17/04/2026: Terrible place. The meal is very expensive considering the poor quality of the food. We asked to split the bill between two cards and the waiter said he couldn't and couldn't explain why. Does this mean that at a table with several friends, one person has to pay the bill for everyone? That's absurd.

14/04/2026: The place has a great atmosphere, the service is excellent, but the food is terrible. The pizza was burnt, the pasta was flavorless, and even the Aperol was weak and tasted like it came from a supermarket. I wouldn't recommend it if you want a good meal. The restaurant with the blue logo by the port is much better and... cheaper.

02/05/2026: I'm celiac and ordered two gluten-free piadinas for myself and two regular ones for my brother via Deliveroo. One of the gluten-free ones had grilled chicken (which should be gluten-free unless otherwise specified). When my order arrived, I received a package with the regular ones and one with the gluten-free ones written on it. I opened the package and found a post-it note next to the one with the chicken that said, "Please note that our chicken contains gluten." Given this, I avoided eating it to avoid getting sick, but I also wasted money. I recommend that management specify which of your ingredients contain gluten at the time of ordering and not via a note, otherwise customers get ripped off on delivery. I don't know if I'll order delivery again.

17/04/2026: Good location, small portions and an incomprehensible service charge of 5e/person even though it's normally 1-3e/nose. At first the explanation was "tax". The waiters are rude when you ask for an explanation for the extra charge. We got extra limoncellos when we were sufficiently lied about the reason for the charge. Not going any further. Not worth going.

16/04/2026: One of the worst dining experiences ever. The location is excellent, with perfect sun exposure. However, the service is inattentive and incompetent, and the food is abysmal (the worst pasta ever – send it back to the kitchen). And the restrooms are so filthy you wouldn't wish them on your worst enemy.

07/04/2026: I've never given negative reviews to restaurants, because I know it can hurt. But this one in particular deserve one! In all my life, this restaurant was the worst experience I had, besides the average food and super expensive dishes. My problem was that when I went to pay my card it was denied more than twice, the waiter started to disrespect me, insinuating that I didn't have the balance to pay the bill, he started to be very rude. Until other customers started having the same problem, at that moment he practically forced me to get in his car and go get money on Sunday with all the banks closed. I traveled from the UK to Italy for two days, and ended up losing my peace for a day because of this restaurant. Totally unprofessional and bad. eat a hot dog on the street but don't go there.

05/04/2026: Probably the worst customer service experience you will ever get in your life😡 unbelievably rude! Both the woman and the man! Avoid at all cost !!!!!!!

21/04/2026: This was truly a catastrophic experience. It started with the service, which was completely rude. Then came the outrageous behavior in the location. I mean, it couldn't be worse. It looks like a coffin, then the chairs are made of stone, as hard as rocks, and then the Sprite water isn't authentic – it's just been warmed up, you might as well drink boiled water. The glass looks like it hasn't been washed in three years. It's simply outrageous what they're doing. I strongly advise against going here. Anyone who does might as well shoot themselves.

16/04/2026: I visited this pastry shop for the first time this morning and was very impressed. I was in a hurry, so I only had a ginseng coffee, which I found to be very good. The counter was full of tempting pastries, and I'll definitely be back to try them more slowly. Plus, the shop overlooks the beautiful and iconic Piazzetta San Fedele, which makes the experience even more enjoyable!

12/05/2026: One star because the Aperol was good. Service was awful. Food portions were far too small for the price. Toilets were disgusting. Drinks were forgotten. Please avoid this place if you want to keep your money.

12/08/2025: Tout était fermé, nous avons donc été jusque là.. CATASTROPHE !! - les serveurs ne voient rien, j’ai dû appeler à plusieurs reprises pour qu’on vienne prendre ma commande. - les pâtes étaient basiques mais pas de fromage ou un morceau de pain pour accompagner les plats. - les spritz étaient à moitié remplis et à mon avis coupés de moitié à l’eau L’attrape touriste dans sa splendeur, dommage car le cadre est super

03/08/2025: Due pizze surgelate …. Un panino da 7 euro scongelato con due 1 fette di crudo e 1 di formaggio . Da italiano direi scandaloso far pagare 7euro un panino con dentro niente . 08/04/2026: No courtesy, but €13.50 for a soy cappuccino (terrible), two lousy croissants, and a fruit juice. Not even a goodbye and thank you when you paid; I'll let you draw your own conclusions. AVOID!!!

05/04/2026: I visited this place two weeks ago and was thrilled. We ordered four pizzas: Capricciosa, Napoletana, Quattro Formaggi, and Quattro Stagioni, and were pleasantly surprised by both the price and the taste, especially the Quattro Formaggi. The coffee also had an extraordinary aroma. ​If we ever visit Como again, we will definitely stop at this restaurant again; it perfectly complemented our experience of the city. The service was also very pleasant; the waitress who served us was smiling throughout our stay. ​The only downside was that we couldn't try the affogato because they had run out of gelato. :( ​I highly recommend this place!

20/04/2026: Pizza and good sandwiches all from the oven. Leo Italiano is nicely positioned in the mall and offers a dining option, and a takeaway option.

27/03/2026: I go there often for lunch and breakfast. The coffee is very good. The staff is attentive and friendly, polite, and kind. For lunch I had a focaccia, and what can I say... Beautifully filled and delicious... Highly recommended. (I haven't seen all the terrible things others have seen.)
