27/09/2024: I celebrated my wedding on 09/07/2024 and everything was perfect. The owners are helpful, kind and super competent, they pay a lot of attention to detail and above all they have a lot of consideration for the spouses. The location is beautiful and offers locations for unique photos. We obviously had a fixed menu, so I judge based on what we ate, and I can say that everything was very good, even the guests were all very happy. The cake was very good and above all we opted for a not very usual shape and they managed to create our idea perfectly. If you are thinking of organizing some event I highly recommend you book at this restaurant, they will make your day unique and unforgettable and your guests will certainly be very happy too.

28/01/2025: Excellent place where you can taste local products, impeccable, fast and precise service, a characteristic place of the times, which makes you feel like a child again. Highly recommended!! Especially today women's day, just as they are, who welcome you with open arms to pamper you in their delicacies.

21/10/2024: I had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter's Confirmation in this farmhouse on October 13th. I found it on the internet and I must say that having gone sight unseen it was a nice surprise. Great food, welcoming environment and attentive staff. What can I say.... everything was wonderful. Thanks to Mrs. Giovanna and all her staff.

16/10/2024: Let's say you eat well, not much better than other places, I say this because they have an absurd menu calculation system, you risk paying €32 for a plate of risotto, everything is quite nice but absurd prices

05/01/2025: Good pizza with prices above average with the exception of the margherita, the cost must be justified by the excellent service and the availability of all the drinks on the menu otherwise we must desist from presenting it. A good pizza cannot be served with a basic beer... it is a questionable commercial choice to have only one type of beer. The location is beautiful, spacious and central.

09/11/2024: Good pizzas! Recommended The girls in the dining room were a little lazy, and we struggled for a moment to find a seat. Since the name of the place has never been updated and on the surface it looks like a take away pizzeria.

23/02/2025: Wonderful service and excellent food. The red wine risotto and pistachio cheesecake were our favorite dishes for our entire trip.

06/04/2025: I call and book lunch at 1.15am, they tell me: no problem, just come. I arrive at around 1.16pm, a few seconds later than expected, because unfortunately I didn't know it would take a 15 minute walk, they didn't tell me anything on the phone. After walking, they tell me almost annoyed that obviously the kitchen is closed. I'm baffled. They are really unprofessional. So 15 minutes of walking. I arrive and I can't eat. I go back another 15 minutes. After traveling 30 minutes in the car just to come to you.... Okay, I took a walk. At least apologizing was the minimum.

07/04/2025: We had a great time, it's the typical tavern of the past, with homemade food and friendly, approachable staff. We immediately felt at home, perhaps this is why my dad was so enthusiastic about this place. The convivial atmosphere. You don't have to rush because at 2.30pm it was still very full. On the other hand, you eat outside with a spectacular view, so you're happy to wait. The cured meats and cheeses were delicious, then we ate the radicchio risotto and an astral braised donkey with polenta... 😋 The village cake is the first time in many years that I have managed to eat it in a restaurant and this already raises the score to more than 5 stars but it doesn't make me give them. An artistic note, the exhibition of the painter Giuseppe Brambilla to see, which we met personally... You can't ask for more, so we will definitely have to return. Responding to a comment I saw before doing the review, if you expect to find Cracco in the mountains in a tavern, perhaps you are in the wrong place, better if you go somewhere else.

22/12/2024: I went with some friends for lunch on Sunday. Small, warm and welcoming place, typical of a mountain house. The staff welcomed us with simplicity and served us with kindness. Although there is not a wide choice, the dishes offered are traditional and carefully prepared.

30/03/2025: The piadina was really good, the cleanliness inside the restaurant deserves a little bit more attention. Wanted to dine in, but then decided to take it “to go”.

02/02/2025: Unfortunately my experience at Rifugio Maria Consigliere was disappointing. We arrived after the climb with our dog, as we often do in the mountains, but we were told rather rudely that animals are not allowed inside. I understand that each refuge has its own rules, but the tone in which we were told was unwelcoming, almost annoyed by our presence. Additionally, the refuge is located in an area popular with hikers and nature lovers, many of whom bring their dogs with them. It would be the least to expect a little more openness or at least a dedicated area for those traveling with an animal. It's a shame, because the location is beautiful, but the hospitality leaves a lot to be desired. We definitely won't be going back or bringing lunch..

31/01/2025: I have been going there for some time now and I have always found a nice welcome, good service, honest prices, a comfortable environment. The refuge is run by volunteers and this makes it even more special given the efforts and dedication they put into it. For this reason alone it deserves the best because finding a place like this at the top is already a treasure. Thank you ☺️

04/02/2025: Its the first bar you would have seen once you arrived in this small town, the view is so nice like you’ve gotta blend in like the local. Their pain au chocolate with the half filling of crema is suprisingly soo gooood 😭

08/12/2024: Trattoria davvero speciale. Conduzione familiare. Tutto fatto in casa: consigliatissimi gli gnocchi di patate 😋. Oggi ho provato la cazzuola con polenta ho fatto il bis 😍. Torta e crostata fatte in casa oltre ad altri dessert. Davvero incomprensibili, ridicole le recensioni negative, vengo qui da 20 anni almeno 10 volte all’anno e mai, mai ho lasciato la trattoria non soddisfatta.

24/12/2024: Very bad experience, the staff was rude and rude. We were threatened with leaving the table if anyone else entered the bar because we ordered coffee, hot chocolate and herbal tea after hours (I didn't know there was a time when you could strictly have a coffee) so the waiter told us told if anyone saw us, we had to leave the table immediately. I and other people with me were treated with "feet" throughout the evening, shameful!. Furthermore, the prices were sky-high and unaffordable. I strongly advise against it!!!!

06/04/2025: My wife and I went for an aperitif last night, we ordered two cocktails, one of the house and a mojito, with an aperitif dish and a portion of mixed fried seafood, and for dessert, panna cotta and two long coffees. The cocktails were excellent, but the Mojito was sublime. I always get a mojito everywhere and I must admit that I have had one this good very rarely. And the cocktail decorations are something superior and also beautiful to look at. The aperitif dish was plenty for one person and the mixed seafood platter was plenty for two people and was really delicious, not greasy or dry, fried and cooked just right. The extraordinary panna cotta with the delicious berry topping and the espresso coffee with the taste of real Italian espresso. We were served by a lady and a boy, very professional, helpful and friendly, we felt very good and in fact we spent a wonderful evening eating in a restaurant overlooking the long lake, a strategic point and a wonderful view, with dishes that left an excellent taste in our mouths. If we ever return to the area we will definitely be back. I thank the lady and the boy who served us and the chef for the food.

12/01/2025: We had a quiet lunch, everyone was very courteous, they had so much consideration for our little girl for whom they prepared a plate of pasta with the sauce which she devoured. We have very good risotto and casoncelli. Location on the lake.
