11/05/2026: I go to this restaurant every time I have an important event to celebrate. It's a fantastic place, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is good and the quality/price ratio is excellent. The home cooking is very good, and has improved a lot recently.

06/05/2026: There's no TV. The shower was exceptional, the cleanliness was great, and the breakfast was homemade.

31/03/2026: A quiet place to savor homemade dishes like pasta or ravioli. The flavor of the vegetables tells you the ingredients are truly organic. The battered fish and pizzoccheri with homemade pasta are excellent. In summer, several outdoor tables evoke a bygone atmosphere. Moka pot coffee and short wait times are appropriate for freshly prepared dishes.

03/02/2026: The friendliness of Capellone is priceless, I go there for events and it's always a wonderful experience.

23/04/2026: A magnificent hotel on the shores of Lake Como with exceptional views. Clean and comfortable rooms, very welcoming staff, and a delicious breakfast. An ideal place to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet, and be surrounded by nature. We will definitely return!

11/04/2026: For the price I paid, I was disappointed. The room was clean but small, and the bathroom didn't even have a hook for towels. The only positive was the lake view. The restaurant wasn't open yet, but they served us a pasta dish for dinner at an exorbitant price.

03/04/2026: On the counter they didn't seem to have anything vegan but perhaps they keep it somewhere else. Coffee was good and they have a lovely terrace (which is always busy)

23/03/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. What should have been a nice meal with friends turned into a frustrating and dishonest situation. First of all, we were charged different coperto (service fees) at the same table — some of us were charged €2, others €4, with no explanation. This already raised concerns about transparency. Then things got worse. We were served a small Coca-Cola, but charged for a large one. When we pointed this out, it was clear that the price on the bill did not match what we actually received. On top of that, one of the dishes we ordered was incorrectly entered into the bill as a completely different (and significantly more expensive) item. When we approached the staff to calmly clarify these discrepancies and asked for a correction, we were met with an incredibly rude and aggressive response. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, staff members started raising their voices and dismissing our concerns, saying “it’s only one euro” — completely ignoring the fact that this was about honesty and fair treatment, not just the amount. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but dishonesty and disrespectful customer service are inexcusable. I would strongly advise others to carefully check their bills if they decide to visit — and frankly, I would not recommend this place at all.

13/05/2026: Great restaurant by the sea, excellent food. Generous pizza toppings. A very pleasant terrace in the evening.

10/05/2026: Nice little bar with a great view of the lake and not too crowded. Very nice terrace. Italian food and good cocktails.

17/03/2026: Let's consider self-service. The food is excellent, and the service is nothing to complain about, but I absolutely disagree with the decision not to include fish in the main course; you're practically forced to have meat as a main course. Regardless, it's good quality.

03/04/2026: Friendly waiters. However, the portions were insufficient; four slices of bread for €8 was overpriced. The wine was good.

18/02/2026: Como's wine shop since 1935. Friendliness and expertise. Essential for every purchase. When you want to drink well or give something special as a gift! Highly recommended!

01/02/2026: It's under new management. - Excellent food quality - Excellent service and friendly staff - Fair prices Only flaw: they struggled to get the eggs out at the same time, or close enough together. Maybe it was just a one-off, but otherwise everything was excellent.

12/05/2026: The fish and the salad dish was awful(fish was burned and the salads were very mid). Ravioli magra(with ricotta and spinach) was good and the pork ribs with polenta were average because it was very greasy and polenta was not polenta… But the service was amazing, we didn’t complaint about the food at all, but the waiter saw the bad fish dish and excluded that from our tab.

22/04/2026: Strange arrival; we waited at reception for almost 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Problem getting our room. The room itself was nice, spacious, with a lake view... Pleasant staff. Breakfast was average for a 3-star hotel; everything was pre-packaged: ham, cheese, rusks...
