06/07/2025: Posto molto carino . Strada per raggiungerlo purtroppo davvero impervia soprattutto con moto da strada . Servizio attento e piacevole . Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione . Tutto buono tranne il vitello tonnato che era crudo e lo abbiamo avanzato . Ci è stato prontamente chiesto se volessimo sostituirlo, ma eravamo sazi . Un luogo in cui tornare sicuramente .

06/07/2025: Il posto è molto carino immerso nel verde. La strada per arrivare e un po' stretta ma percorribile. Il posto ha il potenziale, ma non è sfruttato al massimo, anzi neanche al minimo. Arrivati alle 20.30.... gli antipasti sono arrivati abbastanza in fretta, il prosecco è arrivato dopo che avevamo mangiato gli antipasti. I primi sono arrivati tutti separati. Tra l'altro abbiamo chiesto la pasta per i bimbi di 1 e 2 anni e ci hanno fatto i paccheri, va beh, nulla di grave in confronto al resto. Carbonara buona, risotto menta e burrata immangiabile, scotto, insipido..... La carne buona ma.... L'abbiamo chiesta più volte... Alla fine è arrivata alle 22.50, non capisco questa lunga attesa per una carne al sangue. I tavoli non sparecchiati. C'erano tre camerieri ma effettivamente uno solo era super operativo. Boh. Peccato.

05/10/2025: Clean and functional place, adequate food. The waiter was apathetic and not at all talkative. The only positive note was the waitress, who was kind and professional. I wouldn't recommend it.

04/05/2026: A wonderful day in nature with friends. We'll start with the transport to the cabin: I'll pick you up in a former military vehicle, and you'll already feel like you're on an adventure from another era! Beautiful place, good food, fair price. Special mention goes to the youngest waitress, who was excellent both in service and with our children. We'll be back soon!

03/05/2026: I visited this cabin with a group of friends on May 1st, so the place was full, but the experience was marred by the service of the youngest waitress: 1). The location is lovely, surrounded by greenery, with an outdoor space that could be better enhanced, but currently, it's poorly maintained and unfurnished. 2). When we asked for two more chairs, we received a rude response. We were told that there were already 10 of us (as if they were doing us a favor by setting up the table we'd reserved) and that to add two more chairs, we'd have to wait outside. 3). When we were ordering, the waitress was less than attentive and accommodating. In fact, when we asked to double-check the number of dishes we'd ordered from the set menu, we were told it wasn't necessary since she had counted them herself. When the dishes arrived, there was an error, and to correct it, we were asked to pay for the change separately. 4). Despite the numerous additions to the set menu (eight bottles of wine, two bottles of prosecco, and a cake), we were also charged separately for coffee and liqueurs. Served in biodegradable plastic cups, one of the liqueurs had a hole in it, and when we reported the problem, the waitress first checked to see if the glass was leaky rather than replacing it. On a positive note, the other staff members, such as the cashier, were kind and helpful. It was a shame about the overall experience.

14/02/2026: Terrible experience... I think an hour's delay is unforgivable. Unfortunately, this is a situation that happens all too often. The unexpected happens, but it can't always be like this. We clearly won't take it here again.

06/01/2026: Excellent pizza and a short wait. With four pizzas, I received a free 1.5-liter bottle of Coca-Cola. Everything was perfect 🤗👍

15/04/2026: Beautiful location, right on the lake. Paper tablecloth, dirty and full of insects. For lunch on a weekday, we had a sample of fried and pickled bleak of very poor quality. Followed by risotto with perch. The risotto...is something else! The perch was acceptable. House wine and water. Bill was about €40 per person. Not a good value. I don't think I'll be back.

22/04/2026: After climbing Brunate, I stopped here for a coffee and souvenirs. I felt slightly dizzy from the height, so I took a short break. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were kind—perfect place to recover.

