27/08/2025: We had pizza... Highly recommended. Between the pizza, the drink, and the cover charge, it was about €20 per person. Service was fast. There were people on the terrace and at the tables inside. I saw the waiters working together and helping each other to provide good service. The spaghetti dishes I saw pass by looked nice and full and looked good.

26/08/2025: The man of the service was nice but we were happy to go eat there because of the photos,we went a little bit late there they told us to wait 20 min. But we waited 45 min. After we left with hunger. They told us we couldnt sit outside and after there were people who sat outside.

26/08/2025: I can't say that I didn't like something, but everything is relative. And in comparison with other restaurants in Bellagio, the price-quality ratio here is very different We ordered the fish of the day and tartar. The fish was normal, but it was not tender enough. Nothing special The meat in the tartar was also somehow too elastic, it should be softer and more tender. There were not enough spices or some interesting sauce for the tartar, it lacks flavor. I was very surprised that there was no salt/pepper on the table and when serving the tartar it was not even offered There were also no salads, no vegetables, side dishes, etc. on the menu The pros are a good wine list, location, the staff tries, at the end they treat you to cookies In general, it's okay, for one time. There are better places in this town

23/08/2025: A few months ago, we decided to go to this restaurant, which we'd found online and had good reviews. When ordering, my partner mentioned that she was pregnant and therefore couldn't eat raw food, vegetables that hadn't been washed in a certain way, etc. At one point, after asking about the parsley sprinkled generously on a dish, the waiter arrogantly replied, "Miss, this isn't a Beirut restaurant; the vegetables here are washed," completely unaware that toxoplasmosis can't be prevented by simply washing vegetables with water! With this statement, they demonstrated a sensitivity and professionalism that can only be expected in a tourist context!

11/07/2025: Our best stop in Como. Surprisingly you would think Como is all about the lake but when travel with children, all you need sometimes is just a playground and a nice local establishment with good food and cold drinks. Bar Jean Caffe has top class service, so nice and thoughtful staff. Lasagne and pizza very good! It made our day (party of 8, 4 children) - good view om children from cafe 👌🏼

11/07/2025: Didn't plan to come here, didn't see any reviews, just stopped by to grab a bite to eat while waiting for my son to play the rides. In conclusion, everything was delicious, very good price. Most importantly, the owner and his son were very friendly. Whatever you asked for, they always served it. It became a hidden gem that was really great.

08/07/2025: The menu offers a variety of dishes. We tried the pizza and loved it. If you visit on the weekend, the place is very crowded and can get a bit noisy. I'll definitely be back.

20/08/2025: I booked a room with a balcony through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were told we couldn’t have it because we were staying only one night. The receptionist explained that those rooms are reserved for guests with longer stays. Additionally, the hotel is clearly short-staffed. Only one person seemed to be handling everything, and she prioritized her own convenience over guests’ experience. For example, although there are lovely outdoor tables with amazing views for breakfast, she refused to let us sit outside, saying it was too difficult for her to serve both inside and outside tables. The only positives were a clean bed and bathroom, which is why I gave 3 stars. Overall, very disappointing.

14/08/2025: The hotel is right next to the lake, with only a road in between, and the room windows open directly to a beautiful lake view. In front of the hotel, by the lakeside, there are benches where you can enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise. The owner was such a nice, warm, and attentive person. The building itself is very cute.

16/08/2025: I hate to say it, but it's nothing special. Poorly made, runny uncle. Ribs without a hint of meat. The slice of cake was good. I wonder how people who are 5-star eat at home. The road to get there was terrifying.

24/08/2025: Excellent restaurant. The dishes were all delicious and, above all, very generous. Risotto with berries, paccheri with lobster, paella, grilled fish, and mixed fried fish, all delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

05/08/2025: During the First World War of 1915-18 we ate much, much, much better than in this restaurant. I don't know how people manage to eat there and also give it 5 stars. Crazy stuff.

03/08/2025: I ordered a Capricciosa pizza with Zola, but I received a pizza without Zola. After a complaint, they remade the pizza but it turned out raw. I think it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. However, the price was fair.
