Meals were good and big portions for the price. The waiters were very welcoming.
Also good location if you are visiting the main attractions of Lenno.

05/07/2026: We were very satisfied with the food (the fillets) and were pleasantly surprised by the good selection of bread at our table. The restaurant is located on a large square, so it can get quite noisy when sitting outside, but that's to be expected. However, we were disappointed with the menu, as the selection is suspiciously large, the translations are poor, and the pictures appear to be cheaply generated by AI.
14/06/2026: The servers were very kind and even brought some honey to my colleague who had a sore throat. I ate the best risotto of my life. I highly recommend this restaurant, which seems to have a seasonal menu.

The atmosphere is very refined, elegant, yet welcoming and warm. The staff is attentive, courteous, and friendly, with very fast service. But what really stands out are the numerous pizzas with a lovely crust and thin crust (you can also choose from a variety of doughs!) that showcase the excellent ingredients with sometimes unusual but perfectly executed combinations! The desserts are also fantastic! The prices are in line with the overall quality!!! Highly recommended!!!
02/05/2026: I recently visited Rosa Noir and was blown away. The quality of the pizza is superb; you can tell they put a lot of care into selecting the ingredients and the baking technique. Plus, the staff is incredibly attentive and professional, which really elevates the experience. A perfect 10 for pizza lovers. I'll be back soon!

It's a good time.
26/05/2026: The place looks nice, but upon closer inspection, you realize it's anything but: two out of two bathrooms have broken doors, making it impossible to lock them, and there's mold on the ceiling. The air in the ground floor "outdoor garden" is in a state of total disrepair.
The food is below average. We were asked if we wanted grated cheese for our pasta, which we accepted, but were served a small bowl of moldy cheese. I'm pregnant. I find this absolutely unacceptable.
The waiters are very friendly.
The prices are high.

The room itself was nice, spacious, with a lake view...
Pleasant staff.
Breakfast was average for a 3-star hotel; everything was pre-packaged: ham, cheese, rusks...

05/09/2025: A wonderful time at this magnificent restaurant. The staff are incredibly kind. The food is delicious, and the scenery is breathtaking.
It's worth noting that the prices are quite reasonable and reflect the quality of the food and the service.

Excellently stocked‼️
The staff is really friendly, the only flaw is the terrible habit of creating endless lines at the registers. There's a 4th customer rule, requiring customers to open a register to avoid insane waits. Unfortunately, this has often been reported, and only subsequently was service restored.

23/06/2026: Unfortunately, as a die-hard Tigros fan, I'm sorry to have to admit that the situation in this supermarket has gotten pretty bad... the aisles are always a mess, the fruit and vegetables are inedible, but do you even realize what you're selling??? I'd like to commend the lovely and kind cashiers who make all the difference... one last thing... "speed" isn't synonymous with working properly. I understand the timing, but everything has a limit!!!

23/04/2026: A magnificent hotel on the shores of Lake Como with exceptional views. Clean and comfortable rooms, very welcoming staff, and a delicious breakfast. An ideal place to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet, and be surrounded by nature. We will definitely return!
11/04/2026: For the price I paid, I was disappointed. The room was clean but small, and the bathroom didn't even have a hook for towels. The only positive was the lake view. The restaurant wasn't open yet, but they served us a pasta dish for dinner at an exorbitant price.

14/07/2026: Terrible service, very rude, it felt like I was doing them a favor by being there. They didn't respond to our greeting either at the entrance or the exit, and they're incredibly expensive. A decaf cappuccino costs €2.50, a regular cappuccino €1.60, and croissants €1.60. Location on the street, just across the street.
They're not that expensive even in Paris.
Highly not recommended.

13/07/2026: We'd been to this place before, and as I've read in other reviews, prices have recently been inflated and dishes have become increasingly sparse.
When we booked, they asked if we'd prefer inside or outside, and I said inside, thinking about how hot it might be outside these days, but they clarified that there's no air conditioning inside...very strange for a restaurant. Once inside, they gave us the menus, and only after ordering did we notice there was a daily menu on a blackboard hidden between the tables. We ordered fried calamari and shrimp tails, and they brought us 6/7 calamari and 4 tails. We ordered one dish each. For the quantity, the prices are exorbitant.
We obviously won't be returning.
12/06/2026: Nice atmosphere, clean, and with a changing table in the bathroom...a very rare thing.
The welcome is rude and hasty; they want to be quick at lunch.
The food is from the set menu, nothing special.
The price is fair.

29/07/2026: Came here for an evening drink and dessert and didn’t expect such poor service. We waited for over 15 minutes before actually getting a menu and then waited another 15 to have our order taken. Upon getting our order taken we were told we would have to move as we were ordering drinks and desserts and not meals but we said we would just pay a fee instead. Wait staff continued to ignore us the entire time. We spent a hefty amount of money for just two deserts and two basic drinks. Overall not worth it, not worth the time, not worth the rude and inattentive staff. Total let down.
