12/05/2026: Overall, everything is really organized. The toilets are clean, the showers are nice, and if the showers are closed, there are showers at the station too. The park is very nice, I think it's quite adequate, very bright everywhere, spotlessly clean.

12/05/2026: The cafeteria atmosphere is such that everyone who goes to the restroom has to go through the cafeteria, which isn't very pleasant. The shower isn't working, or they don't want to open it on a weekday.

26/04/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, because my husband wasn't feeling well, and he happened to be sitting at a table at this restaurant. Mrs. Paola was very kind and friendly, and we stopped for lunch. What can I say? Everything was delicious! I recommend it and we'll definitely be back. Then have lunch with a view of the cathedral in Brescia.

26/04/2026: A disaster! The food was lukewarm and the espresso was cold. Then the apparent owner complained to the waitress that we hadn't ordered enough. The toilets can't be locked; there's a strange little sign to adjust, but someone still went into the stall. Well, I might recommend it for a drink. But if you just want a drink, you probably won't get a table because the old lady wouldn't earn enough. I'd just like to know if the staff is registered or employed illegally…

20/08/2025: Giulio, the host, is incredible. His knowledge of Italian wines and gastronomy is unique! We enjoyed a Leonardo Da Vinci platter (a mix of cheese and cured meats) and two glasses of wine, a delicious white and a truly exceptional red! We added some side dishes (Apulian asparagus and Sicilian artichokes) at Giulio's suggestion, and thank you so much! They were delicious! This is a place for anyone who wants to learn more about our gastronomy, our Italian products, and especially for anyone who knows how to recognize a food enthusiast like Giulio! Thank you so much!

18/08/2025: We visited this osteria, and unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to our expectations. The food quality is decent, but the prices are significantly above average for what's on offer. One truly unpleasant incident involved the burrata: it was brought to our table without us having ordered it, making it seem like a courtesy. In the end, however, we found an extra €10 added to the bill—an attitude I find unfair, if not downright absurd. The same thing happened with the platter: some culatello was added on purpose, and we found ourselves with a €5 surcharge. The wine service was even worse: we weren't given any choice; it was served directly by the manager without showing us a menu or alternatives, and in the end, we found ourselves paying €24 for three glasses of wine. In the end, the bill came to €91 for a platter, a first course, and three glasses of wine. Honestly, an outrageous price for what was offered. These attitudes convey a lack of transparency to the customer and ruin the overall experience, regardless of the quality of the food. A restaurant that adopts such practices risks seriously losing credibility: without more honesty and clarity about prices and offers, it doesn't deserve the trust of its customers.

12/05/2026: I wasn't lucky enough to be able to stay at this hotel, since I called to book a single room. The lady told me no problem, "We have availability." She asked me my arrival time, gave me the price for three nights, and provided my information, and everything was confirmed! But alas! After 15 minutes, the Hotel La Fenice called me back, this time a man, saying, "Sorry, we don't have availability for those days." He didn't know I had been confirmed, so he put me back through to the woman, who told me there was no availability without apologizing for the inconvenience. Nothing. Zero professionalism, just as courtesy. Those who love doing their job try to find solutions when they make mistakes. If you're starting a stay like this, Hotel La Fenice is best avoided.

02/03/2026: Positive experience at Hotel La Fenice! Impeccable and spotless rooms, super friendly and always smiling staff, and truly excellent food. We felt pampered from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

04/05/2026: Do not go there! The worst place in the whole Lake Garda! Rude personnel, terrible service and the worst gelato I have ever had!

04/09/2025: The food was very good. The restaurant had a modern feel. The traditional food was very well prepared. The waiter remained completely professional, which is lacking in most Italian restaurants, as you know... The whole thing deserves five stars. They're trying, and it shows.

27/08/2025: The Visit in this Restaurant was very nice. I had a Bruscetta and Spaghetti with garlicoil and chili. The Food was delicious. The Service are friendly and peacefull. I think the prices for Food, Ambiente and Service are fair.

25/04/2026: The 5 stars need to be put into context. We had a first course, second course, side dish, water, and coffee for 10 euros each. Usually, for that price in Brianza, you can get a piadina and a drink. The place is very authentic, like eating at an aunt's house. I loved the variety of people and the little cat roaming the room 🐱❤️ The tables were clean, the service was polite and fast. The Hellfire Club t-shirt is awesome 🤘🏼😝🤘🏼

02/03/2026: Nothing to do with the photos, dated restaurant, inside there is an Egyptian waiter or something very strange as he imposes himself, to certain requests of mine and even my friend noticed it, then the fork was taken from me and for the second course not even another one was brought there were only 4 tables without people, let's say zero welcome, the fish was good thank goodness it was not burned like he did with the vegetables, wasted money going to a similar restaurant

15/01/2026: We went for New Year's Eve as a group, we ate excellent fish, the service was impeccable and the boss was really fantastic at explaining the dishes

04/06/2026: Very nice place, where you can listen to good music and drink excellent drinks

16/05/2026: It's a small place with indoor and outdoor tables. The food is delicious, and the price is reasonable. The best part (and priceless) is the friendliness of the patrons. I recommend going there even if you're on a diet: a glass of water, a chat, and the evening takes on a different flavor.

12/04/2026: The maitre d' Thierno is the best! 100 out of 100, not to be missed, I will definitely be back for him.
