12/03/2026: For a pizza 🍕 prices too high I won't add anything else

08/03/2026: I would have liked a better experience, both at the hotel and at the restaurant, but that wasn't the case... 1) It doesn't seem like a hotel as advertised, but rather a room rental (the reception is actually NOT open on site). On the day of check-in, the entire property was closed, and I was about to contact Booking.com to file a complaint when, by chance, I saw a small door separate from the main entrance. I tried to ring the bell, and after 2 or 3 attempts, the owner answered, saying she was at home and would arrive. We waited about 15 or 20 minutes after arriving before entering the room. The owner should have warned us of this in the two phone calls prior to booking, thus avoiding making a bad impression. 2) I had requested a quiet room, but a group of young people made noise until almost 2 a.m., until I left the room, cursing and demanding order and respect. The owner should have reminded the young people to behave appropriately, given that they were NOT in a cabin or apartment reserved for them, but in hotel rooms with other guests. 3) The room was soundproofed non-existent; you could hear everything from the toilet flushing to simple conversation, let alone laughter and shouting. 4) Insufficient electrical outlets in the bathroom. 5) Missing mirror light. 6) The rooms are separated from the restaurant/breakfast area, so you need to dress warmly and bring an umbrella in case of rain. 7) Despite having requested the menu by email on 31, they only gave us a sheet of paper with a few selected dishes. Unfortunately, we found the portions to be small, the dishes tasteless, and the prices ridiculous. The proximity to Switzerland and/or the foreign tourists during the summer months likely contributed to this decline in quality and an unjustified price increase. After an appetizer (just a taste) for two and a first course each, I didn't dare order a second course, wasting another 23 euros. I preferred to order a pizza, avoiding leaving hungry and looking for another restaurant. P.S. After the appetizer, I specifically asked if they could throw in 50g more pasta for the spaghetti, but it seems that this was not understood... so for 50 cents of pasta they made a customer go crazy. Applause!!

20/05/2026: BEAUTIFUL FOOD IN VALBRONA. As a group of tired hungry tourists searching for somewhere to eat at 5pm we struggled to find anything. This place didn’t show on google maps as it was listed as a hotel but we happened to walk past it and went in. The staff told us they didn’t start dinner service until 7pm but let us come in at 6.15, seating us on the beautiful outdoor terrace. Staff were all incredibly accommodating and attentive. Food was beautifully presented and tastes fresh and well made. Lorenzo and his staff were wonderful and the whole experience has made our day. Highly recommended to come here and try the food.

12/05/2026: Excellent place for dinner. We went twice, everything was delicious and plentiful. A must: the vitello tonnato! Everyone was super friendly and it's reasonably priced for being in Lake Como.

16/05/2026: Classic cyclists location. Iconic cycling climbing in the area. A must to for all cycling enthusiasts. There is a restaurant on the top but always busy. Fantastic views 360 degrees.

26/04/2026: The place was very nice and the staff were friendly. It was a shame, however, that the only dairy-free flavor was coconut. Neither lemon nor strawberry were lactose-free. All the flavors had added lactose, for some unknown reason. What a shame!

23/09/2025: A very cozy and pleasant café! The staff was very friendly and the service quick and attentive. The food was delicious and the house wine delightful. We were there with our dog and stroller – everything was easily accommodated. Overall, very tasty and reasonably priced.

11/09/2025: A truly unique restaurant that I wouldn't want to miss. Everything was great from start to finish. I loved it. There's plenty of parking nearby. Unfortunately, the restaurant will be closing its doors forever at the end of September 2025.

26/10/2025: I celebrated my 30th birthday with my family; there were 19 of us, including the children. The owners were very kind, even before the meal, accommodating some intolerances and tastes with excellent options. The food was excellent, with excellent cheeses, meats, and pasta, and impeccable service.

01/06/2026: A spacious and welcoming beer garden, offering a wide selection of interesting and tasty beers, a choice of delicious or traditional dishes, and fast, friendly, and attentive service. My favorites: the Mexican Chili and the Texas Ribs.

13/04/2026: The lodge has very few private parking spaces, reserved for disabled people, pregnant women, and seniors upon request, but you can park conveniently a few hundred meters away. Very friendly and fast service. Food is prepared to order, with attention to every detail, and truly excellent!

13/11/2025: A true gem for cicchetti with friends and good drinks, both the cocktails and wines are excellent. A very pleasant atmosphere with a few outdoor seats in the front and a beautiful summer terrace in the back. Very friendly staff.
