09/10/2025: The hotel is historic which I like, location was excellent, rooms and food were terrible. Service was good. They gave us a water kettle and tea bags when we asked for them.

08/10/2025: Friendly and keen to serve staff, fantastic location and a nice breakfast. Unfortunately our stay was spoiled by frequent cockroach visitations in the bathroom!! It would have been at least a 4 star....

01/03/2026: Beautiful, picturesque, and pleasant, but too expensive for what it offers. 5 adults and 3 children, €202!

01/03/2026: Very cute little place, with a pebbled walk to get there. For those with strollers, it's best to call and use Lorenzo's fantastic service with his super cool military jeep. The cabin has a large outdoor area and a breathtaking view, good food, and excellent service. Lorenzo is very nice and helpful, I recommend it; it's a very worthwhile little place. In spring and summer, there's a bar service for after a walk, and in autumn, it's great with the kids to pick up lots of delicious chestnuts.

16/09/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Vichy Beach. The pinsa was generously topped with cheese, and the service was super friendly! The ambiance is perfect—especially in the evening, the lighting and music complete the atmosphere!

30/09/2025: We celebrated our son's baptism and had a wonderful time. The location was beautiful, with all the greenery behind the restaurant. They decorated the tables and the room as requested, and they even made the cake, which was delicious. Very friendly staff. Excellent place, I absolutely recommend it.

06/07/2025: Il posto è molto carino immerso nel verde. La strada per arrivare e un po' stretta ma percorribile. Il posto ha il potenziale, ma non è sfruttato al massimo, anzi neanche al minimo. Arrivati alle 20.30.... gli antipasti sono arrivati abbastanza in fretta, il prosecco è arrivato dopo che avevamo mangiato gli antipasti. I primi sono arrivati tutti separati. Tra l'altro abbiamo chiesto la pasta per i bimbi di 1 e 2 anni e ci hanno fatto i paccheri, va beh, nulla di grave in confronto al resto. Carbonara buona, risotto menta e burrata immangiabile, scotto, insipido..... La carne buona ma.... L'abbiamo chiesta più volte... Alla fine è arrivata alle 22.50, non capisco questa lunga attesa per una carne al sangue. I tavoli non sparecchiati. C'erano tre camerieri ma effettivamente uno solo era super operativo. Boh. Peccato.

06/07/2025: Posto molto carino . Strada per raggiungerlo purtroppo davvero impervia soprattutto con moto da strada . Servizio attento e piacevole . Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione . Tutto buono tranne il vitello tonnato che era crudo e lo abbiamo avanzato . Ci è stato prontamente chiesto se volessimo sostituirlo, ma eravamo sazi . Un luogo in cui tornare sicuramente .

04/11/2025: If I could give zero stars, I would! Until over a year ago, it was a nice place, with friendly, smiling, and welcoming people! Over a year ago, it changed management, and the place has become cold... every time you go, something is always missing! Soon, I'm afraid I'll find myself parking out front and not even finding a spot...! The owner, whether he's there or not, practically doesn't change, because politeness doesn't even know where it belongs. And above all, every time you go, if you pay him, you risk getting the same thing over and over again, but with different amounts... It's out of this world!

27/01/2026: Conveniently located hotel for those arriving by car. Clean rooms in good working order. Friendly, helpful staff. For longer stays, the (basic) breakfast buffet offers little variety. The restaurant has a rather small menu in the mid-price range for dinner service. Alternatives are about a 20-minute walk away, but due to the (mostly) non-existent sidewalks and the fast driving of some locals, this might be frightening for some.

14/01/2026: Friendly Stuff, frequent cleaning, breathtaking view, but rooms need to be renovated! ( TV doesn't work, refrigerator is too small ). Also breakfast should have at least 2-3 different varieties!

14/02/2026: Terrible experience... I think an hour's delay is unforgivable. Unfortunately, this is a situation that happens all too often. The unexpected happens, but it can't always be like this. We clearly won't take it here again.

06/01/2026: Excellent pizza and a short wait. With four pizzas, I received a free 1.5-liter bottle of Coca-Cola. Everything was perfect 🤗👍

09/10/2025: Be aware they take advantage of tourist here! Atmosphere is amazing, food was good, drink was fair, bill was ridiculously expensive but the real kicker was when time to go we asked them to get us a taxi and that’s when things got bad. Should be easy right, not with this place. A Maserati shows up not a taxi, thirty minutes late and they forced us to pay 160 Euros. A Uber was four minutes away and would have cost half that. We got hosed by a really fancy hotel concierge and his counterpart at the hostess stand!

25/05/2025: The waitresses are terrible and inexperienced!!! The food is very good, but I'd increase the portions a bit. The chef is good and kind.

16/02/2025: Ho messo una stella perché non si può mettere di meno per scrivere la recensione! Ci siamo fermati a pranzo e il fatto che il locale fosse deserto già ci aveva fatto insospettire. Il menù però sembrava invitante e comunque ormai avevamo chiesto la disponibilità di un tavolo: ordiniamo una porzione di spaghetti con le vongole (completamente privi di sale e totalmente insapori, tanto che per poterli mangiare abbiamo dovuto condirli con sale pepe e olio al peperoncino) da 13 euro, una porzione di fritto misto da 15 euro, una di patatine, un tè freddo e un caffè. Totale: 52 euro!!! Ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi e stato fatto un riepilogo velocissimo - da cui ho capito che la bottiglietta di tè freddo da 500 ml costa 4 euro! - dopo il quale mi è stato buttato sul bancone un foglietto scritto a mano con l'ordinazione ma non i prezzi. Oltretutto per mangiare in un posto vetusto, freddissimo e maleodorante. Da starci alla larga! Peccato perché da fuori sembrava una vecchia trattoria di campagna. Non avevo voglia di discutere, quindi ho pagato e ce ne siamo andati ma ovviamente l'ho segnato nella lista nera

08/02/2025: A place that I thought was Italian but instead there are foreign girls cooking, let's leave that aside, practically the prices are sky high, I ate the carbonara, it was disgusting, I also ate the pizza with all the ash underneath but a lot of it though, and lastly the Florentine tart which still makes me vomit and they only charged me for a price of raw meat 45 euros, a place that even if I die I will go back and many who have eaten here know that everything is disgusting, without flavour or salt, 600 grams of meat for lunch 45 euros but not even what I earn in a day and yet still frozen inside enough to vomit

01/03/2026: I woke up wanting to have lunch alone, and only one place came to mind: Osteria Hellera. It's my third time having lunch here, and it's always a discovery. I love this little place; it's intimate and the food is excellent, especially freshwater fish. The service was impeccable, even though the waitress was alone, but she managed everything perfectly! I can't wait to go back.

31/12/2025: Passing by, we stopped for lunch at this Hostaria, where we were greeted with a warm smile and were very friendly. Parking was very convenient, the restaurant was beautiful and characteristic. We had lunch on the veranda overlooking the lake. The menu was excellent and the selection wide, the service excellent, with just the right interval between the first and second courses. The price was reasonable. We will definitely stop by as soon as we have the chance. Recommended.
