22/03/2025: Welcoming place and extremely kind and helpful staff. Although the food is very good, the price-ratio is not balanced and the portions are not like those of a trattoria. We had two first courses, two glasses of wine and two desserts (the desserts were good but could be improved), for a total of €81. Price like a "tourist trap".

20/03/2025: We happened upon it by chance...and it was all very beautiful, welcoming and inviting. The view at sunset is spectacular and accompanying this with good wine and good food...there is nothing more beautiful and unique! We will definitely be back!!

17/09/2024: Friendly host and good avaialbilities of tables to have dinner spontaneously. Sadly the pasta was not acceptable at all. Chef proposed to try out newly created dishes which were far away from good. I will not go there a second time.

23/02/2025: The food is good, we have had pizza, salads and pastas, and everything was good. The quantity or portions of food is fine, and for the area, the prices are reasonable. It is important to keep in mind that in all Restaurants in Italy charge an extra for service or "coperto", so I think it is not something to lower your grade. It is also important to keep in mind that in all places in the area drinks cost at least €4. The waiter service is very good, they are gentle and serve very well. The place is very nice, there is a good atmosphere and it is in a central and busy place.

24/03/2025: A lesson in contempt in the heart of Bellagio. No welcome, no attention, just cold indifference. After begging for a menu five times, one of the waiters deigned to throw one at us, without a word, like trash. To order? A parade of waiters too busy running away from their customers. “My colleague,” said one, walking away without even slowing down. A sketch. We left without looking back. May this place live on its tourist location, because certainly not on its professionalism. An absolute shame.

08/03/2025: A cappuccino costs €3, a postcard €1.50 plus postage of €1.50. The biggest thing is that this postcard will never be sent. So you pay €3 for free. The view of the lake is beautiful. Food and drink totally overpriced. The biggest annoyance is the mail from private service providers that never arrives. Stay away from yellow or orange mailboxes. Only use the government red mailboxes with Italian Postal postage. Juice shop

30/03/2025: Biblical waiting times, value for money, embarrassing, four strips of Pan carrè, toasted with butter and an anchovy for each strip, 14 euros, a real treat for the backside. We had an aperitif, they brought us three postcards with less than a handful of chips, 7 counted olives, and perhaps a dozen salted almonds, calling this an aperitif is impossible. All 35 euros I'm sorry but this is the right way to lose customers

28/03/2025: For 9 euros, exaggeratedly small size, I took a photo with my daughter's hand, the six of us were all still hungry, we wanted to give feedback but when we called the pizzeria they told us that this is the size of their pizza... as if to say if you don't like it don't come back, too bad we would have liked to order more, but paying to still be hungry doesn't seem feasible to me, lost customers.

I visited the place on August 14th and accidentally forgot my jacket at the table. After immediately calling the restaurant, I was confirmed by the staff that the jacket had been found and safely stored. However, a few days later, when I called back to arrange collection, I was suddenly told that the jacket was no longer there. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the situation peacefully and even my willingness to accept a refund, I received unprofessional responses and vague explanations as to how the jacket disappeared. At one point, I was even offered a refund, but after I accepted, the tone of the conversation changed completely. The owner responded aggressively, placing all the blame on me for forgetting the jacket and insinuating that I was making unfounded accusations or even extorting money from him. Their reluctance to take responsibility for items left in their care, accompanied by the owner's rude and confrontational communication, makes me question how seriously they take customer issues. The lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated was truly disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone and urge others to be very careful if they value decent service and respectful treatment. 03/08/2024: We waited 35 minutes to receive the appetizers (including the invitation not to order the missoltini). After 35 minutes the starters arrive and after just 5 minutes the first courses too. By the time we finished the appetizers and first courses we ate them cold. Zero apologies or desire to solve the obvious problem. I will never return.

09/12/2024: Every time I come there is this blonde lady with short hair, very rude!! It's not possible that every time he gets caught up with someone, He doesn't leave one!! One time she attacks for the money, another time because you don't say your tastes in time... but then she's always annoyed. Not to mention how he treats tourists…

Bell'ambiente rustico chic e servizio molto gentile. abbiamo scelto ravioli con ripieno di carbonara e risotti vari poi stinco di maiale alla birra, controfiletto ai funghi porcini ma anche nella versione rucola e grana...piatti buonissimi presentati ottimamente. molto buono il vino e dolci molto apprezzati! negli anni sono cambiate diverse gestioni ma il locale ha sempre come minimo mantenuto un ottimo livello anzi e' andato sempre piu'' migliorando .... conto che ci puo' stare. consigliato!

12/01/2025: Locale molto moderno e accogliente. Il personale è gentile e decisamente preparato riguardo l'accoglienza dei clienti. Le pizze proposte nel menù sono tante e ognuna ha una propria caratteristica. La pizza mi è piaciuta molto e mi ha riempita. Ci tornerò di sicuro :)
