12/04/2026: We went to try this restaurant for dinner.
It almost feels like eating at home.
Lots of tradition and excellent ingredients.
I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the pappardelle with hare stew, which in my opinion is the best I've ever had. (A generous portion.)
As a specialty, they also have carbonara prepared at the table. Next time I'll try that. I recommend it to anyone who wants to travel back in time and tradition!

15/03/2026: We were there half an hour ago and had a reservation for 12 people on a Tuesday. We arrived and there were more than 12 people, all standing at the entrance with the poor waiters who couldn't even walk. After 30 minutes of waiting, it turned out that they had taken double reservations and we had to wait for some of the tables to get up... I'd say zero professionalism.

02/04/2026: A gem in the heart of Brescia, just behind Piazza Duomo, a very intimate and welcoming place, with friendly and attentive staff. The dishes are carefully prepared, fresh, and plentiful. A varied and delicious menu. I've already spotted dishes I'd like to try next time! 😋

01/04/2026: A lovely little restaurant, discovered around lunchtime in the spring while visiting the city. The terrace was pleasant and peaceful. The Italian dishes were original and very good. The owner is friendly, speaks French, and is knowledgeable about wines.

09/04/2026: A classic trattoria in the lower Brescia area, where the food is divine, the price is low, and there are thousands of people.
We were fortunate to have a table in the private room, where silence and peace reigned (never felt so good), but the two main rooms were full, chaotic, and noisy—rightly so, I dare say—but not suitable for those seeking a quiet evening.
However, all this is overshadowed by the excellent cuisine offered by the house: excellent fish, excellent ingredients, generous portions, and a vast selection of wines.
I will definitely be back, hoping and praying for the private room 😊😉

He made me move seats three times and ultimately wouldn't even take my order unless I moved. Again...UNACCEPTABLE! NOT RECOMMENDED!

The pizza was good, and the gluten-free options were excellent.

28/12/2025: I did not expect much, maybe a standard hotel dinner with some tourist classics. I was pleasantly surprised when I was served probably one of the best meals I can remember. Yes the service is not snappy but it’s thorough and accurate. When I had the pasta I almost cried with joy.

26/03/2026: Saturday lunch after a morning of shopping in Brescia. The location, right in the center, is beautiful. We started with two appetizers: horse meat tartare and Brescia-style snails, both delicious. Followed by ricotta and spinach casoncelli and macaroni with fillet ragù, especially delicious. The sbrisolona with grappa was also good. The only downside is the slightly high prices.
