21/06/2025: Really good takeaway pizza, I have problems when I eat pizza...with theirs I don't have any, it means that the dough has risen correctly....I recommend it to everyone👍

15/03/2025: The pizza was so chewy it felt like chewing on an old shoe sole. The tomato sauce was sour, and the mozzarella tasted like melted plastic. The only warming factor was the bill, which was incredibly expensive for an inedible pizza.

15/06/2025: I ordered at 7:45 pm and my piadina arrived, a very normal one with prosciutto and mozzarella, after 45 minutes, and we were the only ones in the piadineria. All this time to eat a piadina that wasn't that great.

28/09/2025: We arrived and everything was closed. There's no signpost for the entrance, and no one at reception at any time. The air conditioning doesn't provide heat; it's very cold, with no blankets or shower gel. The wood and doors squeak a lot. The TV and the bed are particularly noteworthy.

25/09/2025: Went here for a visit to Bellagio. Old beautiful house. One can feel like in a fairy tail. Got a room with view to the mountains. Wonderful!

22/09/2025: Rude waiter. I asked to move two meters into the restaurant (the door was wide open) so as not to get wet in the downpour, and he chased me away, yelling. Avoid.

15/09/2025: First I waited forever, then I got lukewarm pasta that had obviously been heated in the microwave. The portion was incredibly small and overpriced for everything. The service seemed listless and inattentive. Don't go there.

15/09/2025: Tourist trap 🧐. The lady who clears the table is the only one who's attentive. Pizza from the freezer. Pasta was extremely oily. Coffee was OK. Enjoy the wait. I'm annoyed we fell for it 🤦🏻‍♂️

16/10/2025: Really bad food. Overpriced and couldn't pay by card - only found out after we had eaten. Awful service that took our plates before we had finished. To date the worst experience in beautiful Italy. We will NOT be back.

15/10/2025: The tomme alla griglia was burnt on top, the lettuce was wilted and there was very little of it. Friendliness is a foreign word there. The owner's comment on the phone was very disrespectful to tourists. We recommend giving it a wide berth!

30/07/2025: Gran servicio, el personal muy amable en cuanto entramos, gran carta de vinos y comida, todo por un buen precio ya que los lugares aquí pueden ser caros

30/07/2025: Primero, la comida era deliciosa y a un precio justo, y el lugar es increíble para la gente ver y simplemente relajarse. ¡Pero! Tengo que decir, que el servicio y la amabilidad del personal fue la mejor parte. Mi esposa y yo viajamos mucho y a veces, en lugares como Bellagio, tienes personajes esbozados que solo quieren tu dinero para una comida sobrecara. Este es un lugar encantador con agradables pies a la tierra y gente amable con buena comida. Gracias a ellos.

06/07/2025: El Pinot Grigio Gravoso estaba fresco y tenía sabores muy interesantes. El Genisia Pinot Nero fue igualmente bueno y razonable. Los tagliatelle al funghi eran ligeros pero satisfactorios. El pesto estaba igualmente delicioso. También funciona como tienda de vinos por lo que su selección es variada. Queríamos volver para una segunda noche de comida reconfortante, pero nos quedamos sin noches en Como. Definitivamente volveremos. Gracias Mille.

17/06/2025: Buena comida, pero propietario desagradable, grosero y poco alegre. Su personal parecía miserable. No hay ambiente ni relación entre todos ellos. Creo que es probablemente un poco intimidante para ellos, como yo sentía que era para mí. No volveríamos. Gran pena, ya que la comida era muy buena.

12/08/2025: Tout était fermé, nous avons donc été jusque là.. CATASTROPHE !! - les serveurs ne voient rien, j’ai dû appeler à plusieurs reprises pour qu’on vienne prendre ma commande. - les pâtes étaient basiques mais pas de fromage ou un morceau de pain pour accompagner les plats. - les spritz étaient à moitié remplis et à mon avis coupés de moitié à l’eau L’attrape touriste dans sa splendeur, dommage car le cadre est super

03/08/2025: Due pizze surgelate …. Un panino da 7 euro scongelato con due 1 fette di crudo e 1 di formaggio . Da italiano direi scandaloso far pagare 7euro un panino con dentro niente . Va bene che entrano i turisti stranieri e da italiani dobbiamo approfittarci !! A quei prezzi si può fare cibo di qualità e anche gli stranieri sarebbero più contenti di tornarci Vergognoso

17/09/2025: Uninterested staff. No welcome or greetings. After 15 minutes they literally throw a menu at you without a single look and forget about you. We left, went to the neighbours, Doppio Malto, which I do recommend.

14/09/2025: For a pastry shop, hygiene is seriously lacking, not to mention the toilets are in terrible condition. Service is generally terrible. I can't even imagine what happens in the kitchen. I've been passing by for years and stopping for a coffee, but nothing has ever changed. I don't recommend it at all.

12/10/2025: After our boat tour, my three friends and I decided to stop by Al Lungo Lago Pizzeria Ristorante for lunch since it’s conveniently located right across from the boat rental place. When I asked about truffle pasta, the older waiter or manager made a comment asking if I was rich — which came across a bit condescending. He also insisted that black truffle pasta is “garbage” and only white truffle is worth trying (neither of which are actually served at the restaurant). He even mentioned letting me try white truffle, but that never happened. Despite that awkward interaction, I decided to order the frutti di mare spaghetti, and it was absolutely delicious! The seafood was fresh and flavorful, and the dish was very satisfying. Overall, while the food was great, the service could definitely be improved.

29/09/2025: Inedible pastry, a cream made only of water and flour, absurd shortcrust pastry!!!

15/09/2025: I had a plate of cold, frozen pizzoccheri, inedible, and a main course of raw meatballs in tomato sauce with dry French fries. I won't be returning, it was truly awful. I spent €20, absolutely terrible. The worst meal of my life. I don't recommend it.
