11/09/2025: overcooked spaghetti, small portions, some flour instead of parmesan, French fries made from defrosted semi-finished products, piña colada without ice and decorations. There were four of us, we all ordered different dishes and the only thing that tasted good was grilled vegetables. For the same money you can find a better restaurant and enjoy real Italian cuisine. Their only big plus is the location and fast service.

06/09/2025: I would say that my experience is not positive...in fact disappointing at best...I asked for 1 courgette brie and there wasn't any...ok I can understand...but asking for 1 mushroom p and a pizza like that arrives no way...there was no mushroom p...it really had nothing to throw away

20/04/2025: I'd been to this place under the previous management, and it wasn't bad. I decided to try the new management for Easter lunch, and the experience was terrible. Everything was seriously lacking, from the terrible service (interminable waits, except for one table that apparently had inexplicably preferential service) to the shameful food quality. It was as if the new management had just moved into the kitchen the day before yesterday. The place is still old and poorly maintained. Absolutely avoid.

20/11/2025: Never go to this café, the service is the worst you can imagine. The man behind the counter is an unpleasant person who looks at customers with contempt and disdain from head to toe. With this kind of attitude, it's better not to work with the public. I will never return. I hope my experience will be useful for other people to avoid going there as well.

04/10/2025: A grumpy waiter initially turned my wife away, assuming she was a passerby and not a guest. Then I gestured from a distance by raising my hand to indicate I wanted to pay. His response: raise my hand...? I then gestured that I wanted to pay. His response... the same gesture again. Finally, he gestured for me to pay inside. I walked in and was given a rude, backhanded scolding, after which I calmly told him to behave himself. What a rude, sociable person. The woman behind the bar was polite and polite!

16/03/2026: It was simply an unforgettable meal. The pasta is incredibly delicious - a real home-made taste that you want to savor to the last bite. The atmosphere is worth noting separately: sitting by the lake, enjoying the view and fresh air is a special pleasure. Very beautiful, cozy and soulful. The perfect place to stop, eat deliciously and recharge. We will definitely come back again! 🍝🍷✨

14/03/2026: It looked nice, but the food is awful. The service is okay, but if you want to eat well, this is the worst place you could choose in Italy.

03/03/2026: A Sunday lunch to forget. We sat inside and found sticky plastic placemats at the table, reused so many times. The service was inattentive and incredibly slow. Half an hour after ordering, we had to ask for drinks at least. Another half hour later, the two Caesar salads (sizes from the children's menu) arrived. Two Cokes and two salads for a total of €48. Of that, €6 was for the cover charge (sticky placemat, paper napkins, and untouchable bottles of oil and vinegar), €10 for the two Cokes on tap, and €32 for the salads. Obviously, I don't recommend it.

01/03/2026: Poor, inedible food. I completely don't recommend it. The quality/price ratio is definitely not up to par. For two, we spent £115 down the drain.

08/03/2026: If I'd spent €10 on a cone with two good flavors in the center of Sirmione, I might not be leaving a review. But after eating truly awful gelato, with completely unrecognizable flavors, and having paid that price with great surprise since there was no explicit price list, I can only advise against this gelateria. Quality is definitely an optional extra.

05/03/2026: Not recommended (for the ice cream) The place is nice, the service is acceptable But the ice cream tastes like it's made of chemicals. The €5 price tag is a real joke; the taste was unpleasant. They gave us ice cream so big that it melted in my hand and stained my clothes (the stains couldn't even be removed with bleach, so I had to throw them away).

19/10/2025: The place is nice, but you can't clean a disposable tablecloth with the sponge you use to wipe down the chairs. Let's not even talk about the carbonara with béchamel sauce!! The meat skewer tasted like soap! The mixed fried fish was soggy, and the shrimp were full of eggs! There's a single bathroom for men and women, and it's dirty, too, so it's unbearable! Highly recommended.

15/10/2025: Portions far too small, for far too much money. The burger meat and fries are frozen and poorly prepared. The pasta portion can hardly be called a portion. Very disappointing and a tourist trap. Not to mention the €4 can of Coke.

01/11/2025: Very rude staff. We ate there, and the employees rushed us to order. The ice cream was good.

21/10/2025: Warning!!! Moldy fruit on my ice cream sundae, disgusting. After complaining, the waitress just shrugged. I paid for the sundae and left it there. Only the restrooms were clean, which at least justifies the one star. Warning!!! Disgusting, moldy fruit on my ice cream sundae

15/03/2026: The ice cream was amazing, absolutely delicious. But... I only ordered one scoop in a cup, and the girl offered to give me half a scoop. We asked for two flavors, but she kept putting in more and more. We were happy thinking the portions were great, but the cup was completely full. And guess what? 10 euros! We were shocked, and of course, you can't say anything at that moment. We paid the bill, and the three of us struggled to finish that cup. Tell them beforehand, don't fall for the trick. I'll say it again: the ice creams are very good.

14/03/2026: Unfortunately, it's a rip-off... they try to sell you as many larger and more balls as possible... only an explicit "no" can prevent you from suddenly having to pay €10 for two balls...

24/12/2025: Rude staff and opaque prices. I'm writing this review because I don't want to be mocked and treated badly as a customer. I ordered a cappuccino and a croissant; according to the prices displayed, the total should have been €3.30, but they charged me €3.50. When I politely asked for clarification, the tall, thin man responded, "There's a monitor as big as a house with the prices." That's a rude response, sorry, but that doesn't work for me. Yes, I checked: according to the prices displayed near the counter and on the monitor "as big as a house," the cappuccino and croissant should have cost €3.30. It's not because of the 20 cents, since luckily I can afford to spend ten times that much, but because of the mockery and the way I was treated. I've also read about other customers dissatisfied with the arrogant service. As of this writing, this kiosk has a 2.6 rating. Learn to be polite and treat your customers like they are. Enjoy your life.

19/11/2025: A truly wonderful experience in Sirmione! The place is beautiful and well-organized, giving you a unique feeling from the very first moment. What I loved most was the attention to detail and the lemon flavors present in almost everything—a refreshing and distinctive touch that makes the experience different and delicious. The service is excellent, the staff are very professional, and the atmosphere is delightful. It's definitely a place worth visiting again and again. I highly recommend it! 🍋✨

26/10/2025: They seem to be organized to charge you the price of the "maxi" cones, which cost double the price of the "mini" cones (for two flavors, €10 instead of €5). The price sign is misleading (all the prices for the "mini" cones are listed at the top, where the "mini" wording isn't noticeable unless you look carefully, and only at the bottom are the much higher prices for the "maxi" cones). The staff lets you choose from the cones displayed on the counter (covered in chocolate, caramel, etc., or not), without telling you that they are all "maxi" and that there are also "mini" cones that aren't displayed on the counter, but rather hidden in the background. You only notice this when it's too late (in my case, the ice cream was already made, and more importantly, I had already handed over a €20 note and, to my surprise, received only €10 in change). Reading the other reviews, it seems like a well-thought-out, systematic approach. I wonder how long they've been doing this shameful thing for! It deserves a lawsuit!
