24/06/2025: We booked a table, being 4 on a Friday evening in summer. The panoramic outdoor terrace allows you to have a wonderful view of Lake Garda. The environment is informal but well-kept. As for the service, the staff is very polite and kind but sometimes a little distracted, a touch more organization would be needed during the peak of customers. The food is very good, we did not try the pizzas, but we had appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts. Everything very good and inviting even in the plating. For the desserts, a little more attention during the service would be needed.

05/04/2025: Very spacious quadruple room, with double bed and bunk beds, large bathroom and balcony overlooking the main road, spacious and plenty of space to store suitcases, not to be underestimated. Absolutely largest room found in the various hotels visited. Impeccable cleaning service. 10 and praise. Very comfortable beds Rich breakfast especially in the dessert section, excellent pancakes. Decent buffet dinner and served meals, perhaps little choice between first and second courses, ok for us adults but little variety for the children even if on request they prepared schnitzel and chips and omelettes, delicious. Excellent room service by Ferdinando, professional but very friendly. He carries out his work with passion and dedication. Professional owners, a bit cold, did not trust customers or give advice on what there was to do or see. However, the service was impeccable. The structure is a little dated, but the rooms are renovated and accurate. You can feel that the building has a history, the managers have been ski instructors for generations, photos of Alberto Tomba everywhere who stayed here when he trained on the Presena. The strong point is the proximity to everything, super central, pharmacy opposite and a stone's throw from the ski rental (they have an agreement with By Maestri rental) and direct access from the rental to the Valena slope, night skiing twice a week (an experience to be had!) The wellness center didn't impress us but there are many facilities in the surrounding area with the possibility of access for external guests.p

Hermosas habitaciones, la mejor ubicación de spa - no puede superar sentarse en la bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre mirando hacia arriba a las hermosas montañas nevadas , sauna increíble y vistas a la piscina de chorro cubierta también ! Toques encantadores como fruta fresca, bocados de pastel y bebidas en la zona de spa. V fresco decoración alpina moderna. Cena gourmet de 4 platos incluida. Y la mejor ventaja es esquiar directamente por la puerta por la mañana antes del desayuno para ser el primero en pista virgen! Nos encantó, gracias!

15/06/2025: Exceptional experience with their Pacchero ai 3 pomodori, which could have even been 4, it was so good!!! Super rich with mandatory mopping up, warm bread made by them served. Also a small soft dessert was offered with the coffee, all accompanied by a fresh glass of a very fragrant Ribolla Gialla from Friuli. Congratulations, and see you next time! Suitable for a beautiful taste experience alone or in a rich company, you can breathe good and beautiful air :)

I had a San Francisco piadina: excellent ingredients and generous doses, courteous and welcoming staff, clean place with no signs of neglect; large parking right in front. I was a little skeptical because it's a franchise: I really think that the difference is made by the people who work there!

21/06/2025: June 2025 A dream for people with celiac disease. First of all, the service is simply fantastic, so many lovely people, they certainly don't skimp on friendliness here 🫶 you immediately feel welcome, even our sweet daughter was flirted with lovingly 😀 There was so much to choose from that we ordered everything from sweet to savory, lots of little treats to try as much as possible, everything was delicious 😋 and to finish off, we had a waffle with fruit ❤️ They have such great brands there, too. Even though the car is full, I managed to persuade my husband to buy some pasta and cookies 🫶 There's only one flaw here: why isn't there a shop like this in Ebersberg 😞 then I would definitely become a regular customer.

12/06/2025: This morning I tried Katja's treasure chest for the first time to do my monthly shopping for gluten-free products. The shop is very nice and the sales assistants are kind and helpful. Out of curiosity, I stopped for lunch with my fussy, non-celiac child. We had the same dish, I think it's called gluven: a plate of samples, from panzanella, to chickpea hummus, to vegetables in saor, to eggplant meatballs, to basmati rice with vegetables and edamame. All accompanied with strips of focaccia. I'll just tell you that the fussy child dusted it all off. Too bad the shop doesn't share the recipes, otherwise I'd make it all again at home. And of course I took home a nice piece of focaccia and two puff pastries for breakfast. I live far from Brescia, but I'll definitely stop here every time I'm passing through. It's worth coming here to eat, to do the shopping and for the bakery. Big thumbs up to Katja's treasure chest and the people who work there.
