14/03/2026: A historic pizzeria in the hamlet of Crevenna Erba. A spacious dining room and garden. All kinds of pizzas and more. Friendly and professional staff.

01/03/2026: A sad and run-down place. Mini, tasteless pizzas with low-quality ingredients. The kitchen offers very few basic, makeshift dishes. The service is rushed and disregards the customer. All this at high prices, with a €3 cover charge that is completely illogical. Avoid.

06/03/2026: We had lunch here first. The food was so good that we had to come back for dinner after our visit to Villa Del Balbianello

01/03/2026: I went in and ordered a cappuccino. I asked the guy serving what croissants he had, and he suggested I get up and see what was available. I got up and ordered a pistachio croissant. I waited over 20 minutes, watching other people's tables being served and cleaned, even though there weren't many people, while my table wasn't being cleaned. One of the guys looked at me and said, "I'm coming," but he never showed up. I wonder why they didn't clean my table and why they didn't serve me, given that people who arrived after me had their tables cleaned and took their orders. It makes me think a lot. I got up from my table and simply thanked them for the bad service... or for the discrimination.

25/09/2025: I stayed at Lido di Argegno at the end of August and had a wonderful time! A well-kept location, friendly staff, and excellent service. I recommend booking to secure your spot, especially on weekends. I'll definitely be back!

16/11/2025: A truly hidden gem! Dinner here is particularly amazing. Menaggio is less touristy but still very accessible, and I'm so glad choosing here for a stay. We got: - Seared caramelized foie gras with peaches (Yummm!) - Cuttlefish ink tagliolini (BEST squid inck pasta I have ever had in my life) - Deconstructed Tiramisu (creative and delicious)

29/10/2025: I only had an aperitif, but I want to go back for dinner. The terrace is very nice, right on the lake.

31/12/2025: Enticing from the street, great views and much potential. However, position and atmosphere hardly enough to compensate for the enormous disappointment that was found inside. We stopped for a festive drink (one drink each) and found their signature cocktail menu alluring in presentation. The drinks themselves did very little to justify their high price tag, did not stimulate the tastebuds as their descriptions had promised, lackluster presentation, sad or absent garnish - overall pathetic. One would find the same quality for a fifth of the price at a mall pub, and likely friendlier staff and patrons. Happy new year!

27/07/2025: On our first day we ended up here a bit by chance – and instantly fell in love with this place! ❤️ The carbonara and calamari were absolutely delicious, and the chef not only cooks wonderfully but is also incredibly friendly – he helped us choose our dishes and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice. On the second day we came back on purpose – this time the chicken was amazing, and the chocolate soufflé was simply pure heaven! A huge plus goes to the service – both the chef and the super friendly Italian lady create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You feel more like you’re visiting friends than dining in a restaurant. Delicious food, wonderful people and a fantastic vibe – we absolutely recommend this place! 14/03/2026: Perhaps not the most refined Italian food, but they certainly make the best of it here. If you have a sweet tooth or love American food, then you have come to the right place. The food is prepared right in front of you. Very nice and helpful staff. You may love it or hate it, but five stars are well deserved.

28/12/2025: We went there specifically for an aperitif but we ran away too quickly, the smell of smoke was terrible, it's not a pub or a shabby village bar. I think the people were local, zero hospitality, so we left immediately.

25/10/2025: The most expensive but also the worst mixed fish grill in Sardinia, despite being by the sea, it says prawns it means prawn, and the worst aperol spritz of the trip but twice the price of every other, left hungry poor and disappointed

09/02/2026: I only stayed one night, but if I had to stay another day in this area, I would stay here again without hesitation! Very affordable, it was the only accommodation close to my location; all the others were either too far away or too expensive for just one night. Breakfast was included (it's optional), and even though I got up a little late, they still offered it to me. Everything was truly delicious! I wasn't expecting such a wide variety! The service and hospitality were the best part. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated wonderfully, with politeness and kindness, always with a smile 😊. Also, since I don't speak Italian, they helped me in English without any problem. I felt right at home ❤️. The room and overall decor were cozy. Yes, it's a bit dated (as detailed on the website), but it has its charm. It was clean and tidy, and I was able to sleep very well. Thank you so much, the 5 stars were well deserved. I highly recommend it! ✨

15/12/2025: Unfortunately, in just 30 minutes, I witnessed four reprimands from the two owners toward a waiter, one of whom I heard say, "If you don't get a move on, I'll throw you against the wall." I believe it's extremely important to treat your staff well, even during stressful times; otherwise, you have to learn to manage your stress.
