11/11/2025: The food is top-quality, with a lunch menu featuring four first course choices and four second course choices, as well as various side dishes. The portions are generous. The trattoria, though small, is very elegant.

24/10/2025: We took advantage of the business menu, the food was really excellent and plentiful, the staff was helpful and very friendly. We'll be back often, I think.

30/10/2025: Strongly not recommended. Food was bad. Charged extra fee “coperto” which is usual in Italy, but not for the service they provide.

21/08/2025: The food and service were excellent. The restaurant opens at 7:30 p.m., and by 7:35 p.m. it's completely full. You wonder why it doesn't open earlier; the guests seem to want it. 🤔 The guests' opinions don't seem to matter.

05/10/2025: There are many average reviews of this restaurant on Google and TripAdvisor. I have no idea why. The restaurant is charming and my pasta dishes one of the best I've ever had. Many locals eat here. Don't hesitate, just go and enjoy

31/05/2025: A very nice proposal: a quiet place, in a place where everything makes you think about vacation, the interior is well designed to be cozy and pubby at the same time, there is way to many option of beers to choose from, and the staff is always welcoming. I personally suggest you trying the ipa which is locally brewed and that provides that bittersweet taste that bring you to haven. Bonus tip: the burgers are really juicy.

11/10/2025: Nice pizza. Terrible service. We've had basically five slices of pizza in two and a half hours. Terrible management. We won't be back.

11/10/2025: What can I say, good luck! We arrived at 8:15 PM, and they took our drinks order at 8:36 PM. After about an hour, we'd eaten four slices of pizza. Before 10 PM, they'd run out of mozzarella, so they started serving tomato-only pizzas. By the time we decided to switch to the sweet doughnuts, bomboloni, and cream puffs, they'd obviously run out. Despite asking the waiters for food, we left having eaten a total of 15 slices between the two of us, mostly margheritas or marinaras. We repeatedly reported the problems to both the waiters and management, but aside from a "sorry," nothing was done. Not even a single euro of discount. €42 for 15 slices of pizza and two medium Cokes. The situation was the same throughout the restaurant, except at the tables with friends, where the manager would stop to chat and joke, and where pizzas were always available. We had already had problems with this manager 1 year ago, we confirm the terrible experience since this resource has been there who is attentive neither to what happens in the restaurant nor to the customers.

21/10/2025: Food and service were outstanding. Not to mention the stunning view. My husband and I went there for a coffee at first and the staff was so lovely we decided to go back for brunch. After that we went back for dinner. We just couldn't get enough of this place. We had a 3 weeks vacation driving around Italy and our experience at Terraza was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The dinner we had was comparable to a Michelin star restaurant. Andrea and Nico were lovely and offered impeccable service. Looking forward to my next Lake Como trip.

08/12/2025: I cut a slice of pizza for €7.10? Not even in Davos!!! This is legalized theft. They're taking advantage of the fact that it's the first Autogrill to open as soon as they entered Italy from Switzerland. A terrible ambassador for Italy. Their business cards are shameful. But why not charge for the air you breathe with a time clock? €10 for every 10 minutes spent inside, even if you're in one of the kilometer-long lines to pay at the cash register or go to the bathroom?

20/07/2025: Delicious, authentic Italian ice cream! And lots of choices.

28/06/2025: I have tasted many ice creams in the area, this is number 1, finally an ice cream with its own identity, different from the others and that doesn't taste like ice, dark chocolate out of this world!!

14/10/2025: The food was bland and lacked much flavor. The pizza was uncooked, the dough raw.

11/10/2025: The first and second courses almost come together, which is a shame. It feels like it's a quick, quick, and then it's over. Pasta tastes okay, but not very good.

13/10/2025: Trattoria San Giacomo is the place you find yourself at after you’ve failed to make dinner reservations elsewhere. The wait isn’t too bad. You are in the prettiest part of Bellagio and they offer pillows that you can sit down on as you wait on the stairs. They try their best to accommodate everyone and the staff is very communicative about timing. The food is not great. Perhaps some dishes are good, but overall not great. I decided to keep it simple—I ordered the pasta dish of the day which was a mushroom pasta and the fresh ricotta and spinach ravioli in sage and butter sauce. The pasta dish with mushrooms was so bad that I had them replace it, which they were kind enough to do with no charge. The mushrooms were boiled, tasteless and soggy. The pasta was served with the boiling water it came with, or that’s what I’m assuming as it was clear and bland. The ricotta ravioli on the other hand was good. Good, but not great. This is definitely a restaurant catered to tourists, which is fine. You’re just not going to have a fantastic meal here.

11/10/2025: We waited in line 45 minutes before they opened as you have to or you won’t get a spot, no reservations accepted. They have cushions you can crab and sit on the steps. Inside they play older American music loudly. Wish they had Italian music, would make for a better ambiance. After we were seated inside a little after 7pm it took 15 minutes to take our drink orders then another 15-20 minutes to get our water and coke delivered. We ordered the salad and soup of the day which were fine after we doused them with salt. We ordered the Osso Buco di Vitelo and the Tagliolini with meat sauce. Both were very bland and had no taste, had to douse them with salt. The beef shank was soft and tasted good after seasoning. The pasta was below average even after seasoning, barely any sauce or meat. Over all disappointed with the experience-this is a very hyped up place and not worth the hoops you have to jump through and time to get in here. We hoped for a better experience, but will not be coming back.

21/10/2025: Everything was fine. The pizza had a lot of choices and was good. Excellent service. A little pricey. Four slices of pizza and two Cokes were €26.

19/10/2025: Tasty food, friendly staff warm atmosphere and reasonable prices.

26/10/2025: Absolutely delicious food and an unforgettable atmosphere! The chef and staff were incredibly attentive, making our dinner truly memorable. The dishes with an Asian twist were fantastic, and the specials of the day the truffle pasta and the four‑mushroom risotto were simply outstanding!

12/10/2025: Fantastic experience in the MO. We really enjoyed the dishes and could not have had a better experience. Even though it was late September we were able to sit outside and enjoy the stunning view. All dishes were outstanding and the service was perfect. We will definitely be back!
