Great place not too far from Lake Como. The staff is nice and helpful. The apartment is good and has all the basic things. The breakfast was great, especially I loved the croissant and coffee. The place has a pleasant Italian vibe, which was perfect for our trip :)

We stayed at the hotel for the Immaculate Conception long weekend. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The service was always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful with a variety of sweet and savory options. Good value for a 3-star hotel.

12/04/2026: A place with a beautiful view, but average food. The pasta and risotto were subpar, but the tiramisu was truly delicious. I think when you pay 20 euros for carbonara, you have a right to expect it to be tasty.