09/10/2025: Be aware they take advantage of tourist here! Atmosphere is amazing, food was good, drink was fair, bill was ridiculously expensive but the real kicker was when time to go we asked them to get us a taxi and that’s when things got bad. Should be easy right, not with this place. A Maserati shows up not a taxi, thirty minutes late and they forced us to pay 160 Euros. A Uber was four minutes away and would have cost half that. We got hosed by a really fancy hotel concierge and his counterpart at the hostess stand!

14/02/2026: Leaving aside the spiders that are now part of the decor, I strongly advise against the Valentine's Day menu at €50 per person unless you like cold food, no welcome... we go in and have to look for the waiter, one in the whole evening, the light in the women's bathroom didn't come on and there was zero cleanliness... disappointing

21/04/2026: Bellagio: Million Dollar View, Three Pieces of Cheeseboard If you're looking for a place to sip Aperol by Lake Como after dark, you've come to the right place. The drink tastes exactly as it should (though the price suggests they add a drop of the elixir of youth). Service is "normal," meaning there's no fireworks, but also no drama, which in the heart of Bellagio can be considered a success. However, the real fun begins when you order the "cheeseboard" for just €24. Expectations: A rich selection of local specialties, with the cheese vying for space with the accompaniments. Reality: An ordinary dinner plate, proudly displayed by... three (yes, three) pieces of cheese, timidly supported by two strawberries and three blueberries. It must be admitted that this is culinary minimalism at its most extreme. We understand you're paying for the location, but at that price for a "board," the fruit on the plate could at least do some magic. If you don't want to leave hungry and a significant amount lighter, stick with the coffee—the view is free, and you're better off eating cheese elsewhere.

11/04/2026: Three of us came for a drink after dinner. It took us almost 30 minutes to wait for three drinks, then two arrived, and then the other 10 minutes later. Maybe it's just my opinion, but usually when you order drinks, they should all arrive at the same time, or at least what fits on the tray, and then bring the rest right after. The staff is a bit dull. It's a shame because the location is beautiful.

18/07/2025: We weren't given any menu option even though we have seen they had more to offer. Only cash was accepted!!!!

05/04/2026: Terrible experience last night at Capriccio. I went there with my son at 10:50 PM to get ice cream. It was supposed to close at 11:30 PM, and they refused to serve me a simple ice cream so they could close early. Outrageous!

22/03/2026: An hour and twenty minutes for a first course, which was repeatedly requested. The rudeness of the owner is incredible. More people were returning the dishes which arrived late. Tables were drinking coffee on one side and waiting for the first courses on the other. I will never return.

03/01/2026: 1 because you can't put zero. New Year's Eve dinner, where to start... Appetizer, nothing special, but all good. First course: there are 6 of us adults, four paccheri and two ragù pasta dishes (from the children's menu) arrive. We ask for an explanation and are rudely told by a waitress, "Oh, gentlemen, that's how it went." After complaining, another plate of paccheri (I had to keep the ragù pasta) arrives with a side dish, "Here's for CAGACAZZI's table." While clearing the first courses, they order us to keep our cutlery because they don't have any for the second course (good practice everywhere), and the same waitress replies, "Don't complain, it's been like this for 12 years." The second course of fish arrives, we politely ask for lemon, and they reply, "Do you see lemons on other tables?" - none arrived. There is a basket of dried fruit and mandarins on all the tables, but it didn't arrive for us, so we ask for an explanation. The explanation: they brought their own (not even from the tourist information office). Dessert: passed the test without any particular insults. Coffee time: a waiter arrives with five coffees as ordered, but a man from another table approaches us while he's serving them and takes one away. Besides having eaten the pasta with meat sauce, I never received the missing coffee. When we said goodbye, the same waitress replied: GOODBYE AND NEVER AGAIN. If you ever find yourself at this restaurant, try to avoid the blonde waitress, who's definitely in the wrong profession, because not even animals are treated like that. If, on the other hand, you get the crazy idea of ​​booking a table at this restaurant, change your mind while you still can. The only positive note: the band. Happy 2026 (not to the waitress)
