29/06/2026: A quaint, old-fashioned tavern-style restaurant with a lake view just a few meters away. It's lovely just to sit and admire the lake. Seating is available inside or outside. Typical Larian dishes are served, with spaghetti with missoltini, the restaurant's specialty, taking pride of place. Service is prompt and the staff is incredibly friendly. Everything is delicious, from appetizers to desserts, without exception, and the prices are absolutely fair. Highly recommended if you're looking for a traditional restaurant on the shores of Lake Como.

29/05/2026: Terrible experience...for two gin and tonics, almost €20, and then being asked... "Do you want fries by default or do you want to order something?" In short, let's just say that there are places in the area that can offer more for less, encouraging you to do more than just an aperitivo.

22/07/2026: Everything was good, except for the stomach ache the next day, both for me and all my friends there. It looked good, but I admit the mozzarella wasn't to my taste. The sweet pizzas were better than the average pizza. Excellent service, everyone was very kind. As soon as we mentioned there was a vegetarian at the table, they made us a round of about five vegetarian pizzas, and then alternated. I repeat, the stomach ache the next day was terrible. I don't think we'll be back.

13/06/2026: I had dinner with a group of friends, and since I'm gluten intolerant, I ordered a single Margherita pizza. However, when I paid, they charged me as if I'd ordered a full pizza (€21!). Honestly, I don't think it's fair to charge the same amount...

06/07/2026: We ate really well, particularly enjoying the lake fish appetizers and the char for the main course. The place is well-maintained, charming, and peaceful, offering shade and fresh air on hot days. The staff was exceptionally kind, bringing us boiling water and breadcrumbs to add to our 8-month-old's food and even offering to wash her plate (brought from home) after the meal. Highly recommended!

14/05/2026: 897 views from December 2, 2025, to February 2, 2026, for my review of a restaurant that has now closed and therefore lacks any real gastronomic information. I want to believe that these were people who, like me, care deeply about "La Moltrasina" for what it was and what it will be. Even though it is a profane place, crossing the threshold was like entering a magical place, peculiar to a reality far more attractive than a renowned "resort." The five stars are a testament to trust in the Cooperative and the many associations that support it, who will work for the best. Unity in diversity and Forward to Rebirth.

22/01/2026: I ate at Trattoria La Moltrasina and had a truly excellent experience. The restaurant is located on the lakeside, in a stunning location that makes the meal even more enjoyable. Everything is delicious, from the typical cuisine to the traditional dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and authentic flavors. The portions are generous, as you'd expect from a true trattoria, and the price is more than fair for the quality and location. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, perfect for enjoying authentic cuisine without frills. In short, a highly recommended place for a good meal on the lake and a truly satisfying meal. It's a shame it's now closed.

01/11/2025: On our way back from visiting Balcone d'Italia, we stopped in for coffee and dessert. The service was excellent, too. The place is small but cozy.

18/10/2025: Café with very friendly service, who also speak German. Very nice ambiance outside on the small village square. Fortunately in summer, but unfortunately in autumn, the lovely seating is in the shade. This was our second time here and we'd love to come back.

22/03/2026: The bar is just like it was 30 years ago; practically nothing has changed. I only had coffee, but even there I found the product poorly cared for. The cup was dirty on the side, and the coffee had rancid notes from a product that wasn't properly cared for, or at least one whose use and consumption were poorly understood. Service was in line with the average.

20/03/2026: It's always nice to stop by Antonia's for breakfast or a relaxing aperitif. Excellent product quality and service. Highly recommended.

02/07/2026: I ate there for a classy place, having social anxiety, I froze when I told him my pizza, the guy looked at me dirtyly, so after this embarrassment I left and when I asked him for a pizza box he replied "now"? When I told him yes, he did everything very slowly and annoyed, bored, the pizza anyway is too thin and not good.

26/05/2026: Personally, I was not happy with the experience. I’ll give you the facts and you decide… The menu is not accurate. Consideration 1 - We tried to order Spaghetti con Vongole and shrimp (there was one more item but I don’t remember what it was). Turns out it’s only clams and the waiter said the other items were listed as a mistake. Ok. Consideration 2 - My child does not care for seafood so they offered pasta with butter or Ragu. We ordered ragu. The waiter came back and said they were out of ragu, so we went with the butter. Consideration 3 - The pasta was served dry with a slab of butter on top. We were charged 18 Euros for the pasta and butter. The Spaghetti alla Vongole was only €4 more. Consideration 4 - Once the waiter took our order, he never came back - not once. We went from ordering to paying at the reservation desk. Consideration 5 - my mother told the waiter she was excited about dessert. She never got a chance to see the dessert menu, assuming there is one. I don’t mind paying for an expensive meal, as long as the value coincides. Also, I almost NEVER leave reviews unless I am inspired by a super bad experience or a super good one.

28/05/2026: Read a lot of reviews suggesting this place for an aperetivo. The drink was reasonably priced and came quickly. The staff were friendly. The atmosphere overall pleasant, but the aperitivo snacks themselves were average. Would definitely try something else next time, after wondering around Como we saw lots of very interesting and plentiful plates elsewhere.
