However, the atmosphere is comfortable and well-designed. The facility is large and offers garden seating, creating a pleasant atmosphere on nice days. The staff is helpful and organized. Ample parking nearby makes the place easily accessible.

Sirani is one of those places that perhaps not everyone immediately understands. And perhaps Nerio isn't the type of person who tries to please at all costs. But honestly? That's precisely the beauty of it. He's authentic. A true Brescian. Direct, original, unconventional. And in a world where everything is constructed, studied, and often fake, finding someone who remains true to themselves is almost rare. I read reviews that talk about the place's character, manners, rules, or system. But then you just have to look around: the place is packed. Always. And there's a reason. Actually, more than one. The quality at Sirani is extremely high. Not just for Brescia, but overall. You just have to travel a bit, eat out, and really try other places, even abroad, to realize that here there's an enormous level of research, raw materials, creativity, and identity. And true quality is immediately recognizable. Perhaps today we're too accustomed to expecting everything to be perfectly "welcoming," "polished," "pleasant." But sometimes you should also try to understand people's language, respect them for who they are, and not expect everyone to communicate in the same way. We, personally, have always been treated very well. And Nerio himself has served us gelato on several occasions, the quantity and quality of which you would have paid for three portions elsewhere. Spontaneous, genuine, unpretentious gestures. Sirani is not an anonymous place. It has a strong personality. And you may or may not like it. But reducing everything to a few negative lines without considering the work, the constant presence, the energy, and above all, the incredible quality of what is served, in my opinion is unfair. Ultimately, the simplest thing in the world is not to return to a place. But when a place continues to be full after so many years, perhaps it's worth asking yourself if there's something much deeper behind it than just a hastily written review hidden by anonymity.

If gluttonous hell had a place, well, it would be Sirani. Management is like that, you either love it or hate it, but that's their policy: if you don't like it, go elsewhere, and I don't think the owner cares much anyway (not even about these reviews). So, free will be far from it, but may no one ever take away this "buen retiro" from me! So be it.

A top-quality pastry shop: carefully crafted and truly delicious desserts. Prices are a bit high, but the quality justifies them. Friendly staff. The only downside: no table service. Highly recommended!

Self-service where pastries are placed in paper bags (not even a plate), drinks are served in paper cups, and everything is placed on trays (like in a cafeteria). After half an hour, the stern waitresses rudely asked us to vacate the table and leave. I think the customer's happiness and serenity should be the priority, and that's not the case here. Although the pastries and cakes are truly delicious, the price isn't commensurate with the service received.

For me, always top notch 🔝 very high quality, fantastic brioches, the best of all the ones I've tried is "parole di burro": perfect puff pastry. We also tried the pastiera this time, excellent!

In my opinion, the pastry shop is not only the best in Brescia! Excellent alternatives for breakfast and then on the savory side, they are spectacular bread, pizza, savory brioche, etc... you can also have lunch and dinner, friendly and professional staff and a welcoming atmosphere! Absolutely worth trying!!!
