Three stars, like the three tiny dumplings they brought me. We even had dessert despite the prices because we were still really hungry after sharing a starter and a main course each.

The menu, aside from the pizzas, is limited. Prices are significantly above the quality of the food: it's not cheap. The staff is friendly and helpful, but... not very knowledgeable about the menu.

The food was really good, very tasty pizza, excellent tiramisu. It was a bit dark in there, but that seemed intentional, rustic. Real wood-fired oven.

Davvero delizioso, I tried beef 🥩 with craft beer and it was delicious. Meet was well cooked and the sauce was just amazing, not too sauer and not too sweet, jus right. I was there in May so the waiting time was not long and was very good. Beer 🍻 was also good and prices were reasonable. I was concerned when I read other reviews but my experience specially the food and a taste was amazing. 🙂

17/06/2026: The place has been renovated; I think there's been a change of management. There are a few options, and the dishes were plentiful. I found the prices a bit high.
11/04/2026: The food at Sampei's is always good. It's a shame the business will soon close due to the owners' retirement after 60 years in the restaurant business.
