pasta with vegetables (which seem like they've been frozen for minestrone: peas, carrots, and peppers) costs €18, and a small amount of inedible shrimp, perhaps they never tasted it before serving it to guests. In short, a restaurant to avoid.
18/06/2025: The food was excellent. The service was very good. We sat outside in a quiet environment overlooking the lake. There was background music. There were a couple of ordering issues (we were a group of ten) but these were resolved quickly.
You go out for good food and this was very good.
