11/11/2025: Everything was good, but there was a long wait for service due to the crowds and the noise, and the soundproofing was poor. You literally had to shout to speak and understand each other. I wouldn't recommend going on Sunday lunch. Anyway, great!

03/11/2025: It was supposed to be a festive Sunday... it turned into a nightmare. Nothing to say about the location, which is more enjoyable in the warmer months but still very nice, the food, and the table service (the young man was always present). What ruined the lunch was the presence in our dining room of a large group of (very) adults, rude to say the least, who forced us, with their shouting, swearing, and behavior beyond endurance, to leave the restaurant after a little over an hour and continue the celebrations at home. I won't dwell on the gratuitous insults we received when we asked for them to keep our voices down (we couldn't even speak at the table because our voices were drowned out by their shouting!). They were probably regular customers, because there was no action on the part of the management (other than an apology from the lady) to calm these individuals down a bit, not even after we explained the situation and the inconvenience caused. 1 star. Too bad.

07/12/2025: The son of a friend of mine is doing an internship with you, he is having a terrible time, every day, when I come to pick him up to take him home, he tells me how badly they treat him, all the staff, not recommended for those who have to go on an internship, you don't learn anything there

02/11/2025: During a dinner with friends, I politely asked for information about the "stracotto" dish, simply to see if it would suit my tastes. The person taking the orders—the owner—reacted with a sarcastic and impolite attitude, embarrassing me in front of my friends. This truly unprofessional behavior ruined the experience.

27/10/2025: The restaurant is top-notch, family-run. The fish and seafood appetizers were fantastic. The stew and very fresh mussels were delicious. The price was fair. I also tried a pizza as an appetizer, which was also exceptional. The staff were very friendly.

14/10/2025: I can't rate the rooms, only the restaurant. Terrible service: we booked for five people, but after confirming our reservation, we arrived and found the table we'd been promised wasn't there (which, we understand, often happens). We ended up eating on a veranda that was clearly unheated. Furthermore, at a certain point during the service, the owner and waitress came up with the idea of ​​opening the veranda's awning (note the 90°C outside). Luckily, after asking them if they thought it was a bad joke, they resisted. The waiter/service staff were completely disorganized, with the staff clearly not knowing how to organize their orders and manage the tables. We ordered pizzas, but only later did they realize we were out of cutlery. Pizzas: If it were a takeout pizzeria, I'd say they were good. Too bad it was a pizzeria. Bill: clearly not up to par with the price we received. UPDATE FROM 10/10/25: Please take a close look at the reviews; I'm not the only one who hasn't given them "positive" reviews. Sometimes—due to excessive zeal or a desire to welcome customers—there's a service glitch. If the complaints have increased, as you say, perhaps it's time to understand why and fix it.

03/10/2025: I loved this place! It's cozy, the owner is kind and friendly, and you feel right at home. The food is delicious, homemade, so well-seasoned and filling. It's definitely not light, but fresh and well-cooked. The prices are very reasonable. It's also great that the owner plays music; there are lots of vinyl and CDs, just what serious music lovers like. We'll definitely be back!

23/11/2025: One of my favorite Pizzas in Italy! Very unique! The service was good, fast and welcoming! The restaurant has very cool atmosphere and a good view from outside.

16/09/2025: There's no request that El Karnak 2 can't satisfy. A kebab as big as a newborn baby: you don't eat it, you tackle it. Rating 10/10.

28/10/2025: This place has the best chocolate croissants I've ever had. My brother said the pistachio croissants are also exceptional. We went back to this place two more times after discovering it, before moving on to our next destination. Great cappuccino as well.

18/12/2025: Extremely kind and smiling staff, top-quality food, and simply wonderful reservations. Lots of vegan options, including "vegan salmon" and "vegan tuna." New flavors and creative combinations that are a delight for the palate. Finally, a place where vegans don't have to settle for two measly choices! Highly recommended! The atmosphere is refined, elegant, and very clean. The owner (the gentleman at the counter?) is truly delightful and knows how to treat customers. Tuesday was our second time at Shabu, but we'll be back regularly to enjoy your delicious dishes.

15/12/2025: Terrible experience. You can order six nigiri at a time per person. It takes 14 minutes to deliver the first order. You can't order alone; you always have to call the girls. Very little choice unless you pay extra, and that's expensive. There's no heating in the bathroom, and every time they open the door, a cold blast comes in. You can judge the quality by looking at the photo.
