03/02/2025: We went for a lunch, very expensive and portions are small. We didn’t order dessert they brought us and they charged us for it. Half bottle of wine 750ml magically became 500ml on the bill. Highlight of this highway robbery is “appetizer for 3 persons” price 30eur. Regarding service, I am speechless.
02/02/2025: What a disaster: so absurd that you laugh at it. Get over the smell, the endless waiting, we're in a mess, let's not be picky; you pass the "divine red half liter" which was a bottle already opened and half slammed on the table, and as my wife noticed, half of 750cl does not equal 500; you pass it all, the food is a bit like this and the portions a bit inept, we are understanding, but then ask me 30 euros for an appetizer for three which was the size of an appetizer for one, two slices of crucified cold cuts, 3 mm of cheese thickness of sandpaper (the fine one), 3 dream slops in the sense that the cheese was indeed a dream, and make me pay for the dessert that you offered us, well then if you want to cheat me when it comes to the bill Then I'll leave the review to you. There are many fields to plow.. Never again!

02/04/2025: This hotel is value for money. The rooms are nice and spacious. Only improvement could be replacing main door lock with latest key card tech. Currently they have a old lock system with a really bulky key which is difficult 2 carry. Ac is centrally controlled which is also a bit of issue. Lift is really small.Other than that nothing else 2 complain. Lake view room has a very good view of the lake. Try to get rooms on 3rd / 4th floor. Lot of restaurants near the hotel. Ferry is infront of the hotel. Staff is courteous and polite. This hotel is advertised as 3 star and I would consider it on higher side of 3 star

The staff was very attentive and friendly, the rooms were very clean and well-appointed, with good beds and an excellent view.
The breakfast was very good.
The location is the best, right in the center as soon as you get off the ferry.
Highly recommended. I came with my family from Argentina for two nights, and we thought it was the best and at a good price.

23/02/2025: Schlechtes, überteuertes Essen in immerhin nettem Ambiente etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Vorspeise: Verkochte Tagliatelle mit pesto-ähnlicher Soße und einer geschnittener Chilischote in Öl schwimmend, extrem scharf, kaum essbar. 20€. Hauptgericht: 4 vorgekochte verbrannte Hähnchenflügel, dazu 3 Blätter Feldsalat ohne Dressing, Hähnchen-Soße unendlich scharf, nicht genießbar. 20€. Coperto 4€ pro Person, man bekommt 3 halbe Scheiben trockenes Baguette serviert. Espresso war gut, stolze 3€. Weine allesamt total überteuert.
Resümee: egal wo, selbst McDonald's wäre besser gewesen. Nie wieder.
29/12/2024: Mi hanno portata a sorpresa per una cena di compleanno e sono rimasta incantata da questo ristorante. Ha un atmosfera accogliente, calda, romantica. Sembra di essere in una bolla, fuori dal mondo.
I piatti sono abbondanti e gustosissimi. La pasta era strepitosa. Così le bruschette e i dolci.
Ho ordinato la miascia (una torta tipica comasca che non conoscevo non essendo della zona). Era una fetta talmente grande che avremmo potuto mangiarci in tre e buonissima!!
Ampia scelta tra i vini, di ogni fascia di prezzo.
Prezzi non eccessivi e nella media di zona.
Personale gentile e molto disponibile.
Non vedo l’ora di tornare

Ognuno ha propri gusti sia per tipologia di locale, di servizio e varietà di cibo ...provate per un'esperienza alternativa.

15/03/2025: The pizza was so chewy it felt like I was chewing on an old shoe sole. The tomato was sour and the mozzarella looked like melted plastic. The only hot thing was the bill, very salty for an inedible pizza.
15/03/2025: SCANDALOUS, POOR, SHAMEFUL SERVICE, the order was supposed to arrive at 8.30am the food arrives at 9.25am. Completely cold, completely inedible food. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Porzioni abbondanti e possibilità di bis, dolci casalinghi.
23/03/2025: Una trattoria con piatti milanesi, piatti semplici ma con un giusto sapore. Cassoeula niente male e anche l’ arrosto con le patate, che sembra banale, tenero e saporito. Prezzi da trattoria. La location molto semplice. Servizio ottimo.

04/02/2025: I wait for a piadina with squacquerone mozzarella and rocket, 15 minutes with the place practically empty. Time to get to the car, 3 meters outside the restaurant, the condiments were all on the bottom and the piadina was empty. I go back and I am arrogantly told "eh ma'am it's cheese". And what should I do with this thing? Do I eat the dough and drink the cheese? I ask for a refund because I didn't have any more time, the girls have to call the boss, because evidently they were not told how to behave in these cases. Another good 5 minutes to contact him, and he tells him to make my piadina again. I ask for it cold so I can warm it up myself. I get home and it's covered in a white patina. I called to ask if it was normal and they said yes...it looks like mold to me...anyway I threw it away because it was disgusting. €7.50 thrown in the bin together with the 40 minutes...CONGRATULATIONS!
06/01/2025: 3 times they made me the wrong piadina, claiming it was right even in front of the evidence they laugh in my face... congratulations to the staff
