04/08/2024: Negative experience as despite the beautiful location, the service is absent. If you ask for the card to see their products, they look at you as if you had asked for who knows what, furthermore when asking for information on the drinks, the answers given are more those not given than those given. The beauty of opinions can change so I reserve the right to change the review if I notice improvements. So I recommend paying more attention to the communication side because it is not possible to let three customers escape due to such serious shortcomings.

04/08/2024: Terrible experience!! Slow service, rude girls who don't even look at you when greeting you upon entry and exit, in a hurry to take your order and don't even let you finish ordering. I asked for a simple orange juice, after ten minutes of waiting, I was told that they had run out of oranges and there would be a bit of a wait (as if ten minutes for a single juice weren't already enough). Nice idea but we're not quite there.

24/06/2024: Salo is quite a smart and sophisticated town on Lake zgarda, but this restaurant lets it down in a number of ways. For a start most of the staff are hopeless - several young girls who don't have a clue about service, spending their time looking anywhere but at the customers who need attention. Sitting outside, the place is attractive enough and like a million other pizzerias. We had a pizza each and beers at lunchtime and that was fair enough. When it comes to calling for the bill, when one eventually attracts the attention of a staff member one is told simply to go inside to pay. I went into the gloomy interior and stood at an unattended till for at least 5 minutes being completely ignored. When an older staff person appeared he seemed to make light of it and made a joke about the fact that I liked beer. There is a prominent sign by the till saying "discount given for cash payment". I paid by card. The worst aspect was that there is one tiny loo for the whole restaurant - for men and women. The door handle was broken, the flush wasn't working properly, the hand dryer was broken, paper towels filled the small bin and covered the floor - and it was dirty. The place needs to be seriously sorted out.

18/08/2024: Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (9 und 13) im da Rino essen. Den Kids und uns hat es hervorragend geschmeckt. Zur Vorspeise gab es das beste Bruscetta das unsere Tochter je gegessen hat. Und Tomate-Burrata, der so mega cremig war. Danach gab es sehr leckere Kürbisravioli, Nudeln mit Felchen und Fisch mit Gemüse und Kartoffel. Alles mega lecker und richtig gut gewürzt.

12/08/2024: luogo gradevole, personale cortese, si può mangiare una pasta solo se si hanno gli stessi gusti, tutti i piatti infatti sono per minimo due persone, antipasto di mare, piatto antipasto forte da 20 euro, consiste: pezzetto di frittata, due zucchine, una fetta di melanzana, poi un po’ di scatoletta di tonno, mezza busta di salmone su base rucola, 4 alici marinate dal banco del supermercato, fine .. che dire .. bel posto
