02/06/2025: Nous avons vécu une expérience extrêmement décevante dans cet établissement. Après avoir réglé l’addition, nous avons constaté que le montant prélevé sur la carte bancaire était largement supérieur à celui initialement dû. L’un des employés avait ajouté, sans notre consentement, un pourboire équivalent au prix total du repas. Lorsque nous avons tenté de comprendre ce qu’il s’était passé, on a essayé de nous faire porter la responsabilité, avec de nombreuses excuses peu convaincantes. L’employé a même tenté à plusieurs reprises de m’arracher des mains le ticket de carte indiquant le montant payé. Le gérant est alors intervenu… pour finalement jeter violemment le TPE qui a explosé sous le choc. Nous avons fini par être remboursés en espèces. Il est à noter que, dès le début, le personnel insistait pour que le paiement soit effectué en liquide. Au-delà de cet incident inacceptable, la qualité des plats laissait à désirer. Les pizzas commandées étaient ridicules, loin des standards que l’on peut attendre en Italie. Le service était également très lent : nous avons attendu un long moment avant qu’un serveur ne vienne prendre notre commande. En résumé, une expérience à la fois déroutante et décevante, tant sur le plan culinaire que sur le plan éthique. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

01/06/2025: Nous avons été très déçus par notre expérience dans ce restaurant. La pizza était moyenne et, pour couronner le tout, le restaurateur nous a demandé de payer en espèces, ce qui n'était pas possible pour nous. Nous avons donc payé par carte bancaire et avons remarqué que le montant a été doublé sur le reçu. Le restaurateur nous a donné une explication rocambolesque, prétendant que le deuxième montant était le code de notre carte, ce qui est totalement absurde. Nous avons dû insister pour obtenir un remboursement, et il s'est énervé, allant jusqu'à exploser le terminal de paiement contre le mur. Finalement, nous avons réussi à nous faire rembourser, mais cette expérience a été limite traumatisante. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce restaurant.

02/06/2025: No air conditioning on a 23 degree C evening. Offered a different room and still had no AC. So if you like air conditioning in the hotel you’re staying in. Don’t stay here! It’s terrible.

18/05/2025: The review concerns the restaurant only. It is located in Pescallo, a village of Bellagio. From Bellagio you take Salita Cappuccini and in a few minutes you arrive in this splendid and picturesque village. Asked to have lunch outside. Perfect location. The outside of the restaurant is practically on Lake Como. Chosen as an appetizer an octopus in a crust that was nothing short of excellent. I cannot write the same judgment for the risotto with perch: good, but not more, the perch.. barely adequate risotto and curry sauce, separate from the dish, which in my opinion did not fit very well. Good choice of wines, I took a glass of white wine. I would avoid the coffee. For what was described I spent 64 euros per person.. a cost that I can accept for the location, service and appetizer.. I would have fully agreed if the risotto with perch had been better. 4 stars, would be 3½, affected by the risotto. Recommended

30/04/2025: Un restaurant caché dans une boutique de fleurs. L’ambiance est inédite, vraiment cosy et c’est ce qui fait le charme de ce restaurant. La nourriture était très bonne, le service également. Nous avons pu venir avec notre petit chien. Il faisait par contre un peu sombre à une certaine heure.

29/04/2025: Abbiamo passato una bellissima serata. Un ambiente davvero bellissimo e particolare. Il personale ci ha messi a nostro agio ed è stato molto disponibile. Qualità dei piatti davvero elevata con delle bellissime presentazioni. Abbinamenti particolari e gustosi. Rapporto qualità prezzo buona. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e sicuramente torneremo a trovarvi, bravi e grazie per la bella serata! Molto consigliato!

09/06/2025: Decisamente peggiorato. Non mi concedo spesso una brioches al mattino, ma quando lo faccio sceglievo sempre il Capriccio di Grandate. Ora non più: brioches posse, con poco ripieno, personale molto scortese, le ragazze sono veramente antipatiche. Sono andata anche per prendere un calice di prosecco fuori orario aperitivo ok ma almeno due noccioline potreste portarle!!

06/06/2025: Internet and the hours outside the place indicate closing time as 11:30 PM We went around 9:15 PM to get an ice cream and we were treated like last-minute annoying customers because the woman at the ice cream counter had already cleaned the equipment and served it to us huffing and puffing, while the guy at the bar emphasized to be careful because he had already washed the floor and it was wet. I also work with the public and I can understand the annoyance of seeing people arrive a few minutes before closing, but 2 hours before, no.

17/09/2024: Friendly host and good avaialbilities of tables to have dinner spontaneously. Sadly the pasta was not acceptable at all. Chef proposed to try out newly created dishes which were far away from good. I will not go there a second time.

21/05/2025: Excellent food. I don’t have an Italian grandma, but if I did, I imagine this would be her home cooking. We ordered the fried fish and zucchini, the lasagna, and the pasta with crispy pork. All were fantastic.

12/05/2025: We saw it on tik tok and went to try it, we had one pizza margarita, burata salad and a potato gnocchi dish. It was yummy I love the pizza and the other dish was something new to me. I recommend eating there.

04/06/2025: A lovely spot to rest and grab a beer after traipsing around Brunate. The service was friendly (and very accommodating to my very poor Italian) and the outside table, in the late afternoon hours, was relaxing.

07/04/2025: Sono rimasto davvero colpito dall’esperienza in questo ristorante. La qualità del cibo è eccezionale, con piatti preparati con ingredienti freschi e gustosi che riflettono la passione della cucina. Ma ciò che ha reso davvero speciale la serata sono stati i camerieri e la nostra cameriera, che è stata impeccabile. Con il suo sorriso accogliente, professionalità e attenzione ai dettagli, ha saputo consigliare piatti con grande competenza e ha reso l’atmosfera del ristorante ancora più piacevole. Un’esperienza che consiglio vivamente e che sicuramente ripeterò!

23/12/2024: Per festeggiare il nostro anniversario, il mio compagno ha prenotato in questa Trattoria, senza conoscerla né averne mai sentito parlare. Ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. Tanti giovani al lavoro e DAVVERO MOLTO GENTILI, PROFESSIONALI E ATTENTI. Non aggiungo altro se un un GRAZIE e....CONTINUATE COSì.
