25/03/2026: Writing I used to frequent La Tresanda many years ago, when it was located on a different street (which unfortunately I don't remember exactly), and my memory of it is decidedly different from my recent one. Back then, it was a welcoming, authentic place, with a carefully curated menu and an atmosphere that made you want to return. Today, however, the experience has changed quite noticeably. The first thing that stands out is a truly significant price increase, which, however, isn't reflected in the quality of the offerings. The cured meats, in particular, deserve consideration: the quality is modest and undistinguished, which is why I would strongly suggest reviewing the supplier or, at the very least, focusing on more refined products that are in line with the restaurant's ambitions. The presentation of the platters also seems rather sloppy, lacking the attention to detail that once made such a difference. Overall, one senses a departure from the restaurant's original spirit: less identity, less attention to detail, and a perplexing quality-price ratio. It's a shame, because the potential is there, and the memory of how it once was shows that much better can be done. I truly hope this review will be taken as a constructive stimulus to rediscover the quality and soul that made La Tresanda a point of reference.

16/02/2026: A delightful discovery in the center of Sarnico. We stopped here the night before Valentine's Day—we'd called to ask if reservations were necessary, but they confirmed they weren't. Luckily, the place wasn't crowded that night, thanks to the weather. The wine selection includes wines from all regions, where you can choose either a glass (from a selection of bottles) or a bottle to taste. We paired our red wine with a charcuterie and cheese platter—we couldn't resist asking for a second helping of the caramelized onion, it was out of this world! Price depends heavily on the wine selection, of course, but with a good red and the accompanying platter, we spent about €45 for two.

09/03/2026: I've been a customer of this restaurant for years now, and from day one to today, it's always been a hit. Perfect for celebrating a loved one's birthday, sharing special moments, a quick lunch break, or simply enjoying a comfort food evening. The atmosphere has always been very clean, the staff are incredibly friendly, and above all, the food is a guarantee. From my own experience, I recommend trying it at least once in your life.

26/03/2026: Despite its humble name, this is an elegant and refined restaurant, offering top-quality dishes and attentive, meticulous service. It's ideal for a get-together with friends, chatting, and enjoying delicious food. I chose a tagliata with artichokes and baked potatoes and a chocolate dessert, and everything was perfect. Although a formal table setting with beautiful tablecloths would have been perfect, I really appreciated the placemats and colored pencils for drawing while waiting for dinner. Remembering to play is an added bonus.

Inside: Cozy Vaulted Cellar Should the breeze from the lake become too chilly, or if you're seeking a more intimate atmosphere, the vaulted cellar offers a spectacular retreat. The historic walls exude a tranquility and permanence that provides a wonderful contrast to the vibrancy of the harbor. Dining in the vaulted cellar lends the evening an almost sacred, exclusive touch – beautifully and characterfully designed. The cuisine: 10 points across the board The fact that the kitchen maintains this level of excellence with 10 points makes Aeolus a rarity. The precision: Every dish reflects the quality of the first-class ingredients. The experience: Whether dining under the stars by the water or beneath the vaulted cellar, the kitchen's craftsmanship remains consistently outstanding. The gastronomic verdict Conclusion: Aeolus is a complete work of art. Whether outside on the swaying jetty or inside in the historic vaulted cellar, the atmosphere is unbeatable. 05/10/2025: Small family place with homely food. Pastas and pizzas are well made. Lacks spices in most of the food but that's Italian cuisine. The price is a steal.

04/10/2025: Yes, the Zöbia Bar has become our regular haunt. Whenever we spend our stay in Sirmione, it's a must for us to eat at the Zöbia Bar and end the evening. The food is excellent, the wine is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the cuisine is top-notch—there's nothing more to say. We love coming back here every year... La Dolce Vita

The tradition of good, indeed excellent, authentic food is served with passion and professionalism in a casual, welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

05/04/2026: As I said, the cappuccino is extraordinary, and the pastries are all better than the last. I recommend trying them all. I had called the Panettone superb, but now that I've tasted the Colomba, I'm speechless... wow, how wonderful!

04/01/2026: A very nice restaurant, very friendly staff, and excellent food! We had, among other things, shellfish, lasagna, salami pizza, tagliata di manzo, spaghetti vongole, and grilled sea bass. There was also a wide selection of delicious desserts. House wine cost only €5 for half a liter, and overall the food was very good value for money.
