08/10/2025: A wonderful place with wonderful, helpful, and hospitable staff. The hotel is ideally located, close to the sea and about 15-30 minutes from other beautiful towns. The views from the hotel and rooms are magnificent and picturesque. We were there off-season, so we only managed to use the hotel restaurant once, but we were also able to sample the delicious Italian cuisine. The rooms were clean and well-appointed.

03/08/2025: We stayed at this property at the end of June. The location is enchanting, nestled in the Marche hills with a wonderful view. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Matteo and Martina are not only delightful, but also always available. The restaurant is excellent. Paola and Flavio

02/12/2025: A beautiful osteria in the center of Como. Excellent value, very friendly staff, and delicious food. The polenta dishes are highly recommended; they're delicious and creamy. The ossobuco with polenta and the braised beef with polenta are highly recommended. Definitely worth a try! I'll definitely be back.

26/12/2025: I cannot recommend this hotel. My room (3/4) is unrenovated. The positive reviews are incomprehensible. We had dinner and breakfast there, completely overpriced. A ghost in the form of a woman haunts the place; her dress looks like a rag, and her face would scare anyone in a haunted house. Her legs are wrapped open, she's wearing shoes straight out of the 1950s, and this is the woman who serves breakfast. It's enough to make you want to run away. Italy has beautiful women, and I get stuck with this dragon. The proximity to the lake doesn't justify the hotel's prices. The male chef did the best job. No motorcycle garage. September 13, 1924, will go down in history as the coldest day of the century, and it started at breakfast. Only the coffee was excellent, as is typical in Italy.

17/01/2026: In my experience, the place is very poorly organized. To get a dish, you have to wait about 10 minutes... I arrived at 12:00 and left at 1:46. An hour and a half for exactly 7 dishes... I don't recommend it.

07/01/2026: The service was disappointing and slow, starting with the fact that you can only order three dishes per person, but only if you order them directly from the waitress. We also had to ask several times to order the next portion, and each time the waitress called her colleague to take the order. Relatively fast, but the first round of dishes arrived cold. The quality wasn't excellent, and the menu itself included many dishes that cost extra, which are included in the dinner price, and it wasn't always clear that the dish had an extra cost (we went for a holiday lunch). In the end, we didn't eat much, and the quality wasn't great. There was a long wait to order, then a wait for the dishes we'd ordered, and then another wait for the waitress to arrive to take the next round of orders. Not to mention the tables were dirty and caked on at 12:30.

27/10/2025: We celebrated my son's Confirmation and had a truly wonderful time. The owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating to our requests, and the prices were reasonable. We received excellent service and a rich and delicious aperitif. Thank you! Debora

23/10/2025: Bright, cheerful pastry cafe with friendly owners who always welcome you with open arms and a smile. Coffee is good, as are the pastries and brioche. Free parking nearby for a relaxed experience. We will return. To the owners…..thank you!

01/02/2026: It's under new management. - Excellent food quality - Excellent service and friendly staff - Fair prices Only flaw: they struggled to get the eggs out at the same time, or close enough together. Maybe it was just a one-off, but otherwise everything was excellent.
